Spent a weekend here and glad we chose this place! My 3 night stay here was perfect they helped me with any problems i had, I was beyond impressed. And any problems was quickly resolved. Overall, i were very happy and satisfied

I couldn’t even wait until I got to the airport to give this 5 star review. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the property is stunning. What stood out to me the most was the friendliness and attention to detail of the staff. I can tell they took pride in making sure all the guests felt important and respected.

When I arrived at the check in desk I was taken to a special check in desk where I was warmly greeted by a lady who explained in detail everything about my stay and offered me a nice espresso. Her face lit up when I told her that it was my first time in Italy and she gave me suggestions about where to go. I can tell she was honored that I chose Rome and this hotel specifically for my first Italian experience. I know that being friendly is part of the job but my interactions with everyone from the doormen to the concierge service to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping, made my stay special.

The two other things that stood out to me were the spa and the restaurant Uliveto. The breakfast was fantastic but the sunday brunch buffet was out of this world.

Way out of the city center. They should seriously consider having airport shuttles from the hotel.

At offer and spread truly laughable for a "Waldorf". This was just bad and disappointing. But they have take away coffee for Americans!

The only open restaurant is well hidden at the basement. Food for dinner was ok, but sitting inside in this restaurant ist really depressing.

Price is not even remotely connected to what you get - you simply cannot take a hilton, slab the Waldorf Astoria logo on it and raise the prices. This is not how this works. Not many guests, more or less deserted.

I basically grew up here as a child, having stayed here numerous times, having eaten here many times, having learned how to play tennis there and having gone to their hairdresser once a month. It made me sad to see what they made out of a lively, legendary Hilton hotel which was always full of people and well visited.

The expansive grounds, including the beautiful outdoor pool and lush gardens, provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. Without a doubt, the Rome Cavalieri is the epitome of luxury hospitality and we cannot wait to return.

The service at this hotel is really wonderful. Every single person we interacted with was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the views are incredible. I love that this location is tucked away on a hill away from hustle and bustle of the city (with amazing views), but they still offer a shuttle every hour into the more touristy part. Pool and fitness center are extremely well maintained. We booked an extra night when we were only supposed to stay 2 since we enjoyed it so much. Would love to come back.

A beautiful hotel, and a safe area that was pure luxury and exquisite service. I can’t wait to come back and visit again. The included morning breakfast are absolutely out of this world.

Great hotel hidden away in a nice suburban neighborhood. The hotel is rich in history and you feel like Caesar himself would have stayed here. If you are worried about its location. Don’t let that stop you from staying here. The hotel provided a a great shuttle that drops you off in the middle of Rome.

Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer ist gigantisch aber auch generell von dem Gelände aus egal wo man sich befindet.

Wir haben einmal den room service genutzt, ich hatte eine Pizza (capricciosa) die war viel zu hart und für 24€ leider sehr enttäuschend.

Wirklich loben muss ich das housekeeping alles ist wirklich tadellos! ????????????

Der Service in dem Imperial Club ist kein wirklich guter Service die Damen sind „nett“ wenn man sie anspricht und einen Wunsch hat mehr aber auch nicht.
Sie stehen rum, führen private Gespräche und stehen leider im Weg, gehen zwar zur Seite wenn man kommt aber man fühlt sich dann doch eher komisch wenn man die fröhliche Runde stört weil man sich etwas zu essen nehmen möchte.

Eine ruhe Oase am Rande von Rom, dank dem freundlichen Shuttle Service kein Problem.

Leaving the hotel on 21th of this march made me cry ???? ????. I told my husband that Waldorf Astorio is a home away from home. Infact everything about them is top-notch. From the entrance to your room is fantastic! Staff are well trained and very professional. I left my room, room 708 and i felt like not leaving again. I visited 4 European countries in 13days with my Shenghen visitng visa and i must confess that i enjoined Italy and France more because of how i was treated like a queen in the hotels. My only challenge is that i forgot the phone i used in keep memories in a cab i picked from St Peter's Basilica back to Walford. Although i didnt pick the taxi from a call center. I cried till i got back to Nigerian, Africa yesterday. I miss my good friends in Waldorf especially the house keepers and the women working in imperial club. Thanks for everything. I will visit again in june by the grace of God Almighty ???? ???? ✨️ ❤️ ♥️

I was a guest of this prestigious, elite, most luxurious Hilton Hotel, heaven on earth, a shining fortress bordered by an impenetrable high gate, the staff treated me like a Prince, they tied all my things in a bow, left chocolates in golden boxes at night... I will never forget you in your life! Only one word that describes all the magic Hotel Rome Cavalieri - Via Alberto Cadlolo, Rome, Italy! Also, I won't never forget when you kicked the taxi driver out of the hotel lobby who tried to rob me.

Hotel experience was fantastic. We stayed the third week in December for 4 days. Initially we were worried getting to the hotel with the massive conference going on but the front desk staff was able to get us checked in quickly. We were able to get an upgrade to a suite as diamond members and everything else afterwards was fantastic. The room left nothing to be desired and the staff was very attentive to our every need. The couple massages are definitely recommended as well as the spa. I would not leave without spend at least an hour there.

Il personale della struttura molto gentile e disponibile. C’è un servizio navetta disponibile per il centro città durante il mattino ed il pomeriggio, molto comodo se non hai l’auto.
Stanza molto bella e pulita e con tutto il necessario che soggiornare al meglio!!
