Ottimo hotel..camere belle e pulite... posizione ottimale per girare Roma a piedi.... consigliato!

Esperienza FANTASTICA!!!!
Abbiamo appena lasciato l albergo dove abbiamo soggiornato per queste festività..
Abbiamo avuto la stanza in hotel, stupenda.. Spaziosa, pulita e profumata.. È il 1° albergo che trovo molto fornito( frigo bar con molta scelta di bevande, bollitore con scelta di vari tipi di tè e caffè in stanza.. Ma la cosa più bella è trovare ttt il kit in bagno cn bagnoschiuma, shampoo, crema corpo, Balsamo ed anke un kit bellezza) tra l altro utilizzati qst prodotti ed davvero ottimi soprattutto shampoo e Balsamo ???????????? colazione RICCHISSIMAAAA... Dal dolce al salato con un vasto assortimento (ad es. Uova sode e uova in camicia, insalate miste, bacon cn uova strapazzate, salumi e formaggi, verdura cotta, latticini..) insomma tanto tanto e davvero tanto...
Personale gentilissimo,educato e molto cordiali, dalla reception alla sala colazione.
Punto centralissimo dove a piedi puoi spostarti ovunque e visitare la stupenda Roma.
Comodo soprattutto x chi come me ha un neonato.
Che dire ormai siete il mio punto di riferimento qui!!! 5 stelle sono poche????????????????????????????????

Très bon emplacement, la chambres très spacieuse et le personnel de l'accueil, les femmes de ménage et la personne au petit-déjeuner, très souriant au petit soin et à l'accueil ils prennent le temps de nous expliquer ce qu'il y a à visiter et ils parlent très bien français

Il y a beaucoup à dire sur cet hôtel ! Je vais commencer par le négatif : le bruit. Si vous souhaitez passer un séjour reposant ça ne sera pas dans cet hôtel ci. Les fenêtres sont très mal isolées ce qu’il fait que l’on entend tout de l’extérieur. On entend également tout dans l’hôtel notamment les bruits de travaux qui commencent à 7h du matin :/ Un autre petit point négatif à relever : la propreté, j’ai trouvé que la salle de bain n’était pas forcément propre mais surtout la douche. La chasse d’eau n’était pas fonctionnelle à 100%
Parlons des points positifs car oui il y en a. Premièrement la localisation de l’hôtel, on y est super bien situé. Nous avons tout fais à pieds en 2 jours mais si vous préférez les transports vous ne serez pas loins des bus.
Enfin et pour bien finir, le personnel qui fut d’une sympathie sans nom. Alors merci beaucoup !

Inigualable localización y buen trato por parte del personal.
Lo único, que hacen publicidad engañosa respecto a las habitaciones y su localización. Nos metieron en una en el bajo del edificio situado enfrente habilitado como habitaciones pequeñas y dando a la altura de la calle. Todos los días hacían la cama y reponían toallas y demás útiles de baño, pero ninguno de los 6 días que estuvimos allí, pasaron la aspiradora y mucho menos la fregona. No repetiremos por el tipo de habitación (por llamarlo así), que nos asignaron, lo definiría como una corrala y pagamos por una de las habitaciones que anuncian y en el edificio principal, no en el bajo de enfrente cuyas vistas a un patio interior lleno de bicicletas.

Die Lage war Klasse, wenn auch für uns ungewöhnlich laut.
Wir wurden sehr nett von einem Mann an der Rezeption empfangen.
Die Zimmer sind für meinen persönlichen Geschmack nicht gut gereinigt & die Betten haben Härtegrad Beton, ansonsten hat das Zimmer ein Wasserkocher Mini Kühlschrank und Safe. Die Bitte nach einem Topper sowie das Einschalten der Klimaanlage, konnte leider nicht erfüllt werden, also blieb es im Februar bei einer Raumtemperatur von 25° auf Betonbetten.

Julia, (die Dame für das Frühstück) ,war göttlich, sie war trotz der Sprachbarriere super freundlich und versuchte aus den ihr zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln ein Frühstück zu zaubern.
Was definitiv eine tägliche Herausforderung war.

Cannot argue, location is superb, walkable distance to all major tourist sites. So no issues there. Issues are with amenities of the hotel. We were welcomed by a receptionist, we were allowed to drop our bags before check in time which is amazing, having just been scammed by taxi driver and having to walk 25mins with 20kg bag accross Rome (story for another day). When we came back in the evening, shifts changed and we were greeted by a man, who showed us to our rooms. Oh boy, you should have seen our faces when he started walking towards the road rather than the lift…I have stayed in 4 star hotels in UK and Europe, even worked in one years ago. This hotel is not 4 star hotel. Our executive double room was not even in the same building as hotel, but in the building across the narrow road, and not in front of the hotel but round the corner, our room entrance was straight onto tiny pavement, next to constantly parked cars, 20 meters away off the main road. Our double bed was made out of two single bed mattresses. Executive room with no executive facilities, more like executive because it wasnt as tiny as other rooms by sound of it (after a google search, standard double room would be 2m2 smaller than what we got, in all honesty that 2m2 could have been used as a small hallway as a barrier from the hussle of randoms walking past our room all the time). A/C? No such thing. When we went back to reception to ask if there was smaller room available (there wasnt as Rome marathon was happening which is fair enough, doesnt hurt to ask, but we felt that we shouldnt have even bothered from the answers we got), we were also told that AC only got two settings, winter heat and summer cool. So, essentially, it is central heating then. Our room was constantly at minimum 25degrees. We had to compromise our comfort between either be left stuffing for some air or be kept awake and leave window open. We left window open, surprisingly, would be only woken up at 5-6am when cleaners would start their missions outside on the streets…

Our first night was on tiptoes being afraid someone will knick our stuff, break in and rob. Eventually, we got used to this feeling. But still, would place some bottles on the curtain just in case someone tried to come in as some sort of reassurance. In what kind of 4 star hotel would you need to think this way???

As already mentioned, amenities were far from 4 star. Besides bed being 2single bed mattressess, they were comfy enough to not mind because you’d be just too tired to mind this after walking 20km each day. One of our bedside lights were not working, our plug adapter got stuck in one of the outlets and we just left it there because as we were trying to get it out, whole plug was shaking. I wont be electrocuted for £2 adapter plug, regardless, it left us using one plug for 2 phones, battery pack, smart watch and tablet. Not good. Walls cracked at seems at few places.

Bathroom - nice size. Sink tap - we had to hold it with hand in order not to take it out of place if we wanted to put tap on… you can see quite apparent wear and tear on wooden panels, not cute. Shower - have you seen those tiktoks on london rental crisis and what riddiculous sizes showers are in those properties? That was it. Tiniest shower imaginable with outdated plumming, taking 1min minimum for water to reach shower head. Hair dryer - i felt like using one from 70s, smelled like it is burning and is on last legs. Not cute. Floor boards - unexpectidly warm but only around toilet and bidet area so im guessing from hot water taps.

Breakfast - small room reminding off school cafeteria with plastic chairs. Breakfast choice actually decent, orange juice is to die for. But eggs were quite runny on 2 out of 4 times we were there. Just a side note. Premier inn has nicer presentation of food though, felt bit cheap.

To give them some credit - whole 3rd floor is under construction so maybe next year they’ll have nicer rooms

I wish i read reviews before booking. Dont be fooled by nice pictures. Do your research. Hope this helps anyone.

Todo de primera. La atencion EXCELENTE DE TODO EL PERSONAL . LA UBICACION NO PODRIA SER MEJOR. EL DESAYUNO SUPER ABUNDANTE. LA CALIDEZ DE ROGER .NO TIENE PRECIO. SUPER SUPER RECOMENDABLE.

Problème WC fuite, nettoyage et pas de réapprovisionnement du frigo, papier toilette, café. Trou dans la douche, problème d’insonorisation avec l’intérieur et l’extérieur, pas beaucoup de chaîne française sur la TV.
Point positif, la position de l’hotel et la bienveillance de Mr Mamadou à l’accueil (désolé je n’ai pas connaissance de son nom)

Es un caserón monumental, muy antiguo de fachada, pero totalmente renovado en su interior y en el mismo centro de Roma se puede ir a pié a todos los sitios y monumentos mas importantes de la Ciudad Eterna.

Ich war schon so oft in Rom, zum ersten Mal im Rinascimento, ich werde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Vor allem das Team, Ich habe mich noch nie wohler gefühlt

Not a 4 star hotel. The room was ok, but small bathroom, bed very hard. Did not sleep good here. Woke up several times. Breakfast was disgusting. I ate here just one morning, and the girl worked here was not hygienic, when she handle fork and knives. Had dirty fingers (did not wash hands between things she did) and in one moment, she managed to had them in her whole hand laying them down to they'r guest again. That's so nasty.

And did not fill up any food in time. Did not say hello, ask you if you want coffee or something. Not good vibes in this hotel. The girl worked alone, and was stressed all the time. This is not worth the money. Expensive.

Also to mention, they'r taxi service is really expensive. 75 euro to and from airport. One way. So, 150 euro both ways. 110 euro in evening/night. Normal taxi, 50 euro.

Maybe this is 2 or 3 star. The only good thing about this hotel, was location. I will unfortunately, not coming back to this hotel.

Nossa experiencia foi ótima!
Reservamos um quarto para 3 pessoas. Ao chegar no hotel fomos super bem tratados pelo recepcionista que falava português.
Em seguida, nos levou ao nosso quarto que estava no prédio externo, que ficava de frente para o hotel.
O quarto era ótimo, e acomodava muito bem 3 pessoas. A única pequena critica que tenho é que realmente tem muito barulho na rua e se escuta tudo, mas no nosso caso que fomos para passear e só voltamos ao hotel para dormir, não temos do que reclamar.
Muito bem localizado, perto de todos os pontos turísticos a pé e ótimos restaurantes em volta.
Voltaria sem dúvidas a me hospedar lá!

Ninguna simpatía de los empleados.
Habitación tripla, fuera del edificio principal del hotel, en un anexo junto a la calle y muchísimo ruidoso. Solo nos dieron una tarjeta como llave, así que o salíamos y entrábamos juntos o teníamos que molestar los otros para que nos abrissem la puerta.
Mala relación calidad/ precio.

Estive de férias neste hotel. O quarto era fora da estrutura principal do hotel, numa rua perpendicular ao mesmo. O serviço de limpeza foi normal, contudo logo no segundo dia, desapareceu o meu carregador do telemóvel. Apresentei queixa na recepção mas não obtive feedback. O serviço de pequeno almoço é muito fraco e a senhora da recepção não foi de todo simpática.

Very unpleasant lady in the reception. Ordered breakfast as a room service at 7 am before the early departure. At 7.05 i called the reception to ask whether it is coming, got a reply it will be there in 2 min. At 7.16 there was still no breakfast, so i called her again and she was super annoyed, not even being aware about the time it was and how late the order was. Finally breakfast arrived at 7.20 and it was uneatable. Very poor quality.

For going to the aiport the reception convinced me to use their service instead of the official city tax. Their service is 1.5 times the price of the official cabs. They claimed their cars are reliable and never late - well, the car arrived late and the driver was texting/calling all the way, without using headset, being totally distracted. We fest very unsafe and stressed the whole way.

Ho soggiornato ad Agosto in questo Hotel .
La mia camera era esterna alla struttura principale, a livello strada ,dove ovviamente perdi la sensazione di essere in un hotel , poteva essere l’ingresso di un qualsiasi negozio o garage.
Personale gentile e camera anche arredata bene ma consiglio prima di prenotare di richiedere di soggiornare nella struttura principale .

Cnetral location with renovated modern rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

PROS:
Roger was awesome. Staff was great.
Located steps away from all the central Rome sites to see.
Room cleaned everyday.
NEUTRAL:
Cost a night was slightly higher than worth/value of room
CONS:
AC Worked but never turned off and would stay set at 19C. Was freezing all night.
Mattress sucked. Very springy hard and lumpy.
Showers sooo small. I’m not large by any means and managed to hit my elbows twice and head once.

We booked this hotel because of the location and planned out the whole trip around it. Shortly before arriving, I was concerned about some previous reviews about being moved to a different hotel. I emailed and confirmed our reservation, and all was good. When we arrived, we were told we were at one of their other 5 properties. When I told them I had confirmed and this was the hotel we wanted to stay at, I was told very passionately that it was not a big deal, this was just 1 of their 5 hotels and was quickly dismissed. After waiting an hr for the car to transport us, the new location was a 20 min drive from the old. Not near any of the sites we had booked tours with. The new location was on a loud, busy corner. As I walked in, I was inappropriately approached by an intoxicated man. The room was small, with no AC. It was not an equivalent hotel to what we booked. We tried to call down to reception to get instructions on the AC, and the phone didn't work in our room. When they would do nothing to help us, we left and went to a different property. Understanding we'd lose at least 1 night's stay, we thought we would get refunded on the other 3 nights. We have been told that without a "signed" checkout form, we will get no refund. The people serving us in the hotel were good people who did their best- but this business structure is dishonest and unethical, and I would not recommend anyone book at Hotel Rinascimento.
