We stayed in the “Lovely room”, in the picture the room looks pretty cool but the room was not clean at all, there was dust everywhere, and the room had a bad smell, that remained in our clothes even after we left the room. If I want to enjoy a trip to Rome I would definitely look for a more cozy place.
The area isn’t great, but is like 5 minutes from the metro station. The only good thing at this location is the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful.

È ormai una tradizione ritornare in questo hotel.... Atmosfera dell'antica Roma.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο για όσους ψάχνουν κάτι σχετικά οικονομικό δίπλα στο σταθμό μετρό cornelia με απόσταση από το κέντρο δέκα λεπτά μόνο(οι στάσεις του μετρό είναι πολύ μικρές και γρήγορες).
Φτάνεις από το αεροδρόμιο με λεωφορείο τύπου ΚΤΕΛ και σε αφήνει σε μια στάση πολύ κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο με κόστος 8 ευρω. Μείναμε δύο άτομα σε πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό μεγάλο μπάνιο έχει ασανσέρ είναι διώροφο και με ασφάλεια. Οι εξωτερικές πόρτες είναι με κάγκελα που ανοίγουν μόνο με την κάρτα του ξενοδοχείου.Την μέρα υπάρχει ρεσεψιονίστ. Έχει δίπλα σας φαγητο καφέ και το κυριότερο super market μεγάλα για να ψωνίσετε τα βασικά σας.
Προτίμηστε το και αποφύγετε τα ξενοδοχεία του κέντρου τα οποία ζεχνουν από τον πολύ κόσμο που μπαινοβγαινει και τις μυρωδιές αποχετεύσεων της παλιάς πόλης της Ρώμης.

REPOST: Mi correggo in quanto trovo veramente sleale che lei risponda alla recensione facendo passare la mia esperienza come una menzogna. Voi in Google risultate essere un hotel 4 stelle, se non è così dovreste correggere. Lei non mi ha mai offerto di andarmene con rimborso, lei l'unica cosa che ha fatto è stata quella di chiamarmi privatamente per insultarmi dopo aver raccontato la mia esperienza. Non c'è stato nessun upgrade gratuito, la stanza non era calda e lei non mi ha mai offerto una stufa in più. Le coperte nel letto erano inesistenti, c'era solo il copriletto in tessuto sintetico del tutto sporco! Il vostro comportamento ha superato ogni limite, non ho mai avuto un esperienza così pessima. A mai più rivederci.
La struttura che apparentemente nell'esterno si presenta come un 4 stelle entrando da l'idea di essere in un motel ad ore. La nostra camera era gremita di cianfrusaglie da mercato dell'usato, con odore di chiuso e vecchio, il copri letto, così come anche la tappezzeria era sporchissima, piena di polvere e macchie!! Nel bagno c'era una poltrona in pelle reclinabile ?!?? Non voglio pensare a cosa dovesse servire. Siamo rimasti perché avevamo bisogno di riposare ma abbiamo dovuto tenere finestre e porta aperte per 1 ora altrimenti l'aria era insalubre! Il piccolo condizionatore che manda anche aria calda non riesce a scaldare tutta quella superficie calpestabile e nel letto c'era solo il copriletto quindi abbiamo sofferto molto freddo. Assolutamente sconsigliata!! Non so come sia possibile che abbia questi voti così alti.
P.s. il personale della struttura dopo la mia recensione mi sta molestando telefonicamente!

Μόλις φτάσαμε, άριστη υποδοχή, πολύ καλό δωμάτιο και κυρίως οποίος το δει στο επίσημο σάιτ του ξενοδοχείου αξίζει να το κλείσει γιατί έχει πολύ καλές τιμές!
Δίνεται η δυνατότητα για ηλεκτρονικό τσεκ ιν που σου στέλνουν στο μέιλ σου σε μήνυμα ώστε να κερδίσεις χρόνο στο τσεκ ιν!

L'hotel non è perfetto, ha riaperto da poco, quello che lo rende eccellente è: la piacevolezza del posto, la gentilezza squisita del receptionist, i prezzi iper competitivi, la presenza della metro a due passi.

The hotel was close to the metro station and clean. It was very relaxing to take a shower in a clean bathroom and hot water. Also, the receptionist Mr. Elmar (I hope I wrote his name correctly????) was very polite and friendly. I would also like to thank him.

Das Zimmer Zimmer war immer sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren alle wirklich sehr freundlich. Zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zur Metro, die einen innerhalb von 10 Minuten zur Spanischen Treppe bringt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The staff is incredibly friendly, the lovely room met our expectations set from the photos, location is perfect right on the subway. Anything we needed was provided right away at the service desk. The whole hotel is very clean including the room.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and an excellent staff that is always helpful. Rates are also affordable. Hotel is located close to the metro station so you can enjoy major tourist attractions in Rome. Hotel staff speaks English in addition to Italian which is very helpful for those who don't speak Italian language. My daughter and I, we really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Se le camere fossero in linea con l'aspetto esterno dell'edificio, il numero di stelle potrebbe essere più alto. Non é possibile avere colazione, nessun telefono in camera, nessun garage, macchinoso il sistema d'ingresso all'interno. E va bene che siamo a Roma, ma le camere sono care per quel che sono.

Hotel non all'altezza del prezzo. Personale piuttosto distaccato. Stanza che è direttamente sulla strada (come da foto allegata) e si sentono tutte le voci. Potenzialmente una persona può entrare in stanza dalla strada (essendo divisa solo da un corda), e ovviamente non si può tenere la finestra aperta altrimenti tutti guardano dentro. Lenzuola con sporco incrostato. Non consigliato.

Be very careful if you make a reservation through the hotel's website (and not through other internet providers such as Booking), since the hotel cancels the reservation the same day of check-in, supposedly because they have not been able to charge the card. They give you excuses such as that they have called you or sent you an e-mail to cancel your reservation.
Edit 1: And despite the hotel's response, it is completely false that they called us by phone and sent us emails. The card number is correct and the card had not been charged (confirmed by the bank). Everything indicates that they wanted to sell the room at a higher price later, leaving us without a reservation on the same day.

Non sono solito fare recensioni!
Ma questa volta si è raggiunto davvero il limite.
Servizio pessimo.
Al telefono non rispondono quasi mai.
Trasfert assicurato per telefono.
Arrivo all'aeroporto e non trovo nessuno, chiamo e che fanno mi dicono che si erano dimenticati di avvisarli.
Attaccandomi anche il telefono in faccia.
Ma questa volta si è raggiunto davvero il limite.
