I really enjoyed my stay. I was glad the hotel is located away from the main frenzy of tourism, but it was very easy to walk to the sights. It’s not far from the Roma Termini train station; we easily walked there. There are several bus stops nearby if you don’t enjoy walking as much (you should walk). I’ve never stayed at such a nice place. The room was very nice. The bathroom was perfect—I will keep in mind some aspects for home remodeling. The window gave me much happiness. The weather was so beautiful! (I know the hotel didn’t have anything to do with it…I’ll just have to thank the Lord for that!)
The closet mirrors and lighting were really neat. The cleaning service went above and beyond what was expected. We felt well looked after. We had the American breakfast once; it’s certainly not your average Best Western breakfast. It was very fancy with a plethora of good quality choices! The staff was always very helpful and kind and had patience with us.

Totally enjoyed my stay, very friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast though wasn't to my liking. Bacon too salty.

Très bel hôtel en ville - très central on peut facilement accéder à tous les spots à pieds. Les chambres sont belles, la literie très confortable, le petit déjeuner offre du choix. Le personnel très sympathique, souriant, agréable , notre séjour a été parfait ????????

Buongiorno se esistesse un punteggio inferiore ad una stella lo avrei sicuramente dato. Prenotato notte del 25 Novembre per 5 persone...mia figlia viene operata d'urgenza per peritonite acuta...ovviamente nessuno è più partito. La compagnia aerea ha immediatamente dato la piena disponibilità a spostare la data al 6 gennaio...l'hotel rose palace impone lo spostamento entro il 20 dicembre...periodo per noi impossibile....quindi un hotel dove non esiste l'umanità difronte ad un intervento urgente su una bambina ...potrebbe avere le migliori stelle del mondo ma le perde immediatamente con questi comportamenti. Andremo ugualmente a Roma appena la bambina si sarà rimessa...ed in fondo probabilmente non meritano ioro il nostro soggiorno presso la loro struttura. Dimenticavo che avevamo pagato le camere per nulla economiche. Un grazie alla direzione ed a tutto lo staff per questo gesto che rivela tanto.
