Very pleasant accommodation in the city center, thanks to which we didn't have to use public transport and could always walk to where we needed to go. The rooms are located inside an apartment building and we accessed the building using a code. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who explained everything important to us. The cleanliness and beautifully equipped room were also excellent. If we ever go to Rome again, we will stay here again!

Arrived at our room and the attendant promptly took payment. We walked into the room to find it stuffy and hot. I asked her about it and she said the AC wasn't working but they were working on it. We stayed that night but couldn't sleep due to the heat. Tried to open the window but the street noise and singing of a drunk guy on the corner kept us up. We inquired the next morning and they said they were still working on it. We went to our Vatican tour and lunch and came back around 2 and it was still hot. At that point we started looking for a new hotel. We checked out and still paid for that night even though we didn't stay there. We were told that we would be reimbursed for the third night but we weren't. We feel they could have been transparent about the AC before they took payment for all three nights. As we checked out they offered to move us to another room but by that time it was too late. That should have been offered from the start.

Located in great spot in the city nearby Piazza Navona. A little difficult to find the entrance at first. Staff were very helpful including very quick and thorough response to a small issue that arose with the bathroom. Extremely clean and good sized rooms.

산탄젤로 성 바로 옆이며 주요 관광지에서 멀지 않습니다. 주위에 맛있는 곳도 많습니다. 개인적으로 여름 무더운 시간에 잠시 와서 쉬었다가는 것이 좋았습니다. 물론 직원도 친절합니다.

다만 한 가지 아쉬운 것은 근처에 가로등이 켜지지 않아 거리가 조금 어둡다는 점입니다.

Really loved this hotel's location. We were able to walk to Vatican early in the morning before anyone else. It was also a short and nice walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Every day after dinner we could take a relaxing stroll along River Tiber before heading back to the hotel. The room was small, but clean just as pictured. The staff were friendly and helpful.

La habitación aunque estuvo bien, necesita corregir la firmeza del piso.

Good: Great location, friendly staff, very nice room, no noise from the street with the windows closed.

Bad: No/bad ventilation (probably better when central ac is on during warm season). Too noisy to sleep with the windows open.

I would not pay for breakfast again, it’s had at a local diner where you can order anything you want. It was good but we didn’t manage to order for 15e each. Better value to buy breakfast yourself and then you have the freedom to choose other places.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This hotel is amazing! The rooms are exactly like how they are pictured (we were skeptical, but gladly proven wrong) which is why I didn't take any photos of the room, because their photos actually do the rooms justice. The rooms were excellent and very high quality. There are two locked/pin-pad doors to go through to get to your room so we felt incredibly safe. The staff was excellent and provided us a lot of great information when we got there and helped get us a taxi on our last day. They even offer a coffee/tea/snack bar 24/7 which we greatly appreciated as we caught a cold and we appreciated the hot tea at all hours of the day to soothe our sore throats. The only negative we have is that because of the hardwood floors and gaps at the bottom of your room doors noise travels very easily so if you were hoping to sleep in past 7:30, that will probably be difficult between the travelers in the morning and the housekeeping which begins around 7:30/8:00 am. The hotel was very close to most of the major monuments. We absolutely loved it and I would 1000% stay here every time I visit Rome in the future. I'm surprised this hotel does not have more reviews because it was absolutely perfect!

Otroligt bra personal som gav oss bra tips på saker att göra och ställen att äta på. Gratis kaffe och fika fanns i ett gemensamt utrymme. Bra för att få i sig lite på morgonen eller mitt på dagen. Städningen skötte de riktigt bra. Helt okej med förvaring inne i rummet men ganska så mörkt då det saknade taklampa i huvudrummet och kunde behövts fler lampor i badrummet. Väldigt enkelt att få det mörkt när man skulle sova och bra AC.

Stället ligger nära floden så nära till flera sevärdheter och ganska så i mitten av de som ligger längst ifrån varandra men ändå inom gångavstånd.

Hissen gick inte riktigt hela vägen och kändes opålitlig. Ganska långt till närmaste metro men ca 10-15 min promenad från en shuttle bus som går direkt till/från flygplatsen och kostade 14 € (2022).

Posizione ECCELLENTE in pieno centro a due passi da tutto, pulizia assoluta, cortesia e disponibilità massime e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo per vivere la città!!!

Hôtel idéalement situé, proche des sites touristiques et notamment du Vatican à 10 minutes à pieds. On y trouve également des bus en bas de celui-ci qui nous permettent d'aller directement à la Gare Termini. Pratique !

L'hôtel et ses chambres sont neufs et très propres. Très agréables.

Dommage que la température de la climatisation ne soit pas réglable individuellement. Passer de 38° à l'extérieur à 21° n'est pas très confortable. Aussi c'est dommage que la dame de ménage fasse le ménage dès 8h du matin (aspirateur dans le couloir)... On aurait aimé dormir un peu plus lors de notre séjour à Rome.
