Un sitio perfecto para visitar Roma. Muy bien situado frente al Coliseo. Muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Nos permitieron entrar en la habitación antes de tiempo. La localización permite ver todos los monumentos importantes de Roma en un radio de 30- 40 minutos andando. Ofrecen un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto que, en nuestro caso, funcionó perfectamente.

Hola el sitio está muy bien y muy bien ubicado, pero lo que no soporto es que me engañen cobrándome 70 euros de tasa por ser turista un robo, el wifi no iba y no se molestaron en arreglarlo

Fantastic location! Room looks right into the colosseum. Hosts were very helpful and responded right away to any questions I have. Highly recommend. Very clean.

L’emplacement et la vue sont juste incroyable, le prix est très raisonnable. Par contre étant juste au dessus d’un café restaurant, il y a la musique à fond jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit. Les chambres ne sont pas les plus belles que j’ai vue mais c’était correct.

What a view! Clean spacious rooms, very reasonably priced and perfect for our quick stay in Rome. The owners were so nice and very accommodating. Walking distance to restaurants and beautiful sights, we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect spot to spent our holiday.

Si tratta di 4 camere con nessun servizio colazione compreso. Le camere 1, 2 e 4 hanno la vista verso l’esterno e probabilmente ne vale la pena. La camera nr.3 ha un mini balcone condiviso con a destra un blocco della climatizzazione e a sinistra da uno scarico di una caldaia a gas (vedi foto allegate). Si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina di sette piani, corte piccola quindi a malappena si intravvede se il tempo é bello o brutto. Di positivo é che non si sentono rumori. É probabile che nella ristrutturazione si sono dimenticato il tubo di aerazione dello scarico. Questo comporta un gran odore di canalizzazione “cesso”. Infatti al nostro arrivo la finestra del bagno era aperta (malfidarsi quando trovate questa situazione). Consiglio: evitate camera interna!

I don't know what to say... The location is great! The view is amazing! There is no better feeling than waking up, get dressed, and have the colosseum as the first thing that you see every morning when you walk out the door. They also helped me with transportation arrangements and were glad to help me with suggestions around Rome. I would definitely be back if I have the chance!

I hate to post anything good because I don’t want to make this place so booked I can’t come back here, However yes this place is awesome. The room was the best, Right next door to the Colosseum and whats even better it was close to everything fun. The shower was beautiful and the room was very clean and very well designed. I wish I could have stayed longer. 3 days of pure happiness!! Thank you Claudia and Roberto for having such a great room to share with us!! Thank you. Ciao- Grazie!

An excellent stay in a lovely property. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful with transfers, suggesting things to do and any communication needed. The location is amazing, just opposite the colosseum but we had no noise issues!

Una delle migliori strutture provate! Roberto è simpaticissimo, cordiale e molto disponibile! Vista Colosseo, a due passi dalla metro.. Camera molto confortevole, materasso comodissimo, bagno spazioso e molto bello! Niente da aggiungere se non che sicuramente lo consiglio!

Stayed here for 2 nights while in Rome and it was a delightful stay. Not only was the location just perfect, but it was extremely clean and we could see the colosseum from our room! The owner also marked out some neighborhoods and attractions worth visiting. I would definitely stay here next time I am in rome!
