I cannot say enough about this hotel. It’s so gorgeous, there are so many rooms to wander through. The bar is always stocked so you can make your favorite cocktails and enjoy the beautiful furnishings. The staff was absolutely lovely, booked us fantastic meals with absolutely no notice (we aren’t plan ahead type folk), gave us walking recommendations, and accommodate any request. It’s definitely a splurge, but it feels absolutely authentic, nothing like most hotels.

공항에서 수화물 때문에 늦고 정신없이 도착했는데 매우 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다! 유명한 관광지랑 거리가 있는데 전부 걸어갈수 있는 정도이고 앞에 공원이 있어 탁 트인 전망과 고요함을 느낄 수 있었어요 트레비 분수랑 가까워서 치안도 좋아요 조식도 맛있었고 직원분들도 친절하셨습니다! 감사합니다!

What a fantastic place to stay and relax. Francesca, Marco, Franco, and all the staff couldn’t be more helpful, friendly, and kind. I shared the room Parione with my sister. It has a small balcony overlooking Via Piacenza, a large bathroom with double sink, shower, large tub and a bidet. The walk-in closet easily accommodates two people. The included breakfast is delicious, and the self-serve evening cocktails in the first floor salons are complimentary. So many amenities at every turn! Just fabulous. The location isn’t terribly close to the typical sightseeing, many of which are a 15-minute walk, but it’s quiet and serene and the staff will call for cabs, make dinner reservations, and whatever else they can do to make you comfortable. Love it!

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp in Rom!

Wir wurden zunächst mit einen Prosecco empfangen, den wir in einem der Salons einnahmen.

In der Zeit wurde unser Gepäck -nicht merklich auf das Zimmer gebracht. Wir begaben uns in dem Moment, dezent in die Hände dieses sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenenden und herzlichen Personals! Die gesamte Villa ist ein einziges Museum in einem so gepflegten hochwertigen und äußerst sauberen und wunderschönen Ambiente, das man sich in der Tat sofort Willkommen und zu Hause fühlten. Das gesamte Konzept ist stimmig und im Einklang mit der geschichtsträchtigen Villa. Der Aussenbereich ist in einem modernen und ebenfalls hochwertigen Ambiente gestaltet. In nur 5 Minuten zur Fuss erreicht man den Trevi-Brunnen, weitere 10 Minuten die spanische Treppe und das Kolosseum. Auch die Vatikanstadt ist zu Fuss in 45 Minuten zu erreichen, vorbei an wunderschönen monumentalen Gebäuden. Bis 22 Uhr kann man nach einem ereignisreichen Tag auf der Dachterrasse, den Tag ausklingen lassen und im Jacuzzi entspannen. Ausnahmslos bis hin zum Koch ist das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich!
Sämtliche Cocktails und Getränke, sowie die Minibar sind kostenlos, sofern man sich das Getränk selbst mixt. Die Auswahl ist ausgesprochen vielfältig und mit Anleitung. Es gibt in einem der Salons eine Bar zur Selbstbedienung, genau wie
auf der Dachterrasse. Der Saunabereich ist ebenfalls sehr modern angelegt und äußerst großzügig. Das Frühstück bietet für jeden eine Auswahl an Speisen, zudem kann man noch Wünsche aus der Küche ordern. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt vor das Hotel fahren, es wird eine Durchfahrtgenehmigung vom Hotel organisiert. Man muss klingeln, um diese besondere Villa betreten zu dürfen, das Entree ist schon ein Erlebnis. Aufzug ist vorhanden, barrierefrei ist es nicht. Bei eigener Anreise parkt man das Auto im Innenhof.

Absolutely loved our 2 nights here as a family of 4 (13 and 14 year old kids)! Easy walking to Trevi and Spanish steps (and other sites), very safe location and excellently helpful and friendly staff. This hotel also has a really interesting history and the Spalletti Travelli family still owns it; we met Rai on the rooftop one day!
Our rooms were gorgeous- very nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, great water pressure and excellent air conditioning! There are hot tubs on the roof along with a bar, which are great to soak in. There are complimentary mini bars in the room as well as an open bar near the lobby. Yes, serve your own in a richly decorated family room with comfortable sofas and historical decor.

Their breakfast buffet is huge and you can even ask their chef to make you additional hot items! Great way to start the day! We also had some other meals here as it’s not easy to find restaurants open at 3PM nearby so it was convenient and tasty!

Stay here- you’ll love it!

The neatest hotel we've ever experienced! The story behind this place is second to none and the service is top notch. We were lucky enough to meet the owner Andrea who was so gracious with his time telling us about the history which made our stay that much more special. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and complimentary cocktail hours at 5pm are a great touch. We will definitely stay here again next time in Rome!

very bad experience.

It's a very high end place , taking you back to the Roman times and architecture. The hotel was a villa of the Trivoli family and has been preserved and has a very welcoming feel.

Pathetic owner that offer rooms with mould above EUR1300 per night, then they play victims when customers loudly complain for the outrageous condition of the room!! Arrogant Trivelli that cannot take criticism. This hotel should shut down and owner shall stop believing that he is a “hotelier”, he is a crook!
