style rétro même s'il n'est pas très ancien

très bien situé près de la fontaine Treni, il impressionne par ses lieux rétro même s'il est ouvert depuis un peu plus de 10 ans. Il attire l'autocollant de crevette rouge (le Michelin italien) qui indique qu'il possède la meilleure carbonara d'Italie. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Nous avons eu la carbonara et chicorée aux anchois (une spécialité romaine que je recommande) + un verre de vin rouge du Molise. Prix assez élevés pour le lieu et le personnel. Le chef de cuisine est d'origine tunisienne. La carbonara était bonne.

Located centrally yet hidden from the crowds, this place features elegant outdoor seating. The menu, though not extensive, but combines somethings for any tastes. Rather overpriced and not because of the quality, but because of the location. Still not bad to stop by

I returned at Baccano and brought my friends bcoz of their great burger. It was truly alluring with heavenly taste. To me it was perfectly done. It has become my standard in eating real high grade meat burger. Try it!

No volvería jamás.
El trato del servicio fue nefasto (excepto un camarero) el resto nos hizo sentir como si no pintásemos nada allí. Están como ha todo y a nada.
La comida nada del otro mundo (pedimos una ensalada y pasta carbonara).
No lo recomiendo principalmente por el trato del personal, nos hicieron sentir como que no cumplíamos su perfil.

My visit to Baccano Ristorante left me with mixed feelings. While the ambiance and decor were lovely, I found the overall experience to be a bit overrated.

The food, though decent, didn't quite live up to the hype. While some dishes were tasty, others fell short of expectations.

Service was hit-or-miss; some staff members were attentive and friendly, while others seemed disinterested. Overall, the service didn't match the upscale atmosphere of the restaurant.

In conclusion, while Baccano Ristorante has its charms, I feel it's a bit overrated. There are certainly better dining options in Roma for those seeking an exceptional Italian culinary experience.

We dined here last night it was a truly lovely experience. Food and wine were perfect. The setting & atmosphere was relaxed. Our waiter was friendly and super efficient. Will definitely dine here again. Highly recommend.

La persona que nos atendió no tendría que llevar sus problemas personales al trabajo, y atender mal a los clientes. No recomiendo cero profesionalismo! No me hicieron sentir a gusto.

While in Rome I had dinner at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, the staff were amazing! Our waiter was from Angola and was super friendly, spoke Portuguese to my sister and explained the menu to her as she didn’t speak English or Italian. The food was incredibly delicious! Drinks were nice and strong as they should be lol

Local muy agradable. El personal amable, superatento y muy profesional. La comida muy buena y bien presentada. Mención especial al tiramisú, que te lo preparan en el momento y que es de los mejores que he probado.
