We had our lunch in this beautiful restaurant and it was great. The pizzas we had had a great taste, the wine was good and the dessert was also delicious. I would come back again.

Je suis d’origine italienne et donc j’ai l’habitude de me rendre à Rome. J’avais l’habitude de me rendre chez Baffetto pour manger les meilleures pizzas de Rome, mais je dois dire que le restaurant est tombé bien bas. Commençons par notre entrée, le serveur nous jette une nappe en papier sur une table mal lavée. C’est limite si on dérangeait. Ensuite, il nous ramène des couverts, non pardon, il nous jette les couverts sur la table. Très professionnel le champion :) bref on commande du vin et de la bière. En étant évidement traité comme des pestiférés par l’abruti de serveur. Le type nous ramène un vin imbuvable, de l’eau diluée avec du vinaigre comme quand Thierry Lhermite prépare le vin de Daniel Prévost dans le Diner de Con. Bref, ça suffisait pas à la mascarade. Les pizzas arrivent après 35mn d’attente sous le regard de cuistos insupportables et méprisants. On découvre une pizza al salame censée être décoré de bon salami comme dans le passé, et non on a devant nous des pepperoni de pizza hut. La pâte est sèche, la sauce tomate pas aussi onctueuse que dans le passé. Bref une pizza banale voire mauvaise. Passable tout simplement. Le pire arrive : au moment de payer, le serveur ne nous donne aucune note. Juste un montant et son TPE. Je paie 31 euros, je ne me pose pas de question. Mais après avoir fait l’addition, je me rends compte que le serveur a pris du pourboire sans demander. Bref, du vol comme on adore lol. Donc n’y allez surtout pas amis français et étrangers. Visez plutôt la Taverna Rossini à Parioli.

Sirti muy bueno para comer pizzas,seguramente tengas que hacer cola y esperar casi una hora para comer pero merece la pena.Los precios son normales o te vas a llevar un susto

I’m sure the pizza is great considering all the reviews but we never got a chance to try as we got up and walked away. The waiters demeanor and attitude towards tourists particularly to non white customers is Atrocious and outright racist. Not only did we experience this we watched an Asian couple be completely disrespected by their waiter which prompted us to walk up and leave.

Check the other reviews as there are many other comments similar to this and experiences highlighting open prejudice and racist behavior to non whites

Unfortunately due to the volume of tourists this place will always be in business but it most definately does not deserve to be. Think twice before you decide to eat here as this is unacceptable - regardless of how good their pizza is

Leckere und sehr dünne Pizza. Etwas stressige Atmosphäre und Konzept eher zum schnell Essen und dann weitergehen. Dafür preislich ok.

We went hoping to enjoy the Roman style pizza. A HUGE WARNING BRING CASH, they seem to be cold towards us. Not sure why. When ordering the server seem to be very impatient with us. When finished, they forced us to pay with cash saying no machine. The table next to us could pay with card. Had same amount of people and were also English speaking tourist. VERY much DIFFERENT treatment. When we went the line up had just finished, we ask them if we like the food can we order more. The waiter said no only order once so he doesn’t have to come back to us. We went at 10pm restaurant closes at 12…. One side they smiled and joke and turned around to us serious and impatient. Only difference is we are Asian. Still trying to wonder why. From the start sitting at the table something felt odd.

We had planned on takeout pizza but we were told that was not an option until an hour later. We shared a large "Da Baffetto" pizza and had 2 Coca Colas and our bill was 20 euros. We had eaten here on previous trips to Rome and there is often a long line but turnover is fairly quick. It is inconsistent whether or not they will take credit cards so it's safer to just bring cash.

Bardzo znana i polecana pizzeria w Rzymie. Niestety w związku z tym żeby w niej zjeść trzeba swoje odstać z reguły w bardzo długiej kolejce. Pizza mega dobra, idealne cieniutkie i chrupiace ciasto. Świetne domowe wino. Miła obsługa. Mieliśmy szczęście i ominęło nas czekanie, bo jednak chyba szkoda tracić czas zwłaszcza że w pobliżu jest wiele pizzerii z nie odbiegających od tej. Mimo to gorąco polecam jak komuś nie zależy na czasie!!

Independientemente del tiempo de espera que estás para que te den mesa (que al final es de tu elección), se supone que deberían servirte en un tiempo "aceptable". Pero mucho más lejos de la realidad... 1hora y media esperando 2 pizzas que habíamos pedido y los camareros cuando no te ignoraban, simplemente decían 5 segundos más. Si aprecias tu tiempo, no vengas.

Rica. Aspectos a tener en cuenta: la comida puede tardar una hora. Podes hacer 1 hora cola.
No es la mejor pizza de Italia, es muy finita. Pero cumple.

Pizza was average. Long line, so we thought we would try. After waiting for 10 minutes, I got a seat. Service was ok. Got the calzone and lacked flavor. The pizza was bland and didn't have a lot of flavor as well. Prices were high for quality.

Piazza romana

Pizza romaine (qui est différente de celle napolitaine), fine et croustillante. Longues files pour entrer et service très rapide. Un club avec un passé important, mais qui a perdu son charme.

Pizza vraiment quelconque. Très déçu par la pate qui est dure et trop cuite.
La garniture ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard. Il y a d'autres pizzerias non loin qui sont biens meilleures. Par exemple "Al Braciere" Via della Chiesa Nuova.

Une adresse typique qui respire Rome à plein nez, une queue terrible à l'extérieur vous attend pour goûter aux fameuses pizzas. A l'intérieur des nappes en papier et des serveurs qui vous jettent les assiettes, illico presto un service de compétition et surtout un énorme business, dommage que l'on vous demande gentiment de laisser votre table aux autres une fois la délicieuse pizza engloutie. Un resto qui vaut le détour.
