Overall, we had an OK (on the level of a Michelin star restaurant) experience at this restaurant. We had the meat 5-course tasting menu. The first amuse bouche was excellent: a “fake” oliver with lots of aromas inside. The following two dishes (egg with truffle, artichoke) were nothing special and even lacked some flavour. The Primo pasta dish was very good, as well as the Secondo main dish, although not much can go wrong with the goulash-type of sauce for this kind of dish. The dessert, cannoli with ice cream, was very good but again, lacked a bit of creativity for a michelin star restaurant.The service was so-so: they first couldnt find our reservation and had to spell out the name twice; they seem to have never heard of sharing one wine pairing menu with two (1/2 a glass each), as we are moderate drinkers, which is very common for this level of restaurants; and at the end they forgot to pass by to ask if we wanted any coffee or tea, so we just paid and left.

Amy wife and I went on the off season so it was easy to get a mid-week table. The food was traditional Sicilian food done to an exceptional level with a bit of theatre built in. The service was great. The atmosphere was very pleasant especially for privacy, I have marked it down purely on personal preference for a more active environment.

É e rimane un ristorante di estrema qualità. Piatti top e chef bravissimo. Ambiente interno molto curato e servizio gentilissimo. Conviene prenotare ma soprattutto fidarsi dei consigli del personale specie sulle nuove proposte del menù! Ottimo!

Serata di coppia per provare la prima stella Michelin della provincia,,ambiente elegante pulito e i dettagli fanno la differenza,scelta di menù alla carta,aperitivo di ben venuto alla grande stuzzichini serviti da mangiarli solo con gli occhi,sapori particolari dalle finte olive alla mous di fegatino di pollo al marsala,polpo con purea di patate e salsa alla Luciana strepitoso il migliore mai mangiato,,,primi eccellenti da segnalare i ravioli di cipolla brasata conditi con ragù di coniglio salsa di tenermi e tuma persa che vale la stella,ottimo anche lo spaghettone con sugo di pesce zafferano e Sacrofano crudo,dolci degni del locale ,chef presente in sala ,complimenti

Espetacular! Sem palavras para descrever a delicadeza do chefe que mesmo sem termos reservado conseguiu uma excelente mesa , pois só tínhamos uma noite na cidade.
Tudo foi perfeito, o ambiente é de extremo bom gosto, confortável e iluminação delicada . Pedimos o menu de cinco pratos, da terra para mim e para meu esposo o de mar ! Cada prato uma nova surpresa! Belíssima apresentação! O ovo em baixa temperatura foi o melhor que já comi ! Parabéns ao chefe e toda equipe!!!

Es ar eine spontane Idee, gestern Abend hier essen zu gehen. Ich rief ca. 1 Stunde vorher an und zu unserem Glück gab es noch einen freien Tisch. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, alle Mitarbeiter bemühten sich sehr und waren professionell. Das Ambiente ist mir minimalistisch modern, ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Der Chef eroberte unser Herz schon beim Amisbouche, 4 ganz unterschiedliche, perfekt zubereitete Geschmackexplosionen. Und das Menü, was er nach unseren Vorgaben uns als Überraschungsmenü präsentiert hat, ging so weiter, ohne Qualitätseinbrüche. Der Fisch auf zarter gemüseblätter und Mandelkreme. getoppt mit Kaviar, später der beste, zarteste Seebarsch, was ich je gegessen habe, mit Auberginenpüree und schwarzer Seppiasauce, die super Pasta, die ich leider ausließ, aber mein Mann als einen der vielen Höhepunkte bezeichnet hatte, waren alle sehr schön zubereitet und waren alle einzeln Poesien. Der Prädessert in Form von einer Indischefeigen-Sorbet war ein Geschenk für uns, die wir diese Frucht mögen. Nachtische mag ich normalerweise gar nicht, weil dort die Kreativitāt der Chefs schon längst erschöpft ist. Marco Baglieri hat aber geschafft, noch eine sehr interessante Mandelkonposition zu präsentieren, die uns super schmeckte und die traditionellen sizilianischen Cannoli hat er auch perfektioniert, so dass man auch hier kein nein sagen konnte. The opening house tastes (seen below) were unique; the two “olive eggs” are interesting but don’t accurate display the dishes to come. Our table tried the qual, cheese bread, and raw burger appetizers, the qual stood out with the best flavor. As far as mains, the linguine pasta is BRIGHT green (seen below) it did have decent flavors of nuts, mussels and oranges. The rabbit dishes were smaller in size with a mashed cauliflower. I didn’t care so much for those.

Some issues we experienced were with the sommelier and the slow table service. Unfortunately the sommelier wasn’t as attentive as we would have expected, and didn’t have a continuous glass during our meal like I would have wanted and paid for. Our table server was rarely seen. She came around every 30 mins or so and didn’t have any assistance with serving the dishes therefore they all came out at different times. Also, we ended up paying $20 for olive oil we requested to have as a side to the bread… not our favorite establishment in Noto.

Una bellissima esperienza enogastronomica! Siamo stati qui per il nostro anniversario e che dire?! Tutto fantastico! (Abbiamo preso il menù 5 portate di carne ). Complimenti a tutto lo staff, soprattutto al direttore Marco ed al sommelier Benedetto che oltre ad averci consigliato un ottimo vino ci ha dato la possibilità di visionare la loro magnifica cantina. Continuate così, un grande in bocca al lupo!

Tastingmenue neu mit Weinbegleitung erhältlich welche absolut empfehlenswert ist.
Die Pasta ist unerreicht. Ebenfalls sehr gefallen hat mir der Canolo zum Dessert.
Sehr tolles und freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant ist eine Reise nach Noto wert.

Yesterday, we paid a visit to the restaurant, which offered us a delightful evening experience. In the entrance greeted us warmly, granting us the choice of the best table available. The decor, though minimalistic, still managed to captivate us. Engaging in conversation with the head waiter/sommelier, we discovered a truly exquisite wine. It was refreshing that they didn't solely suggest the priciest options. As for the courses – we decided on a 5-course culinary expedition – they were truly remarkable. The starter encompassed a Sicilian voyage, gradually unveiling each distinctive flavor. Absolutely remarkable. The mini hamburger was tasty, allowing us to relish every single ingredient. It showcased audacity, modernity, and of course, immense delectability. Equally delightful was the rabbit ragu tortelli, followed by the succulent beef accompanied by mashed potatoes that melted in our mouths. This was succeeded by a transitional dessert, and finally, the main dessert – a rethinked cannolo. The head waiter/sommelier expertly suggested a suitable pairing for our desserts, an unfamiliar brand to us, but perfectly complementing. Contrary to another individual's claim of inattentive service, we can confidently refute that. This marked the first restaurant in Sicily where we genuinely felt attended to – a senior waiter who diligently monitored our wine glasses, elaborated on the dishes, their components, and the rationale behind them. To summarize, we can only shower accolades upon the inventive and imaginative creations of the Chef and the team. Special gratitude is extended to the head waiter/sommelier and the senior waiter for their considerate and meticulous service. Higly recomended restaurant.

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The food was refined yet unpretentious and, most importantly, delicious. We chose a la carte and all three courses were exceptional, including the complimentary amuse bouche. The staff were friendly and efficient, the sommelier was extremely helpful and even allowed us an additional desert wine to try, as we couldn’t choose. The ambience is quiet and minimalistic, a moment of calm in amongst the various trattorias we’d been to on our two week gastronomic tour of Sicily. Highly recommend!

This restaurant does not deserve a michelin star. Service very poor. Wine glass and water were ignored. Food disappointing. They were out of the raw shrimp w panelle burger but served it anyway. I know it's Sicilia, but I can get panelle anywhere. Egg and truffles are good, but I can make it at home. The elevation of the food was poorly executed. The onion tortellini was not good. I've eaten at many michelin Star places. Avoid this one.

Abbiamo preso menu degustazione di mare con 5 portate. Siamo complessivamente soddisfatti del menu e del cibo che si contraddistingue per sapori delicati, definiti e ben bilanciati tra loro. Ottimo anche il benvenuto dello chef e nota positiva per i dolci squisiti. Materia prima ottima, in questo caso si parla di pesce. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. Ottimo il vino consigliato dal capo sala. Se la cucina può ambire ad 1 stella Michelin, non vale lo stesso per il servizio. A nostro parere è mancato un po’ di “calore” e di attenzione e cura nei confronti del cliente. In linea generale esperienza positiva, sicuramente consigliamo questo posto per chi ha voglia di fare un’esperienza culinaria di alto livello.

Came here for dinner with my wife, it was good but not great. Had the small tasting menu, and the food was good and tasty. Degustation style menu and is fancy/nouvelle cooking. While food was good, the service is not the best. There are a lot of staff, though it did not feel like a warm nor welcoming vibe.

We had many excellent meals in Sicily during our trip. This place did not stand out for us. But if you are looking for a fancy degustation while in Noto, am happy to recommend it.

Après avoir visité cette belle ville de Noto, nous avons choisi ce restaurant en dehors du centre ville. Accueil très sympathique, cuisine savoureuse et très belle carte de vin.
