I can't rate this hotel enough. Warm welcome, beautiful architecture and lovey furniture and decoration. Great bed and bathroom. Good water pressure and lots of hot water and that water is so soft in Cadiz. We did book a Deluxe Bedroom and it totally matched the photo's and description. We even got a little welcome tray of champagne, chocolates and mineral water. Breakfast was great. The location is an easy walk from the railway station and great for getting to every part of the old town. As we travelled in Semana Santa it was very busy so try and book the best tapas bars and restaurants.

Cuidado con las reservas no reembolsables de este establecimiento. Por motivos de salud intenté cancelar con más de un mes de antelación y me respondieron negativamente. Me cobraron a los dos días de reservar

Skøn atmosfære og meget imødekommende personale. Adgang til parkering er lidt udfordrende i den smalle gade, men det lykkedes fint for os med en stor bil. Charmerende tagterrrasse. Vi kommer igen ????

Increíble hotel... Super bien ubicado, cerca de todo y sobre todo, estando en pleno centro muy muy tranquilo sin ruidos!!!... Estuvimos en el fin de semana fuerte de carnavales y estuvimos muy a gusto. El personal muy atento, nos explicaron perfectamente donde ir, donde comer, donde estaban las mejores ubicaciones.

Above and beyond in every way! Beautiful rooms, location and service. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay. It's close enough to town and far enough to rest and relax. The desk personnel are helpful and kind. Great prices and beautiful experience.

El hotel es magnifico, tanto sus desayunos, amenities, instalaciones...atencion...el personal es muy amable, atento y resolutivo. Sin duda una buena estancia. Sobre todo al chico que nos atendió en turno de mañana el dia 13 de febrero. Muchas gracias.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, quiet( no outside / street noise). Clean! Really clean! , wonderful staff - everyone we met were so very nice and helpful, we had breakfast too and it was perfect too, we were 4 ladies and we enjoyed having cocktails and playing cards downstairs. Wonderful Stay ! Highly recommend!!!
Special shout out for Luisa!!! She was the staff on evenings so wonderfully kind and helpful, such an amazingly dear woman!!!

Hotel céntrico con encanto (Limpio y bonito), y muy bien atendido.
Son solo 2* pero me parecen pocas no todas las habitaciones son aptas para silla de ruedas, mejor llamar y no os perdáis la terraza libre (4P).
En cuanto al personal un “10”, muy amables y atent@ hasta le reglamos una caja de bombones porque tuve un problema con mi silla de ruedas, y me ayudaron.

Pasamos un fin de semana en este céntrico y acogedor hotel de Cádiz. La atmósfera creada en el propio hotel, sus zonas comunes, comedor para desayunos, sala de estar y las habitaciones le otorgan un aura que te hace sentir cómodo y especialmente relajado y desconectado de todo desde que llegas. El personal, muy servicial, amable y totalmente predispuesto a hacer por tí aquello que pueda serte de utilidad. Las habitaciones siguen el mismo hilo conductor que tienen las zonas comunes, con un estilo clásico y arábigo que las hace especialmente bonitas. El descanso es fácil de conseguir pues no sientes como ajenas ni las camas ni las almohadas, que se perciben son de buena calidad. Tienen posibilidad de parking, algo muy de agradecer teniendo en cuenta donde esta ubicado - otro de sus puntos fuertes sin lugar a duda: a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la zona más historica y bonita de Cádiz. Es sin lugar a dudas, una apuesta segura de acierto si optas por viajar a Cádiz y pasar unos días disfrutando de esta hermosa y maravillosa tierra.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We stayed in the suite on the top (4th) floor, which was fantastic with a small private terrace, large well furnished room and a large bathroom. There were a few complimentary items and little note that were a nice touches. The main roof terrace was pleasant and surprisingly quiet. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was very clean and done out nicely. Did have slight trouble trying to book on their website; the payment page kept stalling, and when you went back or refreshed you had to start the whole booking from scratch, but managed it eventually. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
