Dans une ruelle très paisible. Propreté parfaite. Sur fond de Riad, excellent petit hôtel. Proche de tout. A conseiller.

Buena situación respecto al centro de Sevilla. A 10 minutos de calles principales como Tetuán o Bailén, San Eloy, Plaza de Santa Magdalena y la Giralda. También a 15 minutos de la Plaza de la Encarnación (las setas o parasol) Con templos cercanos para visitar y numerosos bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Es muy tranquilo y acogedor. A 4 minutos de Marqués de Paradas, donde hay un parking amplio. El coche puede entrar por esa calle también. Máquina de café en las habitaciones como cortesía. ¡Repetiría!

This "hotel" (which calls itself a hostel in the lobby) may get high marks for two reasons: the location, which is in the city centre and the lobby which reflects old Moorish design. Beyond that our experience was sub-optimal in the extreme. Our room was on the main floor directly across from a bar restaurant meaning that the window had to be closed in the evening, though that offered little or no respite. Combined with the normal late night sounds in the lobby which sounded like they were inside the room, sleeping was a challenge at best. Upon entering the room, there was an oppressive smell that seemed intended to overwhelm another even less pleasant smell. There was visible mould where the floor meets the wall next to the bed and the bathroom dispensed toilet paper one sheet at a time like in the old public bathrooms. The pillows were uncomfortable and one small complimentary bottle of water was about the extent of management's largesse. While the cost of a night's stay was as inexpensive as Sevilla seems to get, I would say the price was nevertheless ridiculously exhorbitant. Following dinner, we stayed out as late as we could to avoid having to return to the dreaded room one minute sooner than absolutely necessary,. It is bewildering how this place can manage a 4+ overall review grade.

Fui el fin de semana de la maratón porque la corrí, y el sitio donde se encuentra me parece ideal. Habitación súper equipada (tienes para hacerte café y todo). Excelente trato por parte del personal que allí trabaja. Calidad-precio ????????

The lobby is gorgeous and I'd recommend sitting there to relax and imagine. Our room was nice, however the shower had mold and I find that utterly unpleasant.

Las habitaciones de la planta baja bastante malas. En el interior de las sábanas había hormigas muertas. Los baños no estaban del todo limpios. Además, en mi salida olvidé un neceser con productos de alta cosmética y productos dermatológicos con un valor de 200€ en total y al llamar para pedir por favor que me lo reservaran nadie sabía nada. La atención telefónica fue nefasta, 0 ayudas y formas de hablar poco correctas. Asimismo, el hecho de que no tengan ningún convenio o descuento con un parking, resta muchos puntos.

Sin duda, no volveremos. Menos mal que solo fue una noche.

I stayed here two nights - great location and beautiful building. The room I had was great for a quick weekend and clean and I'll definitely consider coming back. The negative was that my room was facing the street and on the ground floor, so noisy until 1 am (not exceptional for Spain) and there were some ants.

Charmant hôtel bien situé dans Séville. Très bon accueil. Possibilité d'acheter des boissons fraîches dans l'hôtel. Petit dejeuner dans un bar à quelques mètres de l'hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant qui propose des plats différents chaque matin. Terrasse très agréable au 2e étage.

Holet très sympa, acceuill très chaleureux, seul petit hic, les murs sont épais comme du papier à musique..... malgré cela les chambres sont nettes, pas de manque de déco pour moi, mais pas de balcon.... le personel est à votre disposition avec le sourire, et le bar d'en face est très sympa pour prendre le petit dej ou l'apéro à quelques euros.
