Dernier dîner à Ste Max en famille, avant le retour à la grisaille, et on s’est fait très plaisir ici ! L’endroit est génial (nous le connaissions déjà : nous venions au « copains d’abord ») et très bien rénové et aménagé par les nouveaux gérants. Service AU TOP du TOP : que des sourires, pas d’attente, et on nous apporte même une gamelle d’eau pour notre chien sans même qu’on le demande .. l’endroit est hyper agréable, animation musicale par un chanteur guitariste excellent, et pour les assiettes : tout le monde s’est régalé ! tout est bon, bien présenté, bien assaisonné. Vraiment c’était PARFAIT !! Ça faisait longtemps que nous n’avions pas passé un aussi bon moment en famille au restaurant, continuez comme ça !!

Salads excellent, service decent, beachy atmosphere achieved. Lovely on a sunny day, and any review saying the service is bad, are simply rude english men and women who don’t appreciate that not speaking at least a little french is a bit rude.
Star down for food and service as the burger is only so good, and the service has to be excellent for it to be 5. Great for a beach swim straight after, would come again

Nous y sommes allé en mai et étions plutôt satisfait. Et avons été d’autant plus déçus hier soir. Service peu professionnel, personnel incapable de décrire un plat, équipe qui ne s’entend apparemment pas, (apparement il y avait un plat du jour si j’en crois la panneau que nous avons vu en sortant mais le serveur ne nous en a pas parlé, cuisine à peine digne d’une cantine : daube de poulpe immangeable, burger fade, quasiment sans sauce, fraîcheur de pain douteuse, etc… Nous n’avons même pas voulu tenter les desserts. On ne nous y reprendra plus.

Nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants, nous avons reçu un très bon accueil! Un lieu magnifique avec une cuisine délicieuse! Les cocktails étaient excellents! Nous avons passé une superbe soirée ????????

Endroit charmant au demeurant, nous débutons notre dîner par un cocktail (Comme une piña...) nous décidons d'en prendre deux :)
On nous sert un verre de taille très moyenne, une jolie mousse au dessus, quid du liquide, vraiment pas grand chose et nous découvrons dans le verre un énorme glaçon qui occupe une grande partie du verre et nous prive de ce qu'il y a à boire c'est à dire encore une fois pas grand chose. Je signale au serveur ma déception, apparemment, je n'ai pas bien compris le concept de cette Piña Colada revisitée et sans goût ... Le serveur me répond que ce n'est pas son problème brrrr. Le patron vient voir ce qu'il se passe en nous rassurant que tout ça est bien normal, 16 euros le cocktail, ça vaut bien ça apparemment. Ça nous a laissé un goût amer pour la suite.. Dommage .

j’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé la Gaudina !
Tres belle déco, j’ai adoré mon plat, tous les serveurs/serveuses aux petits soins et très gentils !
Sur les transats c’était super calme, familial et reposant.
C’est vraiment une réussite et le genre de plage privée que j’aime ! Je recommande ☀️

Superbe expérience à la Gaudina, du service à la cuisine en passant par le bar tout est au top !

Lovely restaurant and private beach
We had a lovely evening for my Mum's birthday.
The food was very good, especially the octopus stew, which I regret not taking and only had a taste of. I'll definitely go back for that. We were there only for dinner but I'll go back to enjoy the beach during the day. The children loved running everywhere.
The location is amazing and very well decorated, with a feel of a tropical island holiday. The staff is very nice and efficient and the manager very professional. Although we were a table of 20, everyone was served promptly.
There was a good live music and we spent a wonderful evening.

Un véritable bijou de la Provence en bord de mer ! L'ambiance et la cuisine du restaurant sont parfaitement authentique, avec des touches provençales qui vous transportent immédiatement. Un must pour les amoureux de la Méditerranée et de la gastronomie provençale.

Great location and exquisite dining! Nothing negative to say about the food, it was absolutely fantastic. There was only one thing that made me feel uncomfortable: The waiter was absolutely unfriendly and presented a full range of totally inappropriate manners.
1) He started an unnecessary discussion, when it was clearly his mistake that he forgot to bring the correct food. Instead of bringing the right food (no problem, that can happen) he started to put the blame on my friend.
2) He brought us bread that was inedible, even though other guests received fresh bread (it was not just toasty, it was days old).
3) He started to clear the table even though my friend was still eating which is the most disrespectful thing you can do in my view, he even started to ask for desert and took the plate she was still eating on.
Unfortunately the service is inseparably connected to the whole experience, which is why i have to give this excellent restaurant such a bad rating even though the food and location are phenomenal and the rest of the staff seemed to be pretty friendly and made a good job.
