Comment dire.... , le niveau de prestation doit sans nul doutes se mettre en hibernation étant donné la petite fraîcheur du moment, tout est sympathique mais le service honnêtement pas la hauteur du niveau de l établissement.
Quasi vide, les hôtesses du salon ont laissé mon interlocutrice s assoir sur un fauteuil détrempé par la boisson renversée d un très "jeune client" quelques temps avant sur le dit fauteuil. Et lorsque la remarque sur l assise mouillée à été faite, je me serai cru dans les années 80 à la Grande époque des vagues de VRP dans les Novotel...????‍♂️????
Comme il faut toujours trouver le côté positif à toute expérience, même passable..., si vous êtes un professionnel du management et avez des notions des prestations "luxe" et plus... postulez chez Monsieur COURBIT, vous devriez être pris sans difficultés....

Wir lieben Airelles Hotels generell!
Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in Saint-Tropez, jedoch im Innenhof sehr ruhig, schöner Pool , sehr erholsam.
Ja, man zahlt hier nicht wenig, aber wir hatten exzellenten Service!

I was looking for a place to treat ourselves during our holiday. I was a little nervous about booking in St Tropez as so many places are overrated. I'm so happy I chose this place, it is such a peaceful spot in the middle of the city. Food was fresh and the combination of flavours was amazing. Lots of flavours in all the dishes. The service was so kind and thoughtful.

This is a unique place, it’s history, the kind of guests it attracts and the attention to detail from the staff. It’s a small hotel in a beautiful old building so the rooms are smaller than I would normally go for but everything else makes up for that. The courtyard and pool area is a calm retreat from the busy town, which is just outside the front door.

This was a really good hotel experience. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the benefit of getting free sunbeds at the beach club Jardín Tropezina for being hotel guests at the Pan Dei Palais, AND free shuttles to/from the beach club. The most fun shuttles to take were the tiny electric blue cars (almost like a golf cart), but they also had the black shuttle vans and a Rolls Royce.

The room was very clean and beautiful. We loved the location too which was very centralized, close to every place we wanted to visit. Thanks to the staff for everything!

Nous étions venus avec un ami afin de profiter de la cuisine épicée du chef. Nous en sommes ressortis ravis. Le service ainsi que les mets étaient excellents. Le met surprise fût particulièrement apprécié. Un must try si vous passez par Saint-Tropez.
