Super restaurant italien (signé Ducasse) de St Tropez, les cocktails, la pizza aux truffes et le Tiramisu.
Une terrasse somptieuse, un service irreprochable, ce fut une belle soirée.

The most amazing dining experience. Food service and ambiance was amazing. Had a 4 person band going around to tables and singing. Very magical evening.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, gute Lage in St.Tropez.
Der Service war gut und Aufmerksam, sowie freundlich.
Das Essen war sehr gut.
Über die Preise muss man in St.Tropez so oder so nicht Berichten.

Surtout ne pas réservé avant car lorsqu’ils ne savent pas prendre une adresse mail correctement donc qui ne vous arrive jamais , vous ne pouvez confirmer et lorsque vous appellerai, un hôtesse désagréable vous dit que c’est de votre faute si la réservation n’existe pas, sur un ton vulgaire agressif et en se moquant de vous.
Une honte pour un restaurant géré par le chef Ducasse dans un hôtel de renom de st tropez.
Aucune excuse de sa part et on vous raccroche au nez car elle n’a pas le temps de trouver une solution ou d’en chercher une. Pour info nous n’étions que 2.
Une honte de l’accueil impolitesse agressif sans excuse.

Quel bonheur! Nous avons passé une soirée délicieuse pour notre premier dîner à St Tropez. La table près de la fontaine, le groupe de musique extraordinaire, la nourriture excellente et le service 5 étoiles ! Mention spéciale au responsable Benjamin qui a été très accueillant et sympathique. Nous reviendrons !!

Atmosphere was very good with lighting and decorations well placed and thought through. They had a live DJ with appropriate music that kept the vibe very chic. However, the beef cheeks pasta was the most dry and tasteless I've ever eaten. Felt so utterly grossed out after the meal. The meat was not done right at all. Not to mention that at Dusk, there were lots of bees and flies that made the dining experience uncomfortable. The staff thoughtfully burned some incense and tried to keep the flies at bay, but that made the area smell arid. I guess its all part of summer vibes. Once is enough for me.

Que dire pour le restaurant Cucina du célèbre Palace Byblos, juste exceptionnel ! La nourriture est excellente, l’atmosphère est grandiose et l’équipe est d’une bienveillance et d’un professionnalisme hors-pair. Le cadre est juste magnifique qui nous transfère directement en Italie. Les pizza sont raffiner et plus que goûteux. En conclusion, je dirais que c’est plus qu’un coup de cœur sur les restaurants de St Tropez !!! ????????

Mon restaurant préféré à St Tropez. Accueil et service irréprochables, les plats sont délicieux, le cadre et l'ambiance très apaisants. Passage obligé lorsque nous venons à St Tropez. ????

Locale molto bello con personale molto professionale. Abbiamo mangiato come antipasto una burrata ed un vitello tonnato, entrambi ottimi. Come secondo una milanese, molto buona ed un coniglio alla cacciatora che non ho apprezzato, troppo saporito, la carne era perlopiù cartilagine.

Best Italian I’ve had across, perhaps, 50 Italian restaurants from around the world. I ate at Byblos while on a solo trip to Saint Tropez (turns out - very unusual thing to do) and I absolutely loved the food. To begin with, the bread basket itself was on point. The focaccia was soft and moist and they had this wafer-bread that tasted like the base of a thin-crust pizza without any toppings. I then got a ball of burrata that came with tomato sauce and pesto. The cheese was great, but the pesto - my god. I liked it so much that I asked for an extra cup of plain pesto to eat with, well, the moist focaccia. Finally, the show stopper of the night was the truffle pizza. I ate the entire pie myself and crust just melted in my mouth. Even as the pizza cooled. I’m lactose intolerant and I just described how I ate cheese in various formats. Trust me, worth it all.

PS - I had a glass of champagne with my food and didn’t have time for dessert. The small treat they gave me at the end was a shortbread cookie with hazelnut spread and that was also delicious.
