Top Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr schlecht, lange bis zur City, kurvig, kostspielig, nervig... Gut, wenn man das Hotel nicht verlassen will.

I visited friends staying at one of the villas in La reserve Ramatuelle and accidentally left my jacket behind. My friend handed it to the villa’s butler, who was supposed to leave it at reception for me to collect the next day. Unfortunately, when I came to retrieve it, the jacket was lost. After several days of uncertainty, Maria Zemankova from the hotel contacted me to say the jacket had been mistakenly given to another guest who had already left. She offered a reimbursement of €50 without knowing the jacket’s actual value. Despite my objections, Maria informed me that the hotel manager, Mr. Vincent, confirmed the €50 payment as final and non-negotiable.
I find this situation completely unacceptable. The staff’s mistake in losing my jacket and then refusing to compensate its true value is shocking, especially from a hotel of such prestige. The director of the hotel should be ashamed of how this was handled. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Découverte de toute splendeur et de tranquillité.
Nous avons été accueilli et traité à la perfection par Kenzy qui nous a fait découvrir cette remarquable demeure, pleine de charme, nichée dans un cadre exceptionnel et relaxant.
L'ensemble de l'hotel est peut être qualifié de calme, luxe et volupté. Tout le personnel est souriant, agréable et au petit soin.
L'espace de restauration avec la vue est particulièrement époustouflant de beauté et de bon goût. L'esprit de l'hotel est intime, exclusif et tranquillisant. Cela se ressent et c'est particulièrement appréciable.
Bravo au personnel qui sont hautement agréable et exemplaire d'un accueil de Palace. Merci encore pour cette experience de toute beauté.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and I had genuinely hoped for a better experience compared to my rather mediocre visit a few years ago.
The villas are charming, though modest in size—don’t expect a spacious summer house. Most are built over two levels. In my case, the pool level was not well maintained and didn’t meet the standards one might expect at this price point.
The staff at the villa were attentive and well-mannered, though it seemed there was a shortage of personnel, which affected the overall service.
I also dined at the grill restaurant. Aside from the truly stunning views, I found it underwhelming. The menu was limited, the service discreet to the point of being forgettable, and the standard of English could certainly be improved—surprising for a restaurant that claims to cater to international guests. Overall, it fell short of what one would expect from a venue positioned as high-end.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable à la Réserve de Ramatuelle, dans l'une des villas privées, et tout était simplement parfait du début à la fin. |Un véritable havre de paix, avec une vue à couper le souffle, un confort inégalé et surtout, un service d'exception.|Un immense merci à l'équipe housekeeping qui a largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable. Chaque matin, le petit déjeuner était préparé et servi avec soin, comme dans un hôtel cinq étoiles, mais notre propre villa. |L'entretien de la villa était également irréprochable : tout était toujours impeccable, avec une attention aux détails qui fait toute la différence. C’est rare de se sentir aussi bien pris en charge, tout en gardant un sentiment d’intimité et de tranquillité.||Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et une seule envie : revenir dès que possible. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce moment de pure sérénité.

Nachdem wir das La Reserve in Paris schon kennen gelernt haben, waren wir gespannt auf das Resort in Ramatuelle. Es ist von der Anzahl der 27 Zimmer & Suiten (alle mit Terrasse) überschaubar und bietet daher eine individuelle und sehr persönliche Atmosphäre. Was uns von der ersten Minute überzeugt hat, war das von Jacques Garcia entworfene Design, was eine Wohnlichkeit erzeugte, wie wir es selten in Hotelzimmern angetroffen haben. Die Lage oberhalb des Meeres und in der Nähe von Saint-Tropez war unübertroffen und wir hatten von unserer Suite einen fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer. Sowohl der SPA mit großem Indoor-Pool als auch der Außen-Pool war äußerst großzügig und haben uns überzeugt. Hervorzuheben war daneben das Frühstück mit atemberaubender Fernsicht mit frischen und excellenten Zutaten und einem qualitativ hochwertigen Service. Nicht unerwähnt soll der regelmäßige Shuttle - Service nach Saint Tropez etc. sein, der sehr effizient von den professionellen Concierges organisiert wurde. Ein wirklicher Ort zur Erholung....

Que dire si ce n’est que nous avons passé un séjour incroyable.
L’accueil était très bien, l’emplacement superbe, au calme mais pas très loin des plages et de Saint Tropez si on veut bouger. Nous avons séjourné dans la Suite Riviera qui est juste incroyable, les espaces extérieurs, la suite en elle-même, la décoration, la superficie, les installations tout était au top et très moderne. L’endroit parfait pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner face à la mer pour bien commencer la journée, très bien aussi.

We stayed in the corner room with the garden and terrace, which provided an absolutely stunning view of the sunrise.||||Everything from the valet and reception, to the restaurant and spa was superb.||||We had dinner at both the Brasserie and La Voile, both of which did not disappoint. The sommelier was extremely helpful and listened intently to what we were interested in, providing an excellent wine recommendation.||||Everything from the room to the pool was clean and well maintained. ||||Breakfast was 10/10 each day, with the omelette being the highlight.||||This was by far our best accommodation over the course of our 2 week trip to the south of France.

This hotel is amazing in all respects. Its location and setting is beautiful, the design is tasteful and calm (feels like home, not a hotel: no signs anywhere!), the service is sublime, and the food is superb (cf. 2 Michelin stars). I've stayed in many 5-star establishments but this one is in a league by itself.

We had a perfect stay at La Reserve Ramatuelle and I can’t wait to visit again. The concierge team was great to work with and helped plan a memorable trip. The overall level of service and attention to detail is incredibly impressive. It was clear all of the staff members were dedicated to making sure we had a wonderful trip. The views were incredible and the location was far enough away to feel quiet and secluded but close enough to quickly and easily get to other surrounding points of interest.

I have stayed at many, many beautiful 5-star hotels and none of them remotely compare to La Reserve Ramatuelle. This hotel is another level of class and sophistication, with incredible taste and attention to detail on full display from the architecture, interior design, and landscaping. The most serene and peaceful place one can imagine.

Next level service, with a complimentary chauffeur taking you to and from the town of Saint Tropez or other nearby areas as you wish.

I would highly recommend this property. Went for a girl's trip and we absolutely loved it. The staff is so wonderful and highly accommodating. This would also be lovely for a couples vacation. The resort is stunning and the view from the resort is stunning! It is a little far from town, but the hotel has a shuttle and is so helpful with taxis if their shuttle isn't available.

I didn’t stay in the hotel, but had one of their spa packages for the day. Everything was exquisite-just as you expect from such a beautiful hotel. The only disappointment was their vegan lunch options. I booked here because their site spoke to offering vegan cuisine, but it was ‘lazy’ cuisine-basically pasta with tomato sauce, salad, no protein options-nothing actually requiring a chef to rustle up. I’d expect more from such a place.

La Reserve deserves a perfect score. Staff, accommodations, food, rooms, decor, and no words for the views. We met a few couples from across the US and we were all blown away how they handled our itinerary and stay. Location is perfect. Close to beach and Saint Tropez. Will be dreaming about La Réserve until my next return.

Wir waren nur in dem 2 Sterne Restaurant, deswegen kann ich über das Hotel wenig sagen. Das Restaurant aber ist hervorragend mit traumhafter Aussicht . Alles war fabelhaft an diesem Tag. Die Speisen waren von sehr guter Qualität und geschmacklich tadellos (Wir hatten das Tasting Menu - Chicken/Lobster und Langoustine/Caviar waren hervorragend
), der korrespondierende Wein ganz wunderbar und der Service stets präsent und freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Tag.
