Personnel au petit soin et au top !
Ce qui me choque c’est que le personnel nous traite comme les millionnaires qui sont dedans.
Milles merci pour cette journée extraordinaire.
On a dansé jusqu’à 20h.
On a réserver et pas de refoulement à l’entrée.
Le meilleur Beach club de St Tropez.
Le 1er service à table était au top, après on peut boire des cocktails au bars. On a adoré entre amis !!!!

After a nice meal and halfway through our third bottle of wine, we were abruptly rushed by the manager to move to the lounge. His tone was rude and dismissive — we felt pushed out rather than guided. I politely asked to be attended by a waiter in the lounge, and only after I visibly expressed my discomfort did he attempt to correct his behavior and introduced us to a new waiter, who was much more respectful.
Sadly, that improvement didn’t last.
A few minutes later, another staff member — with long blond hair, who had previously been at the front desk — approached us speaking a mix of French and broken English, attempting to imitate Portuguese by saying “Brazilian” in a mocking tone. He then told us the sofa sitting area was reserved for bottle service only. While I was calmly replying, “We already have our bottle and a waiter,” he interrupted me mid-sentence and physically TOUCHED my shoulder, telling me to “calm down” — without even hearing what I was saying.
This behavior was not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful and invasive. Being spoken over and physically touched by a staff member in that manner is entirely unacceptable.
When I mentioned the incident to our waiter, he seemed genuinely embarrassed for his work colleague and brought us limoncellos — a kind gesture, though it did little to change the overall discomfort of the experience.
We felt unwelcome, and clearly not treated with the same courtesy extended to other guests. This was disappointing, especially in a venue known for its elegance and high standards.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to better hospitality training and awareness.
The restaurant serves a Mediterranean menu with a French twist and touch of playfulness.
Siamo arrivate all’1:05 e ci dicono che il tavolo non è più disponibile, che l’hanno dato ad altri clienti. Cosa assolutamente non vera perché perché il locale era mezzo vuoto. C’erano tavoli liberi ovunque, ed essendo il primo slot del pranzo altri ospiti non potevano arrivare.
Abbiamo detto che avremmo lasciato il tavolo alle 15:15, come previsto dalla loro policy. Ma niente, atteggiamento rigido, scortese e arrogante, senza il minimo buon senso o flessibilità.
Ho parlato anche con il manager spiegando che era un pranzo per celebrare la mia amica che si sposa, ma non gliene è fregato nulla. Nessuna soluzione, nessuna gentilezza. Solo un muro di freddezza e maleducazione totale.
Le ragazze all’ingresso maleducate, sgarbate, zero sorrisi, zero professionalità. Ma d’altronde questo locale si prende troppo sul serio, con quell’aria da finto posto fighetto che vuole darsi importanza ma in realtà manca completamente di classe e rispetto per il cliente.
Giro ristoranti e locali in tutto il mondo, non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere. Questo posto è l’esempio perfetto di come il nome non faccia la qualità. Trattamento indegno, atteggiamento snob e clienti trattati con sufficienza.

Beach is a bit far but they have a pool. I would just recommend to keep the music of the pool lower as when the party start in the restaurant, if you are sitting on the beach club in between the pool and the restaurant you are in for a headache

Came in after driving purposely to get there. Bought the most expensive cabana by the pool, ordered food the minute we sat down as we were starving. Ordered drinks. Got our drinks ( daiquiri was the worst I’ve ever had but whatever)
Then he comes back over 40 mins later to tell me the chef said they’re all out of everything.
The only reason we came in was for food. Bot host and security said we can get food there.
They bright out our sliver wear and set our table.
Imagine a chef allow to tell you no more food in peak season (July 4th) btw there’s no food.
What a lie.
Fired right away.
Went next door wasn’t that much better. The French would want to take a trip to Mexico or a 3rd world country or the states and Learn how the hospitality system should run.
Everywhere I go seems to be mess ups and we are going to “Top Notch” establishment.

The service in the restaurant was amazing!
Guys are doing a great job.
However the bartender was rude and unnecessarily impolite..didn’t kill the mood though.

Bereits beim Empfang spürt man den hohen Anspruch des Hauses: Das Personal ist ausgesprochen professionell, freundlich und hervorragend geschult – aufmerksam, zugewandt und dabei angenehm zurückhaltend. Man fühlt sich als Gast rundum wohl und bestens betreut.
Kulinarisch wurden wir auf ganzer Linie überzeugt: Die Parmigiana als Vorspeise, die wir uns teilten, war aromatisch und fein abgestimmt. Als Hauptgänge hatten wir das Kalb sowie die Ravioli mit Trüffel – beide Gerichte waren von hervorragender Qualität, liebevoll angerichtet und geschmacklich auf den Punkt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch das gereichte Olivenöl, das nicht nur sehr hochwertig war, sondern geschmacklich ein echtes Highlight darstellte.
Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und entspannt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail – man merkt sofort, dass hier Qualität, Genuss und Gastfreundschaft im Vordergrund stehen. Für das gesamte Erlebnis finden wir die Preise absolut gerechtfertigt.
Fairerweise sei gesagt: Natürlich bewegt man sich hier nicht im Rahmen eines alltäglichen Lunchbudgets – aber wenn man sich etwas Besonderes gönnen möchte, ist man im Bagatelle genau richtig. Als Gast sollte man sich bewusst machen, wo man sich befindet: in Saint-Tropez, in erstklassiger Lage direkt am Strand, in einem exzellent geführten Haus in Frankreich – mit allem, was dazugehört. Wer diese Faktoren einordnet, wird feststellen, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als stimmig ist.
Wir waren rundum glücklich, werden ganz sicher wiederkommen und können das Bagatelle nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Was das Restaurant und den Service betrifft, ist Bagatelle für uns der beste Strandclub in der gehobenen Liga von Saint-Tropez – luxuriös und professionell.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Pool ist leider sehr klein und war bei unserem Besuch nicht so sauber (Sonnencreme und Sand) . Außerdem liegt der Strandclub nicht direkt am Strand, sondern hat nur einen Zugang über einen kleinen Umweg – das ist bei der Lage etwas schade.
