Hôtel très mignon très bien placé au centre ville. Décoré avec goût, rénové nouvellement il nous semble, et très propre. La chambre était spacieuse, la sdb également, le personnel très sympathique et serviable, du comme à la maison en somme. Le petit déjeuner est parfaitement complet et varié. Plein de restaurants à proximité, parking à disposition. La chambre est très bien insonorisée par l’extérieur, le petit bémol c’est qu’on entend énormément les va-et-vient dans le couloir et les portes se fermer. Ne sont-ce pas les aléas d’un Hôtel?
Nous avons beaucoup aimé, vraiment.

Keurig hotel. Kamers wat verouderd maar schoon en niks kapot. Badkamer en toiletruimte aan vernieuwing toe. Douchen in bad, geen gordijn of afscherming. Prima bedden ook al voelen die in eerste instantie wat zacht aan. Airco goed en mooi stil. Ontbijt voor €11 is net een voldoende. Geen eieren, weinig vleeswaren en kaas. Voldoende stokbrood en jam.

Shouting to customers = UNACCEPTABLE!!
- Check-in experience was disappointing:
- Upon going upstairs, the receptionist shouted at us to be quiet while walking, even though we were just four adults talking at a normal volume.
- We were surprised by the lack of tolerance from the reception for a reasonable level of noise.

- Another incident occurred when we returned in the afternoon:
- Another staff member from the reception shouted at us again for being too loud while going to our room.
- As adults, we know how to behave, and a normal level of noise should be accepted in a hotel.

- Positive point: The rooms were nice and clean.

- However, the non-tolerance policy for normal human behavior is unacceptable in a hotel.
- Hotels cater to human clients who naturally converse and make some noise.
- If the hotel cannot adapt to this, it might be better suited as a pension for older individuals.

Séjour parfait!
Deuxième expérience formidable dans cet hôtel : chambres très spacieuses et extrêmement propres, belles salle de bain fonctionnelles, literie confortable et terrasse extérieure cosy.
Le petit déjeuner de qualité est copieux.
Parking privé surveillé.
L’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est exceptionnel, à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour Vanessa, très professionnelle mais surtout surtout extrêmement gentille et qui fait preuve d’une grande proximité touchante.
Coq Hôtel mériterait amplement une étoile supplémentaire ⭐️

Great place to stay in Cogolin. The check-in / check-out was smooth and the staff is very nice and cordial. The hotel has a parking which was welcomed as it can be hard to park in Cogolin. The breakfast was good.

Charmant petit hotel en dehors de l'agitation generale mais proche des stations balneaires. Chambres simples mais tres propres et spacieuses, bonne literie. Petit dejeuner excellent et tres copieux.
Personnel tres accueillant et au petit soin. On s'y sent bien et on recommandera!

Meno di uno non si poteva dare. Per un’estensione di soggiorno mi hanno richiesto una tariffa più alta di quella presente sulle principali piattaforme di Booking. Oltre a questo mi è stato richiesto al checkout un’ulteriore pagamento al momento del checkout per la colazione sebbene le condizioni della precedente prenotazione la comprendesse. Zero attenzione verso il cliente, dei veri e propri ladri. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno, e se proprio dovete soggiornarci, prenotate con Booking o con piattaforme simili che tutelano il cliente.

5 étoiles validées, l accueil, la chambre,le petit déjeuner, le calme .
Et surtout la disponibilité et l amabilité du personnel qui nous ont charmés.

What a great old school hotel. The staff is super friendly, and always helpful. We got take out and they let us use plates and cutlery from the kitchen and even opened our wine for us!
