Un charmant hôtel, très calme et très bien placé à 5 mns à pied du centre historique de Saint Rémy. Un très très bon accueil, souriant et pro. Jolie piscine très calme aussi avec soleil et ombre un bon moment aux chants des cigales. Petit bémol sur les chambres quelque peu vieillissantes mais l’accueil chaleureux du personnel compense ce détail avec de bons conseils sur les sorties et bons resto de la ville. Je recommande cette adresse on y reviendra avec plaisir.

points positifs : |- accueil sympa, proximité du centre ville, parking gratuit. Chaises très confortables au bord de la piscine agréable. Bonne literie. Terrasse top!|points négatifs :|- chambre et salle de bain pas très propre|-petit déjeuner vraiment très moyen pour le prix : café filtre, jus de fruit industriel et salade de fruit en boite. Viennoisseries congelées puis cuites au four??|2eme fois que je viens ici. Un peu déçue.

Hote TRES CALME l bien situé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville .|Je conseille vivement les chambres du Rdc avec la terrasse de plein pied , qui en fait son charme . Celle-ci comporte une salle de bains uniquement avec baignoire ou on prend sa douche ( sans pare-douche) - Au petit déjeuner un jus de fruit frais serait le bien venu- Pour la piscine il manque un escalier ou une rampe pour les personnes d'un certain âge. |La restauration est assez uniforme dans le village , je conseille toutefois 2 bons bistrots biens tenus dans les environs : MAUSSANNE Chez Gwen et Alex et à EYGALIERES : bistrot Quasi .

Pas d'eau chaude le soir, acceuil assez glacial, vous facture un envoi de lunettes oubléeS 10€ pour 2,80€ d'affranchissement, et vous prélève la somme directement sans votre autorisation. Dommage, car le lieu en lui même est sympa.

Le cadre est sympa, mais l'isolation catastrophique. Vraiment dommage, on entends les conversations des chambres non adjacentes.. et si vous rentrez tard le soir, tout l'hotel sera au courant. Une personne de notre groupe était à l'autre bout de l'hotel et à l'étage, et nous savions quand elle sortait de sa chambre.. pratique pour le rejoindre, pour dormir un peu moins.

ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Pendant tout mon séjour, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, ce qui est inacceptable, surtout pour un établissement qui se dit professionnel. Malgré mes signalements à la réception,une solution nous a été proposée mais sans succès . Pas de geste commercial, C’est un minimum qu’on attend d’un hôtel, et ce service de base n’était même pas assuré. À fuir

Sadly, I had the most horrific experience I've ever had in a hotel. |The hotel is very very loud! I can't emphasize that enough. |There are no rugs, in the lobby or anywhere else, to cushion or absorb any sound. |On my visit, There was a wedding party there the day I checked in. The bride and her bridesmaids were celebrating! They have every right to be enthusiastic, joyful, and to celebrate. Unfortunately, my room was adjacent to theirs. Literally the room was reverberating.|I asked reception/ owner if there was another room I could be moved to? The owner of the hotel apologized profusely for the unbearable loudness of the hotel. Stating he had no idea that the bride and the bridesmaid would be getting ready in the room together. I'm not sure why that came as a surprise to him. Pretty standard stuff Originally, the owner of the hotel said they had no other rooms available. |They said they would speak to the wedding party. The ladies did quiet down, but it did not last for long. Understandably. |I went down a second time and asked for a change of room again, more excuses from the owner. Eventually, he did offer me another room after I said I'm going to check myself out and go find another hotel. Solution was to give me one room one night, have me pack up and go to another room another night.|I'm not 25 anymore |Actually, I left the hotel, found myself a nicer, hotel, and a better location . The unfortunate part, the owner could've handled this situation with so much more integrity than he did. I offered to show him videos of the room, reverberating and pictures of everybody congregated throughout the hotel so he could see/ hear for himself, that the decibel levels were off the charts. His response to me, you're one of those, fine fine."|Yeah, I guess I'm one of those

The hotel is in a great location to visit St. Remy and a very easy walk to town. The rooms are just rooms with very little to say about them. The patio was quaint and private. ||Pool was nice and the parking is very good to have if you are with a car. You do not need a car in St. Remy.||Brake fast was good and the staff was very nice. The only item was when I asked for a cork screw the owner told me they did not have one, but they had wine to sell…I then thought, then how do you open the wine for sale. Kind of made me frustrated.||Beyond that the place is clean and staff nice. For a less expensive hotel it is in a great location and was very convenient.

Easy to find on the edge of town. Secure free parking.
Large room with good sized bathroom. All clean. Room 21 was quite dark, situated at the rear of the hotel.
Pool was nice. Gym was average. Breakfast looked very average and we chose to use the boulangerie around the corner.

Great little hotel only a few minutes walk from the heart of St Remy.
The room was very clean and a comfy bed. Plenty of parking spaces and a nice pool with sunbeds.
Hospitality from the hotel was very good and they were very helpful.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit Charme, ca. 5 Gehminuten von der wunderschönen Innenstadt entfernt, also zentral gelegen, mit Parkplatz für Auto und Fahrrad im gesicherten Hof. Frühstück nicht üppig aber ausreichend.

Qualité/prix vraiment médiocre.
Chambre sans vie , vraiment pas agréable.
Emplacement pas ouf , un peu éloigné du centre ville .
Mais surtout, nous avons passé la pire nuit de ma vie . IMPOSSIBLE de faire marcher la clim ! Chambre sous les toits, en période de canicule, je vous laisse imaginer.

Le matin lorsque nous avons fait la remarque au réceptionniste, celui ci ne s'est même pas excuser, il nous à juste rétorqué " la prochaine fois descendez à la réception" , d'un ton agressif.
Mais monsieur, personne n'était à la réception lorsque nous sommes rentrés le soir, et que nous nous sommes rendus compte que la clim ne fonctionnait plus .

Sérieusement, allez au petit hôtel si vous souhaitez coucher à saint Rémy de Provence. Le prix est le même , mais la qualité n'a vraiment rien à voir .
