Ceviche et cuisine de produits frais dans un hôtel-restaurant avec terrasse offrant une belle vue sur Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
Magnifique établissement, dont la terrasse donne sur les toits de la ville, avec sept suites grand luxe, l'hôtel de Tourrel ne brille pas que par la classe de son hébergement, mais aussi par celle de sa restauration. En cuisine, le chef cuisine des produits frais et locaux. Comme le maquereau de Méditerranée sauvage, concombres, jus végétal iodé, servi en ce moment. Dans la pièce adjacente, c'est une impressionnante table qui vous attend pour une dégustation de vins. Tout aussi impressionnante : la sélection de 350 bouteilles de la cave...

What a fabulous place! My wife and I enjoyed EVERY minute of our four night stay. We were in Room Three (the stone wall room) and it is even more grand than the photos suggest. Super comfortable, amazing bathroom with a rainfall shower that is twelve feet tall, and a very modern control panel that takes care of everything from temperature to automated curtains. And the staff is so helpful and courteous, they were there every step of the way to help make our visit more comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is the location is hidden away on a side street, so if you're driving in I would suggest calling when you are close so they can assist you with your bags and parking and show you where to go upon arrival. And although we didn't take advantage of the Michelin star restaurant, every night we would pass an open door to views the interior of the restaurant and it looked divine. They also provide a reasonably priced breakfast every morning upon demand. We have traveled all over the world and this place ranks at the top of our list for comfort and service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
