Such a wonderful hotel, and an even more wonderful experience thanks to Lo at the front desk. Prior to booking the room here, I was dealing with a nightmare Airbnb experience that had derailed my entire night, but thanks to Lo my night was restored. He was extremely thoughtful, professional, and just an overall pleasure to speak with.

The room was beautiful, cozy, and spotless. The overall atmosphere of the hotel had me feeling grounded - it felt like a fresh reset, which I desperately needed. Highly recommend!

Close to old town of Nice! 8 mins walking distance!
Unfortunately the hotel is not soundproof and you can every noises from street and also people discussions in hotel corridors. You could find better options with this price!

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Masséna in Nice. Overall, the hotel was nice — the rooms weren’t the best I’ve seen, but they were clean and decent. The service was good, and the staff were always smiling and welcoming, which I really appreciated. What I liked the most was the location — it’s super central and convenient for exploring Nice. I would rate the experience 4 stars, not more, but definitely a solid stay!

Really dirty, grossed me out! Gave me a room that they knowingly knew had no WiFi. Blamed it on being an old building with thick walls. Unacceptable for 2025 when WiFi is also advertised. I had to move rooms at 10 PM. I was upgraded to a much nicer room and the staff was lovely, but still, there are MUCH better options for this price point. I moved to the Le Soleil Inwood after one night which was 100000x better.

Having a parking area, even if paid, is a big plus, and the valet service deserves full marks. The bathroom and toilet were separate — though the toilet was incredibly small, the room itself was quite good. Overall, it’s a clean place with good value for money, I was satisfied. Location was amazing

Hello hôtel magnifique de l’emplacement à 2 pas de la belle place Massena très propre et très bien fréquentée jour et nuit et proche de toutes les boutiques, à 5 minutes de la plage et de la promenade des anglais, de bons restaurants autour, l’hôtel dans un immeuble magnifique, l’accueil exceptionnel du personnel souriant bienveillant disponible matin et soir, le petit déjeuner on se régale il y a de tous du salé au sucre avec une équipe réactive et toujours souriante :), la chambre juste waouh ????la terrasse en soirée super belle vue et le matelas on dort comme à la maison, à best western on se sent chez soi MERCI ????

המלון נמצא במיקום מצויין!! הכל במרחק הליכה. שהינו שם כמה ימים מעבר למתוכנן עקב המלחמה . את הבוקר התחלנו בחוף הים הנפלא , ואת הערב סיימנו בהליכה בטיילת הארוכה .בחדר האוכל היכרנו את betyrlark שהנוכחות שלה חמה ומסבירת פנים ויצא ששתי ארוחות בוקר הגישה לנו לחדר בזמן שהיינו חולים.

Excellent location. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was SO good too! Really enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed here as part of a tour. Great position to enjoy beautiful Nice. Close to restaurants, department stores and a small supermarket. |Staff at reception were attentive and friendly. |Breakfast was plentiful,with a boil your own egg station,fresh orange juice,cereal,meats and breads, pastries and fruit.Self serve coffee & tea available also. Staff here were very pleasant and replenished supplies frequently. |The only downside of our stay was although our booking was in a non smoking room,and we were on a non smoking floor, we were disappointed to find our room full of stale smoke. The reception staff did send an air purifier to help but the residual smoke remained.|Our view was of air conditioning units and shed rooves.

Our stay at this hotel was everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Firstly the staff were warm, friendly, efficient and professional, helpful from our arrival until departure. The rooms were elegant, super bathrooms, excellent air con and Wi-Fi and really comfy beds. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could want to set you up for the day. We loved staying at this hotel and would hope to return. ❤️

First things first. The staff at BWP Massena is OUTSTANDING. They are attentive, helpful, friendly, and quite professional. They were a delight and never tired of tourist questions they must have answered one thousand times before. Can't speak highly enough of their level of professional, friendly service. Kudos, kudos, kudos!||The location is ideal as a home base of operations for a visit. The plaza is a block away, nice restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, the train is less than two block away and so is Apollo's statue, the ocean and Old Town, too. Great place to anchor your visit. ||The third thing is a big negative. The air quality in our room was just awful. I imagined it was just acclimating to a new climate zone, but when I began coughing, sneezing, and feeling like an elephant was on my chest, I knew it was some pretty bad air. There was a strange smell that even after cleaning remained. Can't put my finger on it, but I can speak of the effects---all bad ones. The bathroom was also not pristine. While I expect tiny bedrooms and even smaller bathrooms in Europe, I did not expect the bathroom to have hairs on the floor the first day of our arrival. ||Perhaps our in-room experience was an anomaly, but it is worth noting for the sensitive souls among us. I wish I could recommend the staff (4 stars) and not ventilation system (0 stars).

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life—and I travel/stay in hotels at least 1x month. I am 6.5 months pregnant, and the first room we were given had a bed smaller than that which was promised with the reservation. My husband and I couldn't sleep because it was so small (with my pregnancy I need extra space; we booked this hotel specifically because the website said the room would have a 180cm bed. The bed in the room was 160). The next day we were moved to a new room with a larger bed, but no one told us the room faced a different way and there is a club across the street; drunken young people shouting and cars with bass blaring were outside the hotel from midnight to 3:30am (on a Tuesday). Earplugs did not help at all. Another sleepless night. (FWIW, if there wasn't a club across the street, it'd be a great location.)

Beyond this, both of the rooms we stayed in had unbearable odors, likely due to the floor carpeting, which was incredibly dirty and stained (dark brown stains, hair all over). The bathrooms were not clean at all; there were weird blue globs of something on the shower walls, huge clumps of dust near the toilet, and the toilet itself was completely browned inside and smelled like it had poo sitting in it un-flushed for 10 years.

Moreover, the duvet cover was put on the duvet inside out, the in-room water kettle did not work, the shower water fluctuated from scalding to freezing whenever you showered, and the AC temperature control did not work at all.

The staff were friendly, but that was the only positive thing about this experience. Overall, I'd give it 0 stars if possible. The amenities/outfitting of the hotel are nowhere near a 4-star rating; only the valet parking and friendly staff are deserving of that rating. The hotel itself is max 2 stars.

The location is superb within 100 meters from the central square. The hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms and bathroom have a good size and ours had a little balcony with two chairs too. Also is the room equipped with a nice little refrigerator, two clothing cabinets, a table and two chairs, usb C port for charging and the bed is quite nice. The only recommendation I would make is to bring ear plugs with you, because it's quite noisy in the city center in general and somehow the toilet (or some pipes in the wall) flushes every 10 minutes by itself. The only real annoying thing was the shower head. For this price you would expect a decent shower head with sufficient water pressure to rinse out your hear and a shower head that doesn't swing every way but the right one. You kind of have to find a way to jam it in his holder.

L’hotel è in posizione centrale ,comodo per girare il centro ,la parte vecchia e passeggiare sulla vicina Promenade.Vicinissima a negozi,ristoranti e Casinò Ruhl.Io ero con l’auto e il parcheggio dell’hotel mi è stato molto comodo.In reception si parla Italiano ????
