Avis HÔTEL LE PANORAMIC Nice

C'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai jamais réservé.
La vue depuis la fenêtre sur la ville de Nice est vraiment magnifique. De plus, la salle de petit-déjeuner invite à y rester longtemps pour profiter de la vue. En outre, tout l'intérieur est très propre et bien aménagé.
J'ai été accueilli très aimablement et les propriétaires m'ont donné plein de conseils qui ont facilité le repérage dans la grande ville. À tout moment, ils étaient prêts à aider et on a souvent bien discuté.

Je vous remercie beaucoup de ce séjour agréable et je reviendrai sans doute un jour.

The view outside is extraordinary with a beautiful view over the city centre, sea and old town.
The rooms are very charming.
The only downside is the accomodation is quite far removed from the city centre, getting there requires climbing a steep hill.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le Panoramic back in April. (Slightly late review!) It's a charming independent hotel full of character and warmth, effortlessly romantic, set back in the hills above Nice. We were made very welcome by Gino, his wife, and their friendly team. We arrived well past reception hours, but Gino waited for us and eased our travel stresses with a most welcome complimentary drink.

We had a very pleasing room that reflected the style of the original villa, with 2 traditionally shuttered windows affording beautiful views. Our bed was comfortable and we slept very well. All bathroom and sanitary facilities were of a good standard.

We were lucky enough to book a room that had its own outside terrace with table and chairs. We'd order a wine or beer from the bar and sit out at night enjoying the magical twinkling lights of the city as the sun went down.

From the terrace you can also see the planes landing and taking off from Nice airport in the distance. This is a treat to observe so take your binoculars with you to fully enjoy this.

We had the very pleasant continental breakfast most mornings, accompanied by stunning views across the city and and out to the Mediterranean. We had the American breakfast one morning which offered a tasty cooked alternative.

The small grounds of the hotel are landscaped with attractive exotic plants, and you might discover a hidden seating area that tempts a relaxing drink.

The hotel is not called 'Le Panoramic' for nothing. Wherever you are in the hotel, inside or out, you have a beautiful panoramic canvas of the city, sea, and hills that surround you. Of course you only get this view because the hotel is in an elevated position, so you need to bear this in mind if you are walking. But for us it was no problem and we often walked into the city and back.

If you are driving then the hotel has no dedicated parking, but there is free parking on the roadside opposite. Otherwise there is a bus that stops right outside the hotel up to early evening. Nice offers excellent public transport with its trains, trams and buses. Just ask Gino for info.

This hotel sets itself well apart from the mundane chain hotels that are all too common these days. It was indeed a home from home for our weeks stay. For a truly personal experience, we have no hesitation in highly recommending Hotel Le Panoramic for your stay in Nice.

We are staying here at the moment and it’s such a lovely hotel. It’s a little further out from the center of Nice but that’s fine. It has an amazing view and we love our little terrace:)
We are here with our twin boys and it’s perfect for families. The breakfast is fresh and yummy. And the staff are so kind and friendly and very helpful:)

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic view over the city, and everyone was super friendly!

Cadre original, chambre style familial ,très propre! et accueille très chaleureux.

Seul petit point négatif le stationnement, au bonheur la chance.

Très jolie hôtel à vue panoramique sur nice ses allentours et la mer service à table pour le petit déjeuner choix salée ou sucrée chambre spacieuse lit é 140 avec lit 1 place en plus. Salle de bain petit mais fonctionnelle. Toilette avec vmc un peu bruyante mais efficace jolie terrasse attenante avec Table et chaises.

Très problématique pour stationner

Der Hoteleigentümer war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Er gab uns goldwerte Tipps. Er half uns wie man am besten den Uber bestellen sollte, um weniger zu zahlen oder wie man am besten öffentlich in der Stadt fährt. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wir konnten uns nicht mehr losreißen von dem Fenster. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen wollen. Das Croissant beim Frühstück ist super lecker. Der Eigentümer verspricht nicht zu viel.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist schon sehr negativ. Für junge Menschen ist der Weg zwar leicht zu bewältigen, jedoch blöd, wenn man abends länger unterwegs ist. Älteren Menschen ist der Weg in die Stadt eher nicht zuzumuten. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel leider sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten ziemlich viel von den Nachbarn hören, obwohl sie in normaler Lautstärke geredet haben. Die Wasserleitung scheint auch zusammen zu verlaufen, da die Dusche mal auf kalt mal auf heiß schaltete, obwohl man nirgendwo anders Wasser laufen hatte (wahrscheinlich dann ein anderes Zimmer).

This hotel is a great value . Breakfast was delicious homemade pastries and sides are optional ( like eggs), while you gaze down at the city of Nice . Very friendly helpful staff. Thank you to Gino for the tips on getting into town. The easiest for our party of 3 was Uber for a reasonable 11 euros . It felt like being home in the evening … we especially liked watching the Magpies on the roofs !
We will definitely be coming back !

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Le Panoramic.
Ein Zimmer mit Balkon oder Terrasse lohnt sich bei dieser Aussicht! Der Ausblick war atemberaubend. Man konnte vom Balkon aus die Stadt und das Meer sehen ????
Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch mit viel Liebe gemacht.
Bis zur nächsten Straßenbahn sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg und 500 m vom Hotel kann man eine leckere Pizza zum Mitnehmen holen.
Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

I stayed there for 3 nights and the view is amazing. The Service was excellent. The people who manage it were very polite and welcoming. Whenever Im in Nice again will definitely stay there again..keep up the good work ????????

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant, sympa et pro. La chambre était propre le lit confortable et la vue superbe

Das Le Panoramic ist eine etwas ungewöhnliche Unterkunft, unterscheidet sich deutlich von klassischen Hotels und lebt durch die Valerie's und Gino's Herzlichkeit. Bestehende kleine "Nachteile" sind für alle potentiellen Gäste vorab klar dargestellt.||Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt im oberen Teil des Boulevard Bischoffsheim und bietet, da alles unverbaut ist, einen fantastischen Blick über Nizza. Der Aufstieg zu Fuß dauert seine Zeit und ist per Straße oder Treppen möglich. Vor dem Hotel fährt der Minibus in Richtung Nizza. Bis zur Altstadt oder zum Hafen sind es zu Fuß 30 - 40 Minuten.||Unterkunft: Ein kleines und erstmal unscheinbares Häuschen. Die Zimmer sind in allen möglichen Winkeln verteilt. Das Areal ist sehr gepflegt, bietet überall Sitzmöglichkeiten und ist toll begrünt. Die Rezeption ist nicht konstant besetzt, weshalb man einen Türcode erhält. Ganz klar hervorzuheben sind Valerie und Gino (Besitzer): Sie führen die Unterkunft mit absoluter Leidenschaft, Hingabe und Freundlichkeit. Alleine diese Beiden sind schon ein Grund, warum man diese Unterkunft buchen sollte.||Zimmer: Kleines Zimmer, welches ausreichend eingerichtet ist. Es ist nicht super modern, dennoch sehr sauber und irgendwie gemütlich. Insbesondere die Bettmatratze war sehr bequem. Blick auf Nizza und das Meer ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Zu beachten ist, dass das Gebäude enorm hellhörig ist - dies sollte jedoch keine Überraschung sein, da man dies vorab überall lesen kann. ||Frühstück: Es wird ein sehr überschaubares, ausreichendes und leckeres Frühstück (u.a. kontinental) am Tisch serviert. Da die Sachen vor Ort von den Besitzern zusammengestellt werden, ist alles recht frisch.||Insgesamt bietet die Unterkunft eine tolle Lage (wenn man gut zu Fuß ist), einen tollen Blick, souveräne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und wird von zwei sehr positiven Menschen geführt.

Un peu déçues de ce lieu au vu des critères sélectionnés sur booking pour réserver.
Il n'y avait pas de parking contrairement à ce qui était annoncé et il est difficile de se garer dans la rue. Par contre le stationnement est gratuit.
Les infos concernant votre arrivée, qui peut se faire en toute autonomie, ne vous serons données que quelques heures avant donc ne vous inquiétez pas !
Les chambres sont propres et confortables. La literie et les sanitaires également.
En revanche ce n'est pas bien insonorisé et quand on tombe sur des voisins bruyants on ne dort pas très bien...
L'accueil fut bon.

The worst hotel ever been to. The owners are so unkind. There are to many stairs without light. Then You must go out before 11h if You want to have room service. Kids are not welcome. Everything is without receve and breakfast is funny , two pieces of bread, overcooked bacon, you must say the day before because hee must cook breakfast. These hotel is the worst place I’ve ever been to.

Wir waren drei Nächte hier und haben den Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer auf unserem kleinen Balkon sehr genossen. Das Frühstück war großartig, es gab eine kontinentale und eine amerikanische Version. Parkplätze findet man direkt vor dem Hotel an der Straße. Wir hatten die Rennräder dabei und konnten vom Hotel aus starten Richtung Col de Madone. In die Altstadt kommt man öffentlich in ca. 10 Minuten nach einem Fußweg von ca. 15 Minuten zur Tramstation. Ein schönes Stadthotel mit Flair und aufmerksamem Personal sowie geschäftigen Eigentümern zu einem fairen Preis.

Emplacement près de l'entrée , de ce fait on entend tout ! Porte qui claque, préparation du petit déjeuner..... dommage !
Place de parking juste en quantité et à pied du centre ça fait une bonne marche !

Un petit Hôtel qui a son petit charme, très propre, accueil chaleureux, chambres sympa mais dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de robinet mitigeur dans les salles de bains car très galère pour avoir la bonne température niveau douche! La vue panoramique c'est son plus grand atout car il domine une bonne partie de Nice . Assez calme et pour ce garer il faut anticiper car pas de parking mais des places gratuites sont au alentours , mais pas beaucoup de disponibilité. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de distributeurs automatiques de boissons et autres à la réception car si on a envies d'une petite boisson ou de grignoter un petit truc c'est plus sympa et agréable , vue qu'il n'y a pas de commerces à proximité ça peut dépanner.
Le petit déjeuner continental était super bon , ils ont d'excellents croissants ???????? .

un établissement exceptionnel tant sur la vue que sur l'accueil des propriétaires, la chambre est très propre ,le personnel est à l'écoute,le petit déjeuner continental est très copieux avec des produits d'excellente qualité,la vue est à couper le souffle.
je vous recommande vivement cet établissement.
