Great location, kind and helpful staff, beautiful room with nice balcony and sea view. Very good breakfast.

We found the service very attentive and the location perfect for the seaside and exploring Nice. I would recommend a higher floor seaview with terrace. The hotel is a warren of building with interconnected paths and elevators- you might not want to be so far from the central elevator floors. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace was lovely.

O hotel tem tudo pra ser considerado um dos melhores da região, no entanto, 2 coisas me deixaram bem decepcionados. A primeira com relação ao quarto, me colocaram no quarto 414, voltado para o jardim, mas o quarto fedia a esgoto....parecia que vinha do banheiro e as vezes até da saída de ar do ar condicionado, horrível sensação! A outra com relação ao café da manhã, pra vc comer um omelete tinha que pagar 10Euros extras, um absurdo, e o pior, se vc quisesse comer um ovo mexido estava incluso no café, mas o omelete precisava pagar, surreal mas é verdade. Tirando isso, a localização é maravilhosa e os funcionários são super simpáticos e agradáveis.

J'ai organisé la première communion de mon fils et c'était tout très bien! Mme Ettori qui s'occupe des événements était très gentille, nous as suivi tout au longue de l'organisation et nous as conseillé au mieux pour passer un super moment en famille! Le lieu est très beau, on mange très bien et le personnel est très serviable et accueillante et as fait sentir mon fils vraiment le protagoniste de la journée! Produits frais et très bons!

Lovely bolt-hole in Nice - we left feeling relaxed and very spoilt thanks to a wonderful team of staff who all make such an effort. Can't recommend it highly enough. Looking forward to our next visit.

アメニティにフラゴナールが使われているのもこのホテルの好きなところです。
最初訪れた時に感動し、また訪れたいと思っていました。今回、2年ぶりに訪れることができて本当によかったです。

The nicest place I have ever stayed.

Nous sommes venus déjeuner avec une amie et mon fils de 4 ans ce mercredi 2 juillet. La terrasse du Patio est magnifique et l’équipe du restaurant est vraiment géniale ! Merci pour l’accueil. Par contre, nous sommes tombés sur deux personnes à l’accueil vraiment très désagréables qui nous ont mal parlé. Je suis profondément surprise qu’on s’adresse ainsi à des clientes (de plus, je suis enceinte de 6 mois, avec poussette, et aucun d’entre eux n’a proposé son aide pour m’aider). Je reste encore subjuguée par la manière dont le monsieur nous a parlé. Très dommage….

The hotel sits on the best place to be in the French Rivera - Promenade des Anglais along the Mediterranean coast of Nice. From your balcony, you can feast your eyes on the “real deal” exactly what you will see in the postcards. It’s short walk from the hotel to the busy restaurants and old town attractions. ||The roof balcony gives uninterrupted panoramic views of the coastline. For a drone and light show that happened one evening, it was the best views on town. The reception itself is on the road level on the promenade with the rooms being a bit way back the hills. This allows for the best views being elevated though rooms not being exactly on the promenade as a row of other houses or villas in between. ||The hotel staff has the be commended for their warmth and hospitality. This started from the pick up driver Erik who kept in touch on logistics before our arrival, the hard working porters, reception staff and management. They were prompt in answering questions before and after bookings. We were there during a UN Ocean Conference which shut down the promenade from vehicular traffic. The hotel, especially Kristin, worked hard to ensure this did not affect our trip re transfers, tour arrangements etc. They found routes through underground car parks to get us close as possible to the hotel and their porters did the hard work of moving our luggage via the road. All with a smile and smoothness of genuine hospitality. ||Our superior sea view rooms were smaller than found in other countries. But still bigger than customary in Europe. More than 3 in there and it’s a crowd. However I understand that they do have larger executive connecting rooms. Rates are said to be non-cancellable but you can pay a bit more to get flexible rates with cancellation refundables. ||Breakfast at the hotel was great. Varied, tasty - especially the quiche, apple pie etc. The patio style outdoor/indoor restaurant was in a beautiful setting near the pool and with the cliff and in the background. ||The location of this hotel and superb staff services made our vacation memories in Nice something we will always treasure.

My only wish would have been to read the lowest reviews and disregard instagram content … I just read over 20 of the lowest comments and not much to add to it; overhyped, staff is friendly but not very sharp, the hotel is tired, marks of humidity on the couch at the entrance when we arrived after our 10 hour journey should have been my signal to loose 1,650€ (3nights), rooms are let to age on the principle that they go for this authentic rustic vibe but they can’t hide they aren’t investing a cent in any upgrades. Best of the best is the singer going on till 11pm some 5meters away from your window the day we land …

Another magical 6 days at this wonderful hotel. From the moments when we were welcomed at Reception and shown our room to final check out, we received first class service from all the staff. Breakfasts and dinners were eagerly anticipated and always lived up to expectations. All the staff seemed happy in their work and went out of their way to be of assistance. Problems over downloading boarding passes were quickly resolved at Reception. It was good to renew acquaintance with Fabian at breakfast and with Julian at dinner and we would like to offer our thanks to them and to their colleagues in Le Patio restaurant who carried out their duties so cheerfully and efficiently. The cleaners willingly fitted in their duties around our timetable.|We do not think that there are m(any) hotels in Nice that provide such panoramic views of the Mediterranean as La Perouse. We also thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. |The location of La Perouse on the edge of Old Nice and beside the castle hill provided us with some excellent early morning walks and splendid views, and it was also very enjoyable to walk along the Promenade des Anglais. |This year we made the mistake of taking the train to Eze. Eze is a beautiful village and worth a visit but take the number 82 bus and not the train because from Eze railway station to the medieval village there is either an unreliable bus service or a very long walk.|A beautiful hotel staffed by wonderful people - what more can one ask?

Excellent customer service! Staff is phenomenal! Cedric in breakfast restaurant is phenomenal. Linen and towels in our room were changed repeatedly! Actually beat any USA hotel! Very clean. Very attentive and excellently located in old town NICE! Balcony of 305 is perfect!tye view is AMAZING!

Comfortable beds and great breakfast. ||Le Patio is a beautiful setting to sit down for lunch or dinner and the food was exquisite. The rooftop is also a beautiful setting for drinks and a great view. ||Really friendly and kind staff. We did have an issue with one member of staff but this was dealt with very well and satisfactory by the front desk manager. ||Wonderful location and great beach club moments away.||We will definitely be back.

From friendly and helpful staff to spacious accommodations, luxurious setting, and top notch service, La Perouse Hotel enhanced our experience of Nice. For an authentic French dinner experience, a visit to the Hotel restaurant, Le Patio, is a must! ||Centrally located, it’s easy to walk to the beach and enjoy everything Old Town Nice has to offer. It was our favorite place from our trip to France and La Perouse hotel was definitely a part of why we loved it so much.

I found the hotel to be very nice but extremely overpriced and not worth the hype.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Perouse. We are a family of 5 with 3 older teens ages 19, 18 and 15 so the 3 kids stayed in a Junior Suite and the parents stayed in the magnificent Mediterranean Suite which had an incredible balcony with 180 degree views of the sea and Nice and out to the mountains, outdoor dining table, several lounge chairs, and a hot tub which we lowered the temperature on so it became a refreshing escape from the summer heat. It was so nice up there we never made it to the hotel pool which did look lovely. It was even better than the pictures, we were so pleased. The Junior Suite was nice too, it had a pullout couch for 3rd guest that was very comfortable and had great views and a very large bathroom. We had breakfast every morning in the Patio restaurant which was delightful - it was outside but shaded so it was a great temperature. Every single staff member from the front desk to the restaurant, room service, valet, and housekeeping was so friendly, helpful, professional, and truly seemed to care about the guests' stay. We had looked at a couple chain hotels and are so glad we picked this family run boutique hotel - it is a truly special gem. Oh and the location cannot be beat - across the street from the beach, and steps away from Old Town, the best part of Nice, without being in the middle of it. I definitely recommend La Perouse and highly recommend the Mediterranean Suite if you want a real treat with wow factor.

Wir waren für mehrere Tage mit Freunden in der Region Nizza unterwegs und haben auch im Hotel La Pérouse übernachtet, das zu den Small Luxury Hotels gehört und über Hilton buchbar ist. Beim Einchecken haben wir darauf hingewiesen, dass wir Gold-Member der Hilton Honors Card sind. Leider wurde unser Wunsch nach einem Upgrade nicht berücksichtigt – im Gegenteil, das uns zunächst zugewiesene Zimmer (Nr. 108) stellte sich eher als Downgrade heraus.||Die Begrüßung im Hotel war in Ordnung – sachlich und professionell. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass an der Rezeption mehrere Sprachen fließend gesprochen werden. Bei der sommerlichen Hitze hätten wir uns jedoch ein kleines Willkommensgetränk oder zumindest ein Glas Wasser sehr gewünscht – eine kleine Geste, die viel ausmachen kann und den Empfang deutlich aufgewertet hätte.||Zimmer 108 war recht klein, lag in der Nähe des Hotelrestaurants und war in mehreren Punkten unkomfortabel. Besonders negativ fiel uns das Bett auf, das mit ca. 1,40 m Breite für zwei Erwachsene deutlich zu klein war. Auch die Geräuschkulisse – insbesondere durch das Stühlerücken aus dem Restaurantbereich sowie nahegelegene Toiletten – beeinträchtigte unsere Nachtruhe.||Positiv war, dass wir nach Rückfrage problemlos ein neues Zimmer in einer oberen Etage mit ausreichend großem Bett erhalten haben. Ab da war unser Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer.||Allerdings gab es beim Check-out noch eine kleine Panne: Obwohl die offizielle Check-out-Zeit um 12 Uhr war, konnten wir bereits um zehn vor zwölf nicht mehr in unser Zimmer – die Schlüsselkarte funktionierte nicht mehr. Wir mussten jemanden vom Hotel holen, der das Problem aber zum Glück sofort gelöst und uns das Zimmer geöffnet hat. Trotzdem war das ein etwas unglücklicher Abschluss.||Das Frühstück im Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Es wird in Buffetform angeboten, mit frischen, individuell zubereiteten Eierspeisen, gutem Kaffee und freundlichem Servicepersonal, das stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend war.||Der Außenpool ist schön gelegen, mit angenehmer Wassertemperatur, und es stehen ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung. Die Qualität der Liegen ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Allerdings ist die Sicherung der verstellbaren Rückenlehnen recht leichtgängig, sodass die Lehne gelegentlich unerwartet nachgibt. Hier wäre eine stabilere Mechanik wünschenswert.||Ein schönes Extra ist die kleine Dachterrasse, auf der sich auch der Fitnessraum befindet. Dort stehen zwar nur drei Geräte, aber der Ausblick auf Nizza ist dafür wirklich beeindruckend – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Abends kann man dort sogar Fledermäuse fliegen sehen, was dem Ganzen eine besondere Atmosphäre verleiht.||Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön – direkt an der Promenade, mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und idealer Nähe zur Altstadt. Wer gerne Flugzeuge beobachtet, kommt hier auf seine Kosten: Das Hotel liegt im Einflugbereich des Flughafens, was für uns jedoch nicht störend war.||Fazit: Ein Hotel mit schöner Lage, gutem Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmerwahl hat einen großen Einfluss auf den Komfort, und kleinere Verbesserungen – etwa bei der Begrüßung, den Poolliegen oder der Checkout-Organisation – würden den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Besonders positiv empfanden wir den professionellen und unkomplizierten Umgang mit unserer Reklamation bezüglich des Zimmers. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit einigen kleineren Schwächen – und einem ganz besonderen Blick über die Dächer von Nizza.

We loved La Perouse! We stayed in Baie des Anges and had the most beautiful sweeping view of the Bay of Angels from our private balcony. The room was large, perfect for three. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotellet ligger så sentralt du kan få det, med en fantastisk utsikt om du har rom i de øverste etasjene. I tillegg ligger hotellet skjermet fra bilveien, så du hører ingen trafikkstøy. ||||Sengene er veldig behagelige og frokosten er veldig god. Deilig kaffe og egg etter eget ønske lages på bestilling. Frokostbuffeen er ikke av de største, men til gjengjeld er det kvalitet og ferske råvarer. Vi spiste også middag på hotellet som anbefales om du bor her. Veldig koselig restaurantområde. Her får du en rolig og behagelig kveld i kontrast fra de litt mer masete restaurantene i gamlebyen. ||||Tilgang til basseng og sauna som er et stort pluss!

W were recommended to this hotel for the proximity to Vieux Nice and it was spot on. The hotel is very nice, our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was large and well appointed, the breakfast was excellent. Absolutely no complaints. The front desk staff, especially Corrina, was very helpful, (but she was the best, it was always so nice to see her big smile when we came back to the hotel). We really enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to coming back again

L'hôtel est très très bien situé. Attention aux photos du site. Ce sont les mêmes pour tout type de chambre. Pour avoir une belle vue mer, il faut demander à être au 4eme étage. L'hôtel ne donne pas sur la rue, c'est bien pour la tranquillité, mais quand on a une chambre dans les étages inférieurs, au 3eme par exemple, la vue est beaucoup moins dégagée car il y a des bâtiments entre votre balcon et la mer. Je vous conseille le petit déjeuner, il est vraiment excellent, meilleur que dans tous les hôtels que nous avons fréquentés, même ceux de catégorie supérieure.

Magnifique hôtel, plein de charme et idéalement situé pour visiter Nice et ses environs. Le personnel a été adorable, tout était parfait.

Hôtel absolument merveilleux !
- Vue imprenable depuis le rooftop pour admirer la baie notamment lors du coucher de soleil,
- chambre ravissante avec un lit très confortable, une petite terrasse au calme vue partielle mer et des produits de bain de la superbe maison fragonnard
- personnel adorable avec la chambre prête même en avance
- délicieux petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse au soleil entourée de citronniers et d'orangers
Je n'ai qu'une envie c'est d'y retourner.
