Boutique-hôtel près des plages et de la promenade des Anglais.
Fabio et Fabrice ont ouvert ce très beau boutique-hôtel en avril 2018 après plusieurs mois de travaux. Situé dans un joli petit immeuble de type Art déco à seulement 5 minutes à pied des plages et de la promenade des Anglais, cet hôtel vous accueille dans son décor moderne entièrement rénové. Ici, l'ambiance est résolument familiale : sourire, gentillesse et professionnalisme sont en effet les maîtres mots des gérants. Les chambres sont propres et confortables : équipées de salle de douche ou de bain, elles disposent également de la climatisation, de la TV et d'un réfrigérateur. Une bonne adresse au cœur de Nice qui vous permettra de découvrir la ville et ses richesses facilement.

If there was an option to give 6 stars, I would have given 7!
I have never stayed in a hotel with such a warm personal touch: Fabio and the team were always there to help, answer any questions, give recommendations and advice. Also location is perfect, in a calmer less touristic area, 15 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the beach. Smaller rooms on the 3rd floor are creative with their floor plan but have all the essentials.

The room's contemporary but warm design, numerous creative little details (including a complimentary fresh croissant every morning), and the location only two blocks from the Promenade des Anglais are wonderful. Most of all, however, I appreciated the personal and empathetic attention from Fabio, Barbara, and the rest of the small team. Merci beaucoup!

Amazing boutique hotel in Nice! Fabio and his staff are so lovely and kind, with lots of thoughtful personal touches and care. I was here for 8 nights and loved my stay.

What makes this hotel so great is the service! I could not ask for better service than Fabio gave us! He was amazing. He procured us a table at a fantastic restaurant and was so helpful with everything else. The croissant and baguette each morning was scrumptious. The rest of the breakfast was fine. It was in little packages so we used it for picnic lunches later in the day.
My only advice is for the sweet wonderful woman who checked us in is to remember after traveling hours to get there, the last thing people want is sit and listen to a looong talk. I could barely focus bc I was tired, hungry, needed a restroom and just wanted to put my feet up with a cup of tea when I first arrived. I finally “escaped” the friendly, overly -helpful chat to use the bathroom. Would be good to say, “go relax and freshen up first, then I can show you stuff.”

Room was small, but everything was clean, in order and with croissant delivered in the morning, was an all together great experience.
