A wonderful hotel, just a three-minute walk from Nice-Ville station.
The hotel is fully equipped and has everything you need. There’s a small balcony you can step out onto.
Most importantly, the staff are extremely polite—you can tell they are genuinely kind people.
If you’re visiting Nice, staying here will definitely not disappoint or ruin your trip.

Very helpful staff!!!! Will be forever grateful. I had baggage issues with airways and they allowed me to use their phone at all hours of the day without complaint, they also helped me with my problems. They help with any other questions you have too. Located right next to the train station, and a 10 min walk down to the beach. Many services also provided by the hotel, highly recommended!!

I was very pleased with the hotel. The a/c worked really well which was such a relief in the summer heat! The location is right across from the train station so it is super convenient and yet I never heard a train. It is also easy to walk to many interesting museums, the Russian Orthodox Church and the avenue des anglais and of course the beautiful beach with its warm water. I especially appreciated the front desk staff who went above and beyond to be helpful, accommodating and make my stay as pleasant as possible. They are fluent in French and English which made things much easier for this American tourist who doesn’t speak much French.

Do not recommend. The service here compared to Villa Bougainville next door is night and day. The staff was unwelcoming and was more interested in talking in Russian amongst themselves. There were no clean mugs next to the coffee station, and we saw three oily paper bags on the counter with fruit flies flying around when we checked in in the afternoon. I wonder if it contained the pastries for next morning’s breakfast? If you are staying on the sixth floor, beware of the sloped ceiling! My partner bumped his head a few times. There was a tiny glass partition in the shower, so you had to be careful not to splash water out when showering. The drainage in the tub and sink was partially blocked and took a while to drain. I’m glad we only stayed here for one night.

Para un 3 estrellas está muy bien, a favor, la ubicación está cerca de la estación de tren, lo cual es facilitador si estás a pie…. Y teniendo en cuenta que en el día hay villas y playas preciosas por conocer, …De la playa tenes unas 6/8 cuadras, y las últimas 2 cuadras cuando volves al hotel son medio desoladas si estás de noche…. Detalle. Al centro y demás actividades vas a pie muy bien!
El personal es amable y te ayudan con las consultas turísticas de 10! Te prestan sombrilla gratis!!!???????? en excelente estado!
A mejorar …. La calidad de la panificacion y el huevo revuelto que les sale feo feo…. Pero es buen desayuno…. Tbn podes servirte agua caliente y fría fuera del horario del desayuno lo cual es genial

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer, unser Aufenthalt wurde von Tag zu Tag schöner. Die zentrale Lage, macht vieles einfacher und Mann ist innerhalb von 15 min. am Strand. Dieser ist bei bestem Wetter zu empfehlen und macht spaß dort den Tag zu verbringen

Hôtel confortable et bien situé, idéal pour un court séjour. La chambre était propre, le lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était un vrai plus : copieux, frais et bien présenté. Le personnel était sympathique et à l’écoute. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

卒業旅行で利用しました。観光地までは少々歩きますが、駅まですぐ、ノートルダムやモノプリまで徒歩10分（もっと近いスーパーもある）、観光地まで20~25分ほどと、悪くないロケーションでした！
カウンターの方も優しく素敵でした。自分たちの拙い英語だと伝わらない部分もありましたが、翻訳アプリで不自由なくコミュニケーションできました。
部屋もきれいで満足ですが、ケトルが故障していたのと、ティッシュがあるとうれしいです！
