La boutique de Jeanne c'est très bien sauf il ne met pas en assez en valeurs les designers de France et de Nice et de plus il y a des coussins fait un(e) designer étranger ( on trouve les mêmes coussins vendus 150€ alors le mêmecoussin est vendu a 60€) qui dévalorise l' image emblématique de L'hôtel Et de plus cet(te) designer je suppose ne paye pas des cotisations sociales de l' URSSAF Sinon vraiment à part ce petit point négatif l' hôtel est très bien !!

First time to the south of France and loved every moment of it with my girls! Our floral suite felt so luxe and cozy with AMAZING beach views. We also love the Bfast buffets in the morning and the staff were so kind and helpful. I am definitely coming back again!!! Merci beaucoup mes amis ❤️????????????

Great hotel, great location, great staff.
However there is a lot of constructiom going on in the hotel. So during the day expect a lot of noice disturbances in your hotel room. I was unable to do any work related (online) calls

My husband called to book a table in The Bars for 4 people. He was told no need to book. We came at 9 o`clock and went to the small reception in frond of the bar. An expressionless, "smileless", bland girls comes out and utters something in French which my hysband, who is French (born n France) could not understand. He asked I think 3 times for a table. FInally, we did lips reading and body language interpretation (hardy visible body language) and understood that she said NO TABLES for 4.
Ok, never again. Where did they find peopls like tat to work in a famous hotel? By the way, we were 4 women and one man, 4 foreign ladies one of which is a millionaire, the other university professor, and my husband and I who own several businesses - I am saying that just that the readers do not think we are some tramps. Pathetic service, unwelcoming, very ill`mannered.

Je ne peux que noter le lieu et le restaurant La Rotonde car ce sont les seuls endroits que j’ai pu fréquenter. C’est toutefois un plaisir de rentrer dans ce palace qui laisse les clients vagabonder dans ses couloirs, ses halls surmontés de verrières, et qui nous surprend par ses œuvres d’arts et ses photos historiques.
La prestation au restaurant La Rotonde était excellente. J’ai trouvé un cocktail un peu trop sucré, on m’a de suite proposé de le refaire et même de le changer gratuitement (ce qu’ils n’étaient pas obligés de faire). Merci à tous les serveurs et notamment à Jimmy qui nous a gentiment pris en charge.
Le repas était très fin, s’adaptant à tous les goûts, avec de nombreux plats végétariens qui ravirons les adeptes de gastronomie.
En espérant avoir un jour la chance de manger dans le restaurant étoilé

Le Négresco est un incontournable à Nice, hôtel se situant sur la promenade des Anglais ! Le restaurant est splendide et les mets très bons. Les serveurs sont aux petits soins et très professionnels. A recommander

Situé sur la promenade des Anglais, ce palace est a mi chemin du centre de la ville et de l'aéroport. cet établissement magnifique a été renové en 2010.

Water was spilled over our table and over our desserts, with no attempt being made to clear it up or replace the dessert, until we asked quite insistently since it was soaked through.
The rest of my party had been before and had a much more pleasant visit the first time round. Perhaps the staff working the front of house in Le Versailles bar were the issue in today’s experience, but it is disappointing when you spend the time and money for a special experience. The venue itself is beautiful but very poor value for money.
Don’t come expecting live jazz music, as advertised on the website, as there was nothing of the sort today. We also tried to be in contact with the venue via email to discuss arrangements and received no response.
