It could be a good rating if not the following hotel management behaviour:
I rate this property 1 star because the property has cancelled my booking with argument "card not valid" which is a false claim as the card is valid (just used it for booking another hotel). The true reason is that the hotel raised the price by more than 250€ for my dates. This is such a bad move from management as I for sure will not book this hotel in future and would not recommend anyone else, because the management can cancel you booking if they see they can squeeze more money from another booking.

Great location to get around.Very close proximity to the tram & train service.
Rooms very compact.Staff very friendly & polite.The old town is a must fab location great food & bars.Visit Ville Franche Sur Mir 10 minutes by train.Word of caution do not fare dodge witnessed fines on the spot Monaco give it a visit but not as glamorous as shown on TV.

Viaggio in famiglia due adulti e ragazzo di 15 anni per tre notti dal 06 al 09 Luglio 2025 prenotato tramite BW essendo diamond select provenienti da Antibes dove avevamo pernottato in altra hotel sempre della catena Bw.
Punti di forza la posizione centralissima e la gentilezza e professionalità del personale anche se nessuno parla italiano e il palazzo "antico " elegante .
punti di debolezza : la ns stanza una tripla superior n 301 medio piccola, mouquette datata che ancora in Francia ma non solo si
ostinano ad usare e il bagno anch'esso "mignon" con vasca e braccio doccia senza finestra. nel piccolo corridoio di ingresso specialmente la mattina ci sentiva uno sgradevole cattivo odore. la stanza si affaccia su una strada laterale che ha di fronte il magazzino di un supermercato la mattina presto si sentivano il rumore dello scarico e carico oltre quello causato dal passaggio dei tram della vicinissima via centrale . parcheggio scoperto davanti l'ingresso con soli 6 posti al costo di € 25,00 al giorno ho pagato € 75,00 ma ero stato informato alla reception. La colazione anch'essa a pagamento ha una buona proposta, abbiamo utilizzato il servizio due volte la prima è andata bene la seconda era tutto freddo e non riassortito nonostante fossero le 09:00 am .
Nizza è una piacevole città piena di vita ma forse un pò troppo cara , i ristoranti offrono più o meno le stesse proposte consiglio di cercare nelle vie limitrofe a quelle centrali si risparmia si mangia meglio e abbondante ( in un bar di fronte abbiamo chiesto una bottiglia di acqua che abbiamo pagato € 9,50 ma il cameriere non ci aveva informato prima del costo ) se dovessi tornare in costa azzurra opterei per uno dei paesi limitrofi come Antibes, Mentone e altri più piccoli ma accoglienti e meno costosi per poi visitare Monaco-Nizza- Cannes ecc utilizzando i treni facili da prendere e frequenti anche se affollati.
Ringrazio comunque il gentilissimo personale dell'albergo che mi aveva proposto, dopo la prima notte di cambiare camera passando ad una di categoria superiore ma trovandoci a Monaco per l'intera giornata rimanendo poi solo un altro giorno ho rifiutato la proposta anche se è stata molto gradita e avvalora la disponibilità e professionalità del personale .

Hotel right on tram route and also on stop from airport. We left luggage before and after stay. Mall, dept store,groceries, sights and restaurants close by. A great location. Stayed in room with single bed and queen size bed private bath .Great stay definitely recommend !

Hotel super carino in posizione strategica e centrale. Pulizia e gentilezza dello staff sono i punti forti, Ali in particolare è stato gentilissimo per tutta la durata della nostra vacanza a Nizza, ma anche le ragazze e il resto dello staff sempre carini e accoglienti, super consigliato!

One of the best hotels ever, can’t get much better!

We’ve been to Nice many times and have tried several hotels, and this one is among the best we've ever stayed at. We spent a relaxing weekend here. The room was spacious and bright, and the temperature inside was perfect (not too cold) despite it being 35 degrees outside. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was very well-prepared, better than most 4-star hotels in Nice.||The best part was the staff: Mr. Ali welcomed us warmly, provided all the information we needed, and made us feel right at home.||In short, this hotel is highly recommended and will become our go-to place in Nice.

The hotel is located close to both Promenade des Anglais and the old town. It is also next to the tram route. By far the most significant reason why we would recommend this hotel is its personnel’s kindness. They are always smiley, helpful and polite.

La literie est parfaite, pas de bruit et service impeccable. Je recommande pour tout type de séjours. Parking accessible surtout pour du centre ville

Un emplacement idéal, la promenade des anglais à 10 min à pieds. Bon accueil trés sympathique. La propreté est bien surveillée|Le petit dejeuner est correct et le rapport qualité prix est tres bon. Il y a même un petit parking devant l'entrée.

J'ai été extrêmement impressionné par le service exceptionnel fourni par Lo . Sa courtoisie, son professionnalisme et son attention aux détails ont vraiment amélioré mon expérience dans cet hôtel. Il a été rapide pour répondre à mes questions et a même anticipé mes besoins. Son attitude chaleureuse et accueillante a créé une atmosphère agréable dès mon arrivée. Locate in the center of Nice. Just right on the Main Street with the tram line passing.
The staff is so helpful. Giving us a lot of information; route, restaurants, and sightseeing. Got the room at the corner on the top floor,414. Spectacular view. Good breakfast. 6 parking spaces in front of the hotel with 25 euro per day.
Definitely stay here again next time.
