Ottima posizione, vicina al tram con cui raggiungere il centro e il lungomare. Cuscini troppo sottili e il bagno aveva una nicchia aperta nel muro, per cui si sentono tutti i rumori ed entra l'umidità della doccia nella camera.

Sincèrement j'y vais avec ma femme depuis plusieurs années quand on pas à Nice. Avec Sophie on est devenu amis. Excellent emplacement, chambres très propres et elle est toujours aux petits soins. Vraiment super adresse. Si je pouvais retrouver ce style partout ou je vais, ca serait top.

What a lovely place in Nice! I highly recommend it.
Peaceful hotel with nice surroundings. Just 25 minutes walking from the old town, and just 2 minutes far from tram. You can have a cheap and tasty breakfast in its terrace. So grateful for spend those days at this place.

Hotel molto carino e romantico. Estremamente pulito e curato nei dettagli. A due passi si può trovare la fermata del tram che porta direttamente in centro città. La proprietaria è simpatica e disponibile. La zona è molto tranquilla. Raccomandato!

Amazing place in the heart of Nice! The best place I found in Nice for a very reasonable price. Not overpriced like other places. Villa Saint Hubert is very cosy and chilled place. Every detail made with love. The service is so sophisticated and welcomed that you really feel like home.

And if you arrive late at night — just contact the stuff, and you’ll be helped to have the smoothest experience.

I adored my stay here. The room was small but spotlessly clean, fresh and very reasonably priced for the location and the friendly service from Sophie. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

There is free parking available a ten minute stroll from the hotel and the area felt safe at night as a solo traveller.

Petit hôtel plein de charme.

Excellente adresse sur Nice, idéalement située : à 200 du tramway ( très pratique lorsqu’on arrive par avion ) et à 20 minutes à pied de la promenade des anglais et du vieux Nice.
À peine 10 minutes en tram.
La maison est très jolie, située dans une rue élégante et très calme.
On retrouve la même élégance dans les chambres décorées avec bon goût et des matériaux de qualité,
Enfin mentionnons, comme tout le monde, l’extrême gentillesse de l’accueil, le sourire, la disponibilité et les conseils avisés de la propriétaire,
Attention pour les personnes âgées qui se déplacent avec difficulté : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.
Mais il s’agit d’un petit hôtel, deux étages seulement .
Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve

Excellent accueil,. Nous avions une chambre sur jardin, tranquille et très agréable. Jolie déco, confort et propreté sont autant d’atouts à cette charmante villa niçoise. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.
Mais en plus le site est très agréable. Bel accueil. Bien placé dans Nice. Chambre propre et spacieuse pour celle que j'occupe, avec un aménagement dans l'air du temps.
Le jardinet où prendre son petit dejeuner est top

Excelente place to stay which I highly recommend ! The couple’s room was super clean and tidy, air conditioner perfectly working and the host was very friendly and helpful providing all info to make the most of our visit at Nice.

Such a lovely B&B, with a great cat and amazing garden, and a unique tranquil location in the bustling Nice. It is quite a hike from the city but there is a tram stop right in front, so it is easy to get everywhere.
