Ottima esperienza. Ci hanno salvato da una scomoda situazione e nonostante fossimo a ridosso del capodanno ci hanno accolti con calore e disponibilità. Camere pulite e letto comodo! Lo consiglio!

It was rated as a 2 star hotel. The room was small but comfortable. It's a large bed with minimal space either side. It has a wardrobe if you need. There's a TV and separate bathroom with a shower. The room we had backed into a road at the rear which was a little noisy, especially as it was hot and we chose to have the window open rather than use the AC (which worked very well)
There's a reception area with seating and discs to leave luggage open most off the day, but not at night.
The balcony seated area is nice but they close it at night - I don't see why.
There's a supermarket nextdoor and lots of small independent shops in the immediate vicinity also. A 5 minute walk takes you to a main shopping street.
It's easy enough to get to the old part of Nice which is on the beach and has a buzzing little nightlife if you want it.
Basic, but ok if you're planning not to spend much time in your room.

Very good as for 2 star hotel. Staff is very helpful, speak english. Rooms were cleaned every day. Good location.

Les plus : l'accueil, la déco, le prix, l'emplacement, la propreté.
Les moins : aucune isolation. Je pouvais comprendre mon voisin de chambre au téléphone. Petit déjeuner sans intérêt avec peu de choix.

Kleines, nettes Hotel mit begrünter Terrasse zum Verweilen. Das Lepante liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Rue Jean Médecin und den Linien 1 und 2 entfernt, den Bahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß in 12 Minuten.

Fijn hotel op een centrale locatie in de stad! Je loopt zo de winkelstraat in en bent binnen een kwartier op het strand. De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en de ‘binnentuin’ op de eerste verdieping is sfeervol ingericht met o.a. planten.
Het ontbijt buffet is naar mijn ervaring in Frankrijk meestal niet erg uitgebreid maar in dit hotel was er ruime keuze. Een volgende keer kom ik graag terug!

A very nice hotel and great value. Staff are very helpful. Good breakfast on small shaded terrace. Beach towels available. Simple rooms. Comfy bed, good linen and air conditioning. Good location - 10 mins walk from the old town, 15 mins from the beach.

Hotel was really near everything main street, railway station, tram stops (both lines) in a walking distance. Service was really frendly. Carrefour market is just a next door.

Imagino por las reseñas que leo, que las habitaciones varían mucho entre ellas. La nuestra (doble economica) es para echarse a llorar. No cabíamos en la cama y menos en la ducha. Por lo menos esta limpio y la ubicación es excelente.
PD. No hay ascensor.

Estuvimos aquí para un fin de semana, nos permitieron entrar antes del horario fijo de check-in porque el cuarto estaba listo. Los señores de la recepción son muy amables y el cuarto era muy limpio y espacioso. De seguro lo recomendamos ????

Worst experience ever, even the owner of the Hotel was beyond rude and disrespectful, we had to leave immediately and find another accommodation because of how we were treated and felt threatened. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

L'esperienza di soggiorno peggiore della mia vita. Un problema di linea con Booking ci ha fatto incorrere in due prenotazioni della stessa camera doppia. Non avendo trovato riscontro dalla struttura nei giorni prima del soggiorno, siamo giunti alla data e direttamente in struttura rifatto presente il problema ed avendo pagato entrambe le stanze, chiesto entrambe le chiavi. Il manager maleducato si è messo ad urlare dicendo di avere una sola stanza libera perché, come chiarito poi dal call center booking, aveva dato a pagamento la stanza già pagata da noi ad un'altra coppia. Non si è scusato per la sua non professionalità ma ci ha anche detto con tono schizzionoso "Ah...Italia!" Fieri di essere italiani, siamo certi che non ci torneremo mai piu e che "quel che si semina si raccoglie".

The staff informed us of not having available rooms, knowing that we had email and sms confirmations. We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel, with expedia. We got the Expedia confirmation and another hotel confirmation; only to be informed by the receptionist that they have no rooms available..
In addition to that, the staff member decided to act rude and defensive rather than collaborative and solution oriented. He even called us "not honest".
Anyways, I'd recommend to avoid this place.

Super hôtel, propre et cosy .
Les chambres sont jolies .
Seul bémol le petit déjeuner manque un peu de choix ... léger pour 12 euros par personne .
Mais ceci a été largement compensé par le sourire de notre hôte.
