????‼️????was there today exactly at 2 PM, and this was by far the worst place I’ve experienced in the city. I stood in front of the reception for 20 minutes, literally making eye contact with one of the staff the entire time. He was busy chatting with two women, then went to get a towel for someone, then started using his phone — all while I was standing right in front of him, waiting.
At one point, I even raised both my hands and loudly said “Hello! Can you hear me?” — and he still ignored me. My husband finally lost patience and raised his voice, asking, “Excuse me, can you help us?” And the man rudely replied, “What? What do you want?” We asked for two sunbeds by the beach, and without even looking up from his phone, he just said, “No sunbeds available.”
That was it. No courtesy, no explanation — just rude behavior.
Anywhere else in the city, if a beach is full, they at least put up a sign saying it's full to avoid wasting your time. But this place completely disregards even the most basic respect for customers. Truly disappointing.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Beau Rivage Beach Club. It's not one of the beach clubs that usually gets reviewed when you watch youtube videos and try to decide where you want to go. So I didn't have much info to go on and thought it must not be as good. But we wound up liking it better than the others. All the beach clubs are pretty similar, but Beau Rivage has a chill staff that are super helpful and I'd say "nicer" and more attentive than some of the other clubs. Food is fine, it's beach club food, so you are not going to get the same quality as at specialized restaurants in town. But yes, you'll want to kick back for the day, swim, lounge and order food, and the price to quality ratio here is better than at say, Castel or Negresco. The beach itself we also preferred to the others because of its central location. I guess it depends on where you are staying of course. If you are staying at the Beau Rivage, it's a no-brainer to go there because you get discounts on rentals. We were at Beau Rivage for the first part of our trip and loved the service and discounts. When we returned at the end of our trip we stayed elsewhere and checked out different beach clubs. We all unanimously agreed we liked Beau Rivage the best. Also: Yes, you can reserve and pay with credit card if you are staying at Beau Rivage. If you are not staying at Beau Rivage you need to walk up and reserve your spot in person on the day you plan to stay. This is true of all other places too, you must walk up and reserve on day (Castel is the one place that does have an online booking system). Plan to get in line by 10am in high season to hold your chair. All beaches in Nice are rocky so bring water shoes or plan on buying them while you are there.

Deux excellentes journées passées à la plage privée. Efficacité et qualité à retrouver dès l’accueil mais également sur la plage et au restaurant. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. pensez à réserver en amont sur place !

Worst esperience ever. We found a free table and we sat here. Nobody came to take our order. After 7 minutes someone came and told us in french that they are not serving that table anymore and that we should wait 10 minutes for another table and I answered in English. As soon as we stood up, an old french woman sat in the exact place and they served her right in front of us meanwhile we were standing. They embarrassed us in front of everyone. I asked the waiter for an explanation but couldn’t give me any, so the manager (I think) came and told us that that table was booked, which is not true because there was nothing on it and it was free. They made us stand up, while everyone was sitting and eating. very very bad… so basically if you’re not French you’re not welcome here. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Best experience for dinner at the beach in Nice !! The ambient is great with a beautiful view, the band playing was lovely. The food is great and the staff make your stay even greater! ❤️

The service at the beach lounge is horrible, not only they promise you to put in the waiting list for sun-beds but after he gave away to the couple who “claim that they stay in the hotel”, and that is why receive priority in service. They should inform people in advance and not promise anything. Just an hour wait for nothing

C’est un peu le « spot » parfait !
Idéal pour vos déjeuners et dîners en bord de mer. Le cadre, le personnel, la qualité culinaire, la présentation etc… est top !

I called the restaurant because we wanted to come before lunch time, but no one answered. So we came there directly. We were told that it's not time for any meal yet but it's possible to order drinks, it's totally fine.
So I talked to the guy on the welcome desk if we could get a table first to order drinks while waiting for the restaurant ready for meal orders. The guy kindly gave us a table.
And then came this 1 person which could be the manager who was not in a very polite manner told us to get off the table because it's not lunch time yet and we have to be in another place to get the drinks. His closing phrase was 'i don't have time for this'.
I brought guests and came with bucks to spend for good meals there. But certainly I had no time to deal with such an ill attitude and so we all left.
The restaurant has a good location, I'm sure the food could be good too, the staff was also helpful, but that one person maybe the manager ruined the whole idea of the restaurant. Thankfully it's not the only restaurant by the beach and not even the best I'm sure. I will not recommend or bring anyone here ever.

Beautiful spot, it felt safe and welcoming as a tourist. But the sea isn’t the easiest. Pretty wavy, gets deep fast, and the bottom is super rocky. Bring water shoes, trust me! The beach club really made up for it. The staff were super friendly. We had Le Fritto Royal with squid, gambas, and mesclun. It was super fresh and delicious. Sunbeds are €30, umbrellas €7. It gets crowded quickly, so go early if you want a good spot.

Je tiens à vous signalez que nous avons eu une après midi gâchée dans la plage privée aujourd’hui. En effet un groupe de deux jeunes hommes faisaient énormément de bruit ( ils mettaient de la musique à un très fort volume, criaient énormément) et en plus de ça fumaient alors que c’est interdit. Je regrette énormément qu’aucun membre de l’équipe ne soient intervenus pour régler cet énorme problème malgré le fait qu’ils soient passés plusieurs fois à notre endroit. Nous avons compté en tout plusieurs personnes extrêmement énervées de la situation et 4 qui ont décidées de partir à cause de ça.
De notre côté nous voulions vous faire savoir que nous ne reviendrons plus.

Vous commandez une Grimbergen… et on vous l’apporte « blanche » . Sur la carte, il n’est pas précisé que c’est une bière blanche. Le responsable du bar refusera l’échange. Quand on est touriste vache à lait c’est comme ça.

Das Essen war viel zu teuer und schmeckte mir überhaupt nicht. Wir haben 25 Euro für ein bisschen schlecht geschnittenes Gemüse bezahlt, das komplett roh war. Ausserdem haben wir ewig lange für ein einziges Bier gewartet.
Die Kellner sind gut. Das Ambiente super. Aber eben: das Essen schmeckte gar nicht. Ich wusste nicht, dass man einen Salat mit Quinoa und Rucola so versauen kann.

Le Castel étant complet, j'ai retenté l'expérience en septembre après quelques années. Le personnel avait l'air perdu sur cette plage, et ce dès l'accueil ! Dommage car la nourriture est très convenable.

Une des meilleures table de la promenade des Anglais. Un personnel très pro et agréable. Une très bonne cuisine, et un grand choix de vins de qualité. Arriver à Nice et commencer par le Beau Rivage c est initier un séjour réussi à coup sûr.

Très bon accueil de Mario très sympathique et très bon service même si 2 cocktails étaient mal dosés.
Par contre aucun DJ malgré les nombreuses annonces sur les réseaux. Un peu déçus.
On nous a dit qu il avait oublié de venir...
Mais le joli cadre et le confort ont compensé.
