Simple, cheap, breakfast included and a kitchen to make food! The only negative is that the door to the dormitory didn't close, which meant sounds from the bathrooms/kitchen were a bit loud, which I would remove a star for – but there was a cat, which I'll give a bonus star for, bringing us back up to 5 ????

Fijne trekkersherberg. Gemengde slaapzalen uitgebreide douche en wasgelegenheid. Handdoek zelf meebrengen. Slotje voor kastje zelf meebrengen. Keuken voor het bereiden van maaltijd, ontbijt of koffie. Kleine afgesloten fietsenstalling.

Gracias a Estefany por el buen recibimiento! El albergue tiene buena ubicación, las habitaciones son amplias, hay varios baños y duchas, wifi, desayuno incluido.
Tienen un lugar para guardar las bicicletas.

Ottimo albergue per iniziare il cammino di Santiago. Dispone di prese elettriche in ogni letto e la cosa è molto gradita. La cucina ha solo il forno a microonde. L'unica pecca è il prezzo che è un po' troppo alto rispetto a tutti gli altri ostelli che si trovano lungo il cammino.

A great place to spend the night before the camino. Facilities are basic, bunk room and shared showers, toilets and small kitchen, but perfectly clean and acceptable. I found it very easy to get chatting with other pilgrims. Note however that the kitchen doesn’t have a hob/oven, but one can be used at the tourist office. The view of the surrounding valley from the bedrooms is particularly good and was a highlight of the stay.

聽朝聖者辦公室推薦，真的非常便宜，12歐元含床和早餐。

但我其實沒有入住，因為18點多才抵達，我怕沒有床位，所以還是線上先訂了其他住宿，結果到的時候18:30，還有四個空位。（週五抵達的）

這邊是14:00開始可以登記入住，自己在櫃檯登記名字、放入錢、拿房卡。

€12 a night, they open at 2pm (no reservations)

The kitchen had a fridge, microwave, kettle and was very clean and so were the bathrooms. The beds had individual power and lights and there was no noise when trying to sleep.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

La chica que nos atendió me ha parecido muy amable y receptiva.

4. Ubicación:
Muy buena, en una calle bastante principal y muy cerca de la oficina del turismo.

5. Relación calidad-precio:
Es una opción asequible

Observaciones:
• Hay garrapatas en el jardín, hay que andar con cuidado!
• No hay mantas (hay que llevar su propio saco de dormir o alguna otra cosa).

There were no more beds on the first or second floor, so I had to stay in the downstairs basement, such literally looked like a dungeon, with one other guy who wasn't too friendly. There is no one servicing the place to ask questions, instead you just stick your money in a box and find your bed. Quite a welcome for the first day of the Camino, but I was expecting some like that lol. Looking back, Saint Jean would probably be the only place I would not stay in the municipal alburgue. The town of Saint Jean is really quiet for being the official starting point of the Camino.
