Petit court séjour pour se faire plaisir le temps d'un week-end |Nous avons logés dans la chambre premium #11 avec terrasse vue sur jardin . Séjour très agréable, chambre propre et spacieuse .|Terrasse idéale pour prendre le petit café espresso qui est à disposition sur plateau d'accueil.|J'ai enfin pu tester le massage thaïlandais dans l'espace bien etre de l'hôtel. Massage réalisé par Amandine... un pur moment de détente |A très bientôt merci à l'équipe.

My friends and i spent a great time at la maison du lierre ! We've booked connecting rooms with a beautiful garden view. It was very clean and all the team was very helpful and kind. They also have a yummy brekkie with local products !! Très délicieux ||Unfortynately, the weather wasn't great but they have a spa on site with sauna and massages so we could relax for a day instead of visiting. Duo massages were awesome by the way.||It was our first time in Biarritz and we had such a great moment in this beautiful hotel. We will recommand this place to our friends and family and we will definitely come back here next year. Thank you very much to all the team la maison du lierre

The hotel is perfectly situated so that you can walk anywhere in the city for shops, restaurants and the beach. It is a small delightfully friendly hotel next to a very nice park. The rooms are quite comfortable, not cramped for space like many of the hotels in France. The petite dejuener was very good.|If you have a car, parking on the street can be a challenge finding a spot. All the spots are typically "payant" and are not inexpensive to park during the day. Free at night until 9am. We loved our stay and definitely would go back again.

Absolute Gem of a Hotel ! We stayed for 4 nights in September. Had a lovey king size bed and large opening French windows , the room was very quiet, even with the windows open. The room was a perfect temperature, slightly cool which was good as it was very hot outside . Ceiling fan was great at night to keep the air moving . There was A/C but we didn’t need it . Lovely bathroom and amazing shower . Room and hotel was absolutely spotless, and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there on our first morning which was absolutely lovely, all fresh and local produce. We actually got engaged during this holiday, and are bringing the whole family to Biarritz in June for the “ honeymoon “ and we will all be staying at this hotel ! It’s a great location for shops and access to the main beaches and restaurant.

The hotel room has not warm on decor, furniture are old and sad, is not maintenance to keep the place "nice and cute".|The receptionist was rude and had huge attitude, she was like make us a favorite for any answer to our question, not friendly!!!|The room smell horrible at night, from sewage , a/c was no working great we open the balcony, that by the way was a joke, and we got mosquitos, so of course we didn't got sleep .||Not recommended!!!!!

Bel hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont petites, un peu vieillottes, mais cela fait entièrement son charme, la literie est bonne. L'hôtel est très bien placé, tout près du centre ville et de la mer.
Par contre, la société de taxi avec laquelle travaille l'établissement est déplorable, j'ai le souvenir d'un chauffeur désagréable, très agressif et sentant l'alcool.

Das äusserlich gepflegte, im klassisch städtischen und baskischen Stil erbaute Haus, liegt zentral und recht ruhig in der Nähe der Markthalle, des grossen Strandes und der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Damit hat es sich aber. Die Infrastruktur und Möblierung im Innern ist überaltert. Während zehn Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes funktionierte der sehr kleine Zweipersonenlift nur mangelhaft und fiel für den Einsatz des Mechanikers während eines Tages und nach dem folgenden Tag mit ordentlichem Betrieb wieder ganz aus. Das Personal pflegt mit ein paar löblichen Ausnahmen die Umkehrung des von der Hotellerie und Gastronomie in der Regel gelebten Grundsatzes: der Gast ist König. Statt dem Gast diskret zu dienen und beim Auftreten von Betriebsproblemen nach Lösungen für ihn zu suchen, wird er im Treppenhaus vom zweiten in den dritten Stock von unten nach oben angeschrien und für den Weg über drei Stockwerke zum Frühstück und zurück sich selbst überlassen. Und wenn Frau sich darüber beschwert, bricht die überforderte Angestellte in Tränen aus, bezichtigt den Gast grundlos der Aggression und wird von der Directrice, die sich für die Sicht des unter Gehschmerzen leidenden Gastes überhaupt nicht interessiert, auch noch in Schutz genommen. Zum Glück haben wir die von einer freundlichen Angestellten ermöglichte Umsiedlung in ein nahe gelegenes Hotel derselben Kategorie angenommen und dort die baskische Gastfreundschaft mit funktionierendem Lift doch noch geniessen können.

A beautiful belle epoque house in a quiet part of town just up the hill from the beach, close to the ballet theatre and jardin public (from which you can catch the local bus to the airport). ||The public areas were spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Very friendly staff. We had a room on the third floor which was bright, with a new bathroom, and kettle with tea/coffee. The wardrobe was quite small so not much room for storage, but we were only staying 3 nights. They have a spa service of massages, but we didn't have time to try. ||Breakfast was a delight - all beautifully presented, with a good range of cheese, pastries, jams and fresh orange juice. |I would stay here again. Merci beaucoup!

Très bel hôtel au coeur de Biarritz, un personnel chaleureux et accueillant ! Des chambres dans un très bel état et soigné ! Le petit déjeuner est exquis, des beaux produits de très bonne qualité (même bien au dessus de plusieurs 4 étoiles que j’ai fréquenté) ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Hôtel de charme, calme et confortable, à deux pas du centre de Biarritz et de la grande plage. L'accueil est aimable et obligeant. Le petit-déjeuner, composé de produits locaux, est savoureux. Nous y reviendrons sûrement !

Chambres bien rénovées, chauffage ou climatisation selon la saison. L'extérieur est un peu bruyant (nous sommes en ville) mais une fois les fenêtres et terrasse fermées, plus de soucis.
Service impeccable.
Seul petit ombre au tableau, le prix du petit dejeuner, correct mais trop cher.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado. Las habitación es amplia, moderna y estaba todo muy limpio.
La amabilidad del personal fue excelente.
Sin duda repetiría la experiencia.
Puedes optar a parking ????️ en colaboración con el hotel a pocos minutos a pie.

Mon séjour à la maison du Lierre

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à la maison du Lierre. Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. La situation est idéale, à moins de 10mn à pied des plages et des principales attractions de Biarritz. J y reviendrais sans hésiter

Cet établissement indépendant offre un très joli cadre avec ce petit jardin, la terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil. Le confort est très présent.
