Only saampled the hotel restaurant and it was excllent and very good value. In a square with many others, this was really noteworthy

Almost a month ago, we went there for a few days of vacation. We got such a beautiful room with a view on the ocean, la grande plage, and the church. The room is small but clean and cute. People in the reception were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Wir hatten das Eckzimmer im 2. OG, tolle Aussicht mit kleinem Balkon, sehr viel Stauraum für Kleidung usw., großer Kühlschrank. Das Haus liegt zentral, alles kann gut zufuß erreicht werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!

Très bon accueil, personnel souriant et bienveillant. La chambres est très propre||et le lit est confortable, la terrasse avec vue mer est incroyable. un parking public||est disponible au pied de l'hôtel.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on way back to Bilbao to catch the ferry back to Portsmouth. This hotel was not easy to find even with a satnav as there were so many one way streets. We parked our car in the underground car park nearby. The room we had was pretty basic for the price we payed. The toilet was so small it was a struggle to get in and close the door. We had a view of the sea but the lighthouse light was shining on and off all night. We had a meal in the restaurant downstairs and the meal was good, the service was slow. The breakfast was a joke. No fresh baguette but a frozen baguette that was heated up. There were very tiny croissants and they were not nice(suspect they were also frozen). There was very little meat and cheese and the fruit juice was obviously out of a carton and not fresh. All in all, this was not good value for money.

Beautiful location... rooms could use some maintenance...
Lovely sport, located in the main square, steps from the ocean.
The room was comfortable, but the shower door would not close, and it was apparent it had been in disrepair for a while.
Also got briefly stuck in the elevator, when the door wouldn't open. Not totally confidence inspiring.
All in all, the hotel is nice, but it could benefit from some maintenance.

Un hotel charmant en plein centre ville avec le port des pêcheurs ,le rocher de la vierge et la grande plage a proximité ,l'océan en visu.
L'accueil est charmant ,serviable et personnalisée.
Petits dejeuners et repas possibles sur place ..;sur la place ;-)
Avec en plus le parking public à deux pas pour oublier la voiture pendant le séjour. A recommander .

Très bel hôtel, superbe emplacement, chambres jolies et propres. Accueil très chaleureux, petit déjeuner copieux. Proche des plages, restaurants et commerces, cet hôtel est vraiment à recommander!

Solo hemos estado en el restaurante,el resto como hotel ni idea.El sitio es chulo,en una zona muy céntrica junto a la iglesia Pedimos unos aperitivos y bien,pero....esperar 45 min para que nos trajesen 2 ensaladas como que no.Le expliqué al que nos atendió que nos cobrase lo que habíamos comido y es que ninguna disculpa ni nada .Fui a pagar y el chico del mostrador muy amable de disculpó diciendo que andaban mal de personal.Una pena porque prometía como lugar donde podíamos haber comido muy bien.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé.
Le personnel est très agréable.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, plein centre de Biarritz avec en bonus emplacement parking INDIGO avec une offre préférentielle avec l'hôtel.

En effet, nous proposons un tarif préférentiel avec le parking indigo à 10€ par jour. Étant situé en plein centre ville de biarritz cela facilite grandement le stationnement de non clients .
