Welcoming staff. Bike top quality. You will need such a bike to enjoy the Pic du Jer. One last thing: the coffee is amazing.

Bike & Py were brilliant. I hired bikes for a group of 21 and the shop were able to provide the bikes and set them up for our arrival. The mechanics also made tweaks to the bike where requested. I recommend to hire on advance though, especially if you have a large group. If we head to the region again and stay on Lourdes, I will definitely be using Bike & Py again.

Rented 2 x bianchi's for a weekend in the Pyrenees. Bikes were set up for us and delivered to our accommodation. No issues at all with the bikes - all great. Would be nice if they had more top spec bikes in smaller sizes (they only had one with Di-2, and the 2nd bike we took was also pretty heavy) but just a minor niggle. Thanks guys!

My friend & I hired bikes from Bike&Py for a 4 day cycle break in the Pyrenees. Having not done a holiday like this before I wasn't sure what to expect. The Bianchi Sprint bikes were waiting for us when we got to the accommodation and fitted perfectly from the measurements sent. The bikes were superb and perfectly set up for the mountains. They were very understanding of an unfortunate spill i had, I wouldn't hesitate to hire from Bike&Py again, the service and quality of bikes is second to none.

Rented a lovely Bianchi from Bike & Py for a 4 day cycling break in the Pyrenees. Bike arrived on time, was like new and perfectly set up for me from the measurements I'd given them. I didn't have to tweak a thing.
My friend also rented from them and they were very forgiving of a little damage caused by a spill he'd had on the bike.
You also get a nice water bottle to keep which was a nice touch.
Would definitely use again.

My friend and I hired mountain bikes for a day of cycling along La Voie Verte Des Gaves, and we had a fantastic experience. The bikes were great and handled the route really well, making for a most enjoyable day. What really stood out, though, was the excellent service — after a long and tiring ride, the company made sure we got back to our hotel safely. Couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommended!

Un immense merci à l'équipe pour m'avoir dépanné en urgence sur la French Divide, je suis arrivé en catastrophe sur la pause du midi avec une roue arrière dont la roue-libre était HS, avec l'aide de David ma roue était comme neuve quelques heures plus tard.
Accueil au top, café délicieux et personnel adorable avec un Divider en détresse. Grâce à vous j'ai pu terminer cet ultra dantesque ! Merci !

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de Bike & Py pour leur accueil exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, on m’a pris en charge avec professionnalisme et gentillesse. Le personnel est compétent, à l’écoute et prend le temps d’expliquer clairement les choses. L’atelier est bien organisé, et on sent qu’ici, le service client est une priorité.
Je recommande vivement ce magasin à tous les cyclistes de passage à Lourdes – c’est une adresse de confiance.

We rented 8 road bikes at Bike&Py. We had them delivered and picked up at our house, and the bikes were super. So was the service in the final adjustment and even when we after the first day in the mountains drove by the Bike&Py shop and asked if one bikes could be changed to a different size this was no problem. Btw a nice coffee stop at the Bike&Py shop. I can definitely recommend Bike&Py.

In rented a Bianchi Sprint 53 " I am 174 cm" perfect fit. Great service, we where 8 people renting a bike, got to the house on time and pick up was the same. One of my friends got a wrong bike size, but was replaces in the store. Great service Bike&Py and great coffee ;-)

Our experience here was fantastic from start to the end. The bikes we recieved were perfect and any slight tuning needed was done straight away when requested.
Everyone in the shop was super flexible.
They offered us so much support in our routes also.

We’ll be back for sure next time..
