Un havre de paix au cœur de Toulouse. Une ambiance familiale. Cet hôtel ultra confortable, géré par des personnes d'une humanité et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelles. Un hôtel comme on rêve d'en trouver. Parfait pour un court séjour, comme pour une période de vacances reposantes !

We were given a great welcome by the owner, who was always helpful and chatty. The location is fantastic for visiting all the sights, the bus and train stations, shops and restaurants. The airport bus stops almost outside the door. The hotel is spotlessly clean.

The absence of an elevator is a chalenge with luggage when placed at the 3rd floor but gives, on the other hand, a special moment, when you decent from your room to the level where the dayly live takes place.
The contact with the people that run the hotel makes it to a special event that is lost in the modern multy room hotels.

Hôtel très agréable, le confort est excellent, le style et la décoration sont chaleureux et l'on se sent comme dans une grande maison familiale. L'accueil est efficace, très professionnel et sympathique. Enorme avantage du parking, à un tarif très raisonnable.

Bel hôtel familial avec un accueil chaleureux! Le gérant est disponible et aux petits soins. La chambre est propre, spacieuse et confortable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait à 10 min de la gare et à 2 min d'un arrêt de métro. Je recommande!

Ein ganz wunderbares kleines Hotel, toll gelegen und ein so freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der neben Französisch, Englisch sogar noch Spanisch spricht. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr willkommen und unser Aufenthalt war einfach toll - wir sagen Merci beaucoup und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our eleven night stay at the Hôtel Héliot in Toulouse in October 2024. As already indicated in the numerous 5/5 reviews, this hotel is extremely well located and provided us a restful oasis during our holiday in Occitanie. Our large and quiet room was perfectly comfortable, with its high-quality mattress ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Toulouse or our day trip destinations. Both the bedroom and the well-appointed bathroom were very well maintained and cleaned daily during our stay. In short, the room was exactly as pictured on the website and provided us with everything we needed. In addition, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with first rate viennoiseries and baguette during our stay.

We highly recommend Hôtel Héliot! We couldn’t have been happier with its central location which affords easy access to all the key sights as well as many excellent restaurants and shops. The rest of Toulouse is easily accessible either on foot or via public transit. On request, we also had access to secure and convenient parking.

Even more important than any of these features of Hôtel Héliot and what made this an outstanding vacation was the incredible hospitality of its owner, Frédéric. We received singularly kind and thoughtful service throughout our stay. Frédéric was exceptionally responsive from the moment we contacted him and every day of our stay. Frédéric provided a recommendation of the simplest and most economical means of transportation from the airport when we arrived and expertly arranged for a taxi back to the airport for our departure when central Toulouse was locked down for the spectacle of “La Machine!” Frédéric could also be counted on for very reliable restaurant recommendations, too! Not even in five star establishments could one hope to receive more attentive, personal service. Do not hesitate to reserve your stay at this charming hotel!

J’y descends à chaque fois que je me rends à Toulouse. Le gérant veille toujours à satisfaire le confort et les désirs. Il nous a conseillé utilement sur les restos et autres sorties. Je recommande aussi l’établissement pour son emplacement pres de la gare, du metro et de la place du capitole

It's a cosy little hotel run by a family. Service is very good at the rooms are so too. I can only recommend the hotel - which by the way have really good prices. It is wellsuited, so one can walk to center og the city and close to station Jean Jaures

This is a beautiful, charming hotel right in the heart of Toulouse, a 2-min walk to the airport (or train station) shuttle bus. The cleanliness in this facility is outstanding, the continental breakfast is really lovely, and the management is highly professional as well as extremely helpful. This is a wonderful little boutique hotel where you can feel comfortable and secure right in a thriving hub close to everything. The rooms have authentic features that convey that this is a valuable historical property with a uniquely French character. I would not hesitate to return if I have the chance.

Si vous voulais connaître ce qui est un excellent accueil dans un hôtel, il faut absolument aller à l’hôtel Heliot. Le patron est plein d’attention pour que vous puissiez passer un séjour des plus agréable. Une bonne nuit dans une chambre spacieuse et très propre et un petit déjeuner avec chocolatine au top. Albergo a gestione familiare con personale davvero gentile e disponibile, ottima posizione centrale per girare la città. Non posso valutare la colazione perché non l’abbiamo fatta in hotel. Camera ben tenuta e pulita e spaziosa. Segnalo che non è presente l’ascensore

Definitely would recommend it. It was so great with this price it was just amazing! The service was so warm and helpful, the room was clean, and the location was awesome with quite a few great restaurants nearby. Easy access to airport shuttle and metro.

The room was clean with tea and coffee making items. It had some character and was entirely adequate for our needs.|It was about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the train station and the bus to the airport was a couple of minutes walk away.|There were shops ,cafes etc a short walk from the hotel.

J'en ai fait mon hôtel favori quand je dois aller à Toulouse. Emplacement top, chambre très grande avec climatiseur et bouilloire. Réceptionniste aux petits soins, donnant tous les renseignements sur les trajets à effectuer, les restos...

Cet hôtel, en plus d'être très bien situé (emplacement central dans Toulouse et en même temps près de la gare), est très calme, propre et confortable. Il est très bien tenu et le gérant est adorable. Bon petit-déjeuener avec des chocolatines fraîches :)

Charmant klassiek Frans hotelletje met zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Mooi oud herenhuis met propere kamers.

Goed gelegen op wandelafstand van zowel de centrale stadspleintjes als van het station. Twee metrolijnen, verscheidene bussen en de luchthavenshuttle stoppen nagenoeg voor de deur.

Prijzen op moment van schrijven zijn zéér schappelijk, zeker voor hartje zomer. Dikke aanrader!

Hôtel Héliot is a very charming Pension located very centrally in Toulouse. No frills, but the rooms are large and clean, the WiFi works well, and the service is super friendly (and it comes with a cute black cat). I would highly recommend - it’s a great value.

L'hôtel Héliot est vraiment très bien. L'ambiance est calme et familiale, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables avec un style de déco à l'ancienne qui est chaleureux. Moi qui ai souvent du mal à dormir en hôtel, là j'ai super bien dormi pendant mes deux nuits !

Hotel céntrico, aparcamiento de pago al lado. Personal muy amable, habla perfecto español. Habitación grande y cómoda. Algunos peros: que no hay ascensor, hay que prestar atención al horario de cierre de recepción a la llegada, y no me hizo factura cuando la web no la hace, siempre me la hacen los establecimientos.
