Esmorzar molt justet i comença a les 8, molt tard.

I can't speak for every room, I presume some will have already been renovated, however the room we stayed in was very dated, with just new curtains and a small fridge, and a much needed fitted aircon unit. I'm not sure the room had been hoovered, the bed was comfy with a thick matress protector but I felt like the matress probably needs replacing. The bathroom tiles were very dated and again, cleaning must have been done very quickly as the corners were filthy, including cigarette ash remaining, despite no smoking in the rooms. There was also no toilet paper until we asked for some!
Breakfast was included, purely continental with a yoghurt (small pot, whatever flavour you get given, no choice) a large carafe of fresh orange, a basket of different white sliced bread delivered to your table and a croissant each. The butter is cheap and awful plastic tub spread type, and a bowl of strawberry jam. You can make your own coffee and toast with a kettle, a small barista machine and a 2 slice toaster in the breakfast room.
I paid £95 for 1 night with breakfast and I think it may be too much for what we experienced.
The plus points are, it's close to everything you need, a mini supermarket, restaurants and bars, buses trains and car parks.
Room was dirty.
Told them could not stay and had to book another place.
They have refused to refund.
Legal action in place to get our money back
Avoid this place.
1 - pas de réception à l'accueil obtenu la clé de la chambre à 17 h dans une enveloppe posé à l'accueil.
2 - pas eu code pour rentrer le soir, obligé d'attendre un client pour rentrer.
3 - Lit de 140 inconfortable, état hôtel très moyen
4- pas possible de se garer, obligé de prendre parking Wilson ( 30 € la nuit)
Al día siguiente al volver después de estar todo el día fuera la habitación estaba sin hacer. Dicen q hacen cada 3 días. Es el.primer hotel q hacen esto. Una vergüenza
The building is old and shows elements of its former glory. The room was not beautiful or modern, but we did find ample sleeping space and the mattresses very comfortable. The shower was good.
Breakfast was rudimentary but Carrefour is only steps away and we had a fridge in our room. So we were able to augment breakfast as we liked.
The desk man was ready to help with anything.
We very much enjoyed our short stay in Perpignan.
El servicio y la atención al cliente es pésima, la recepcion cerrada en horario que ellos mismos indican abierta. Por lo tanto, no se pueden dejar las maletas antes ni después de coger o dejar la habitación porque no hay nadie. Aparece un teléfono en la puerta exterior, ya que la recepción está cerrada y nadie lo contesta. El desayuno es absolutamente escueto, según el precio que cobran. Además, estando en la segunda planta, el sábado por la noche el ruido de discotecas se oye muchísimo en las habitaciones.
Las instalaciones son viejas. La moqueta de la habitación, con manchas. El colmo ha sido que a la hora del desayuno hemos tenido que pedir dos veces platos, porque como se habían acabado los limpios no querían servir más.
Un hotel nada recomendable.

Aber leider kein Parkplatz,nächste Parkmöglichkeit Parkhaus in 400 m . Das Zimmer war alt verwohnt und nicht sehr sauber . Ich denke die anderen Bewertungen sind geschönt . . . . .

Muy céntrico, fácil de llegar, con parquings al lado y justo delante de los mercados navideños
Ensuite, les chambres étaient incroyables mais seulement pour le traitement, elles ont reçu un 10.
Surtout rencontrer le petit chien qu'ils avaient appelé Haribo qui vous accueille et arrive très bien.

El hotel por la ospitalidad perfecto, ha falta que difícil para aparcar aunque la mujer del hotel me lo facilito para un sitio.
Luego las habitaciones eran de cuéntame pero solo por el trato recibido un 10.
Sobretodo conocer al perrito que tenían que se llamaba haribo que te recibe namas llegar muy bien

Tous les ingrédients pour passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande vraiment .
Nous y avons passé 2 nuits, avec 3 enfants, 3 ados ,2 adultes et un chiot, c'était parfait. (Nous avons eu 2 chambres spacieuses)
L'accueil est chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est copieux.
Les chambres sont agréables, on y dort bien, le bruit de dehors ne parvient pas jusqu'à nous.
La climatisation est plus qu'appreciable pdt les grosses chaleurs.
La chienne n'a pas posé de problème. Au contraire, elle aussi a été super bien accueillie !
Et le quartier est super, très vivant, des commerces, restaurants à proximité, des petites ruelles agréables, le canal juste en face de l'hôtel.
