Wow, what a gem of a hotel run by a lovely couple who have put their whole heart into every detail - including the breakfast! rooms are spotless, modern, tastefully furnished, all completely renovated, very comfortable beds,, good quality linen, great shower, excellent Aircon, tea and coffee and water. The hotel is on a main street lined with palm trees next to the station. Easy to find. Also, if you arrive late like me, you can either walk 7 mins to centre, but there are some take out places (and a poke bowl place) on the street plus some small grocery shops open late. The couple, Audrey and Robin are so hospitable and dedicated to providing the best service. This is amazing value. I hardly write reviews so when I do......and the breakfast buffet is delicious, not the bog standard French continental breakfast but a real buffet with home made, (by Robin), freshly baked cakes, and tarts, good bread, coffee, organic juices, local cheese, charcuterie, jams, cereals - savoury tarts. I have eaten enough for the whole day so well worth the price!! Also, I got there after the reception closed and they actually texted me with the code and clear instructions. I wish you every success Audrey and Robin. Your good reviews are entirely justified. I'll recommend widely. Thank you so much! Your hotel grabbed my attention -;and met my demanding criteria.

Wonderful find. Friendly staff and modern clean comfortable room with clean bathroom.
The location is good as it's not far from the train station and is walkable into the centre of the town.

Beautiful reasonably priced little boutique hotel expertly run by Marielle and her lovely family who extend a warm welcome to guests. Conveniently located near all places of interest, restaurants and transport links. Charming comfortable chambre with divinely comfortable bed - spotlessly clean and great little bathroom. My only criticism would be no nightstand beside bed and the exorbitant price of breakfast. Apart from that everything is wonderful.

Malheureusement, nous avons fait une mauvaise expérience. Venant de Suisse en train, nous devions loger dans cet hôtel. Le train a pris beaucoup de retard et nous ne pouvions plus mettre nos vélos à l’abri après 23h. Nous avons donc dû renoncer à notre réservation. La direction nous a facturé le prix entier ! A éviter absolument!

Last Minute dit hotel geboekt tijdens onze doorreis naar Spanje. Fijn contact en toen we vertraging kregen was toegang na receptietijden ook mogelijk. Parkeren in de straat was te druk maar er was een ondergrondse parkeergarage op 700m afstand voor €12. Er is een kleine lift aanwezig. Aangekomen bij het hotel zagen we de gezelligheid die in dit hotel is gestopt. Ook de kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie zuivere badkamer en kamer met slaapbank was netjes uitgezet. Het was schoon en fris. Het ontbijt was subliem! Alles was vers en veelzijdig. Van verse kaas, croissants tot taart en muffins.

Qualités essentielles d'un bon séjour à l'hôtel : accueil, propreté, qualité du petit déjeuner.
Je recommande cet hôtel idéalement situé entre la gare et le centre ville de Perpignan.

There were 3 of us travelling and this hotel was the perfect stop off.
Really central.

Muy rápido el check in , personas muy amables en recepción, además hablan castellano , elegí habitación standard, me avisaron que era pequeña, pero podias circular fácil….era muy barato, pero realmente más de lo que pensaba por lo que pagamos…buena ubicación…muchas gracias

A five minute walk from the station making a day trip to the beautiful Colliure so easy. Also only 10 minute walk from the historic centre and all the bars and restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. And as visiting during a heatwave we were very grateful for the aircon. For the price this was very good value. Would definitely recommend,

Super petit hôtel! Les chambres sont simples, propres. Proche de la gare et de la location de voitures. Le petit déjeûner était fantastique! Le personnel de l’hôtel était exceptionnellement gentil et sympatique. On nous a fait d’excellentes recommandations qui ont rendu notre court séjour agréable. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel!

Lovely little hotel, family run, modern and stylish.Very convenient for the station and historic town centre - about 5 minutes (maybe more with luggage) from the station, a little less into the town. English spoken well, or my bad French helpfully tolerated!
It would be worth staying here for the breakfast alone. Almost everything home made and delicious. The town boasts many excellent restaurants in comfortable walking distance.
Only downside was our room, a little too compact for an extended stay.
The town itself is not a tourist hot spot, but has a lot to offer, easy to explore on foot. Well worth a break in a longer journey, or a stand alone visit.

The perfect boutique hotel if you don't wanna spend a fortune. We only payed around €110 for a nice, bright and clean room with everything you need - plus a balcony overlooking Av. Général de Gaulle. Delicious breakfast for €15. Extra plus for the 5-star service from charming Audrey (help with dinner reservation etc). Excellent location right between touristy old town and the railway station.

We stayed here several times when travelling down to Barcelona on the train as the hotel is conveniently located close to the station.
The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, providing us with some great restaurant recommendations. The rooms are spotlessly clean with modern bathrooms and powerful showers. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely hotel half way between the train station and the centre of Old Perpignan. Great welcome from staff upon arrival. Lovely room (104) with balcony with loungers. Great shower & ensuite with very comfortable bed. Highlight for me was breakfast which was very good with home made treats ...cannot fault

Un grand merci à l’ensemble de l’équipe du NYC pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
La chambre était très agréable, le buffet du petit déjeuner est top et varié avec des produits faits maison . Notre seul bémol est le parking car notre voiture était trop basse mais le personnel a été très réactif et nous a remboursé dans la journée.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous revenons sur Perpignan.
