Cest bien plus chère que les autres domaines et une organisation encore plus mauvaise que l’année dernière !
Très compliqué pour se restaurer sur place, long, chère, et moyenne bon...
Ce sera la dernière fois pour nous ...

Nous sommes passé à 4 pour faire une visite et une dégustation.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli.
Une visite très sympa et enrichissante. Nous avons pu poser pleins de questions et apprendre beaucoup de choses.
Une très bonne dégustation de vin très différent pouvant plaire à un grand nombre et nous avons pu repartir avec plusieurs bouteilles dont les prix sont très correct au vu de la qualité de vin!

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne nach Paraza. Was die Familie Danglas auf die Beine gestellt hat ist ausserordentlich. Jedes mal wenn wir mit jemanden einen der drei Weine X, MMV oder 1 trinken, werden wir gebeten, beim nächsten Besuch ein paar Flaschen mitzunehmen. Félicitations Lucile et famile. Continuez comme ca!

Mon avis concerne la cave à vins. Très bien situé du Paraza et facile d'accès. Les dégustations se font dans un cadre superbe avec du personnel qui connaît son sujet. En plus, ce sont de très bons vins. Mon commentaire concerne les vins rouge. Je recommande

Nous nous sommes mariés au château de Paraza, c’est un lieu magnifique, idéalement situé, les chambres sont irréprochables et confortables. Le service est plus qu’à la hauteur de nos attentes ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Nos invités ont été ravis de leur week-end et de passer ce moment dans un cadre aussi beau. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et je pense que nous ne serons pas les seuls.

We were very excited to do a wine tasting and attempted to call and email ahead to book this. They never responded to our email and did not answer the phone. We turned up at 13:15 with the hope to have some lunch or charcuterie with a wine tasting. All the doors were closed. A winemaker in a nearby shed told us wine tasting would not be available until 14:00, despite the sign outside saying open 10:00 to 18:30. Please put some information on your website about lunchtime closures so people don’t drive 45 minutes out of their way for nothing. Very disappointing.

Amazing service, the Chateau is very well preserved. Very worth it to do the tour and the wine tasting!

A little gem of a hotel, small number of rooms but each with its own identity. Lovely pool and grounds with an attached winery to sample their own wines. Staff are really helpful and attentive, and our hosts are very friendly. Highly recommend for a couple of nights to enjoy the beautiful grounds and surrounding areas.

Siamo stati al Chateau per una degustazione di vini. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La ragazza che ha tenuto la degustazione molto preparata e professionale.

I did the tour and premium wine tasting.
The hostess was very knowledgeable and attentive. I had a great experience, next time I will spend the night at the Chateau

ce jour 8 juin ils ont voulus organiser un vide grenier dans la cour du château c etait un déballage d antiquaire mais sans connaissance vu les prix habiter un château ne permet pas de faire n importe quoi
a l avenir informer correctement votre festivite ca évitera le déplacement . mairie informee

Sourires et gentillesse pour notre dégustation des nouveaux crus à la cave du domaine.
Nous étions venus il y a 2 ans et avions découvert ce château du Minnervois où les cépages et assemblages proposent des vins tres intéressants.
De retour dans la region pour un anniversaire a Perpignan , Le coffre était quasi rempli après cette deuxième visite .
Tous nos amis ce sont délectés avec le C'est la Vie à l'apéritif et le clos St Michel avec les fromages !
Faites un petit détour si vous êtes dans la région ou amarrer votre bateau si sur le canal du Midi- Paraza est un incontournable !

We had a fantastic visit and tasting here! The Chateau grounds are beautiful and the wines (of which we got to taste 16!!) were exceptional.

Lieux excellent pour mariage et autres réceptions ! Le château est tout simplement magnifique à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur ! C'est sublime ! La salle de réception est tout aussi belle avec la cave en fond le plafond haut des lustres superbes, et les extérieurs magnifiques aussi avec une vue à couper le souffle. Coup de cœur !
