I stayed 3 nights in one of the villas with my mother, sister and sister in laws and we had such an amazing experience. The site itself is stunning, the decor of all of the villas and restaurants is so tasteful and the landscaping on the grounds is so sympathetic to the surroundings. The infinity pool overlooking the vineyards is magnificent. The food was outstanding, local produce expertly handled and the staff were really accommodating and knowledgeable. We were given excellent recommendations for local restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend Chateau Capitoul for anyone looking for a luxury relaxing retreat.

Magnifique domaine surplombant les vignes de la Clape.|Chambres spacieuses et très confortables. Petit déjeuner de qualité servi en terrasse avec vue à couper le souffle. SPA de belle qualité.|Petit bémol : le temps d’attente au téléphone pour une réservation.

My team and I were fully scammed by this venue. After agreeing on pricing, management pushed for immediate payment without a formal contract and became hostile when we requested time to review terms. The CEO even canceled our event, only for his staff to later send a payment link as if nothing had happened. ||||They refused credit card payments, insisted on a wire transfer, so that they could keep our funds and cancel. Which is what they did… they handled all matters ||extremely unprofessionally and unethically. ||||There are so many beautiful venues in the area that offer more, charge less, and operate with integrity—this is not one of them. Read contracts carefully and proceed with caution. Better yet, maybe don’t proceed with them at all.

Cant even see my gf on ft because the connection is so buns. Please fix this, other than tge favt that 150ml cokes are 5euros, i feel like its a pretty fire Vacaish spot, lowkey would go, with my own Coca Cola ammunitions. jajaj

We stayed in the Villas for a few days. Every single thing--from the accommodations, to the staff, to the amenities, was completely top notch! The spa and the restaurant were both excellent as well. I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to look out from our beautifully furnished villa to the most expansive view of the vineyard and lake beyond it. I would love to live here! We had a three-week trip throughout Europe, and the Chateau Capitoul was a perfectly restful retreat that allowed us a perfect pause from our busy trip.

Nous avons très bien mangé dans un cadre et une vue magnifique.
Les serveurs et serveuses sont très professionnels et très sympathiques.
N'hésitez pas à venir découvrir un lieu simple tout en étant dans une certaine luxure.

Nous avons passé un super bon moment avec ma compagne au spa, pendant deux heures qui est sublime avec une vue magnifique. Ensuite, nous sommes allés au restaurant avec un menu très abordable et la vue splendide. Je remercie toute l’équipe.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Château Capitoul ! Tout le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée.||Les deux restaurants de l’hôtel sont très agréables, on y mange vraiment bien. |Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : un vrai régal, avec une magnifique vue, et surtout le chef qui prépare en direct crêpes, pancakes, œufs brouillés… Un vrai petit plus qu’on a adoré !||La piscine extérieure est incroyable, avec une vue imprenable sur les vignes — un vrai moment de détente.||Le spa est tout simplement divin. Merci aux deux jeunes masseuses, adorables et très professionnelles. Nous avons adoré profiter du spa, de la piscine intérieure, du hammam et du sauna.||Un séjour parfait, que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Un très bel établissement, c’est très calme, le personnel a l’accueil est agréable. Le lieu est magnifique avec une belle vue sur les étangs et les vignes. Le vin est très bon. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The entire experience was truly exceptional. The villa was absolutely stunning, and any minor issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. The restaurant and bar were beautifully designed and offered a lovely atmosphere. The spa was pure perfection, and having the bike available made exploring nearby town and restaurants incredibly easy.||||We also drove to the beach and enjoyed a delicious meal by the sea.||||If there’s one suggestion for improvement, it would be to open the poolside snack bar and offer light lunch options perhaps pizza or sandwich. After all, who doesn’t enjoy a good a light lunch, perhaps a portion of fries while on holiday?

Magnifique région. En prenant la route pour Gruissan, le Château Capitoul apparaît comme dans un conte. De très bon vins forge la réputation du Château comme celle de toutes les Corbières.

franchement top. calme et détente au RDV. endroit très propre très cocooning, de grandes baies sur la nature 3 heures au total de dépaysement et relaxation à 2 pas de chez soi.
