Our stay at L'Oree de Giverny was absolutely amazing! We spent the night in a room that was incredibly cozy and fancy. It's a shame we could only stay for one night because the experience was so wonderful.
The host was extremely kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, served directly in our room—such a delightful touch! There’s also ample parking available in front of the villa, which was very convenient.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, including the Gardens. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits très reposantes dans ce lieu magnifique, la chambre était très propre et bien décorée. De nombreuses attentions étaient prévues pour nous faire plaisir ! Un petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux ! La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse! Encore Merci! Un cadre agréable et paisible, un jardin magnifique divisé en 2 avec tout un côté rappelant les jardins de Giverny... Nous recommandons vivement cette chambre d'hôte. ????

Schöner hätte es nicht sein können!! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Phantastische Gastgeber, die ein kleines Paradies geschaffen haben, in dem man sich nur wohl fühlen kann. Wir hatten ein kleines Häuschen, das äußerst sauber und gepflegt war. Die Einrichtung war modern und sehr geschmackvoll. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Häuschen steht in einem sehr liebevoll gestalteten Gelände, mit verschiedenen gemütlichen Sitzecken und Véronique hegt und pflegt eine Blütenpracht.
Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen zu uns gebracht; mit den besten Croissants, Baguette, Obst, Käse und Marmelade. Es war so ausreichend, dass wir immer Verpflegung für den Tag hatten.
Ich kann diese Oase nur empfehlen, 10 Sterne !!!

We were staying in the room with river view and it's the best experience we have had, Miss Verónique was very sweet.There are even bikes at the property which you could take for a nice ride in the town.

WHAT A RARE FIND!
In May 2024, I was finally able to take my trip to the French countryside (originally scheduled for 2020). My dream was to spend time in Giverny, and to really explore the art and gardens of Claude Monet and the Impressionists. I discovered Véronique's l'Orée de Giverny, and added staying at this exquisite property to my dream list. WHAT A RARE FIND. The property is beautiful, the accommodations are spotless, and there are many wonderful locations to sit and relax - including the cottage we stayed at by the river.
Véronique - thank you for: creating such a welcoming spot, your warm smile, and helping me to realize my dream.
My daughter and I appreciated your help with dinner reservations that first night, as well as, the handy use of the bicycles. Mostly we appreciated the beautiful human that you are.
I'm not certain that I'll be back in that part of France, however I am certain that I'll compare every B & B that I stay at from now on, to your beautiful l'Orée de Giverny!

We had booked three nights at L'Oree de Giverny but due to car problems we were a day late arriving. Veronique and her husband were so kind and sympathetic, the perfect hosts.|Our room was wonderful, a little cottage with a very comfortable bed, full kitchen, very large shower room, table and chairs inside and a private terrace, We also had a little garden with deckchairs, and all guests had the use of the beautiful garden with seating area, and a river at the bottom with the old wash house opposite. Peaceful, beautiful, idyllic!|Breakfast was delivered to our room and was huge and delicious! Fresh fruit, juice, yoghurt, croissants, butter, homemade jam, baguettes, cheese and coffee. There was so much that we made a picnic for lunch!|I would recommend booking for the gardens. The nearby town of Vernon is lovely. There is a lovely riverside bar very nearby the gardens, and we had a nice meal at Parenthesis.|We would definitely recommend L'Oree de Giverny as an excellent place to stay, and we will definitely return (to see the waterlilies!).

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft in einem extrem gepflegten Garten, in dem Liebe, Leidenschaft und sehr viel Arbeit steckt.
Die Unterkunft: Da passt alles. Aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Bad: TOP! Dalles andere: Außergewöhnlich!
Wer in der Nähe ist, MUSS hier übernachten!!!!

B&B in de buurt van tuinen van Monet, dus de prijs al wat hoger. Proper, ruime kamer, wel stijle trap als je valiezen moet sleuren. Parking is buiten, als je wat aandringt mag je door de poort rijden en op het gras binnen de tuinmuur staan. 2 nadelen : betonharde matras (en wij hebben het nochtans graag wat harder) en enkel een vrijstaand bad, geen douche.

This B&B was an absolute gem. From the moment we walked through the gates, we felt like we were transported to a magical oasis. Veronique’s house is beautiful and the grounds are so meticulously cared for with so many unique and cozy spots to hang out and relax. The cottage we stayed in was towards the back of the property along the river and we didn’t realize it was going to have two bedrooms. This obviously worked out amazingly with our toddler since she could sleep in a separate room. The yard around the cottage had many spots to take in the beautiful plants and delightful sounds of the water. Breakfast in the morning was a delicious fruit salad, yogurt, large fresh croissants and baguette with homemade(?) jam. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to return!

Es ist schon eine ganze Weile her, dass wir dort zu Gast waren. Aber eines ist mit Sicherheit heute auch noch genauso: Hervorragende Gastgeber, sehr herzlich, sympathisch und unterhaltsam. Absolut wunderbare Unterkunft. Und die Umgebung, natürlich malerisch!!! Klare Empfehlung!❤️

Modernes, hübsch eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen in gepflegtem, großem Garten. Malerisch am Fluss gelegen.
Die Besitzer sind außerordentlich nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Une chambre d'hôte charmante et au calme pour passer un moment ressourçant. La chambre est spacieuse, le petit déjeuner copieux et le cadre très reposant (ruisseau au fond du jardin...)De plus, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et font tout pour nous faire passer quelques jours inoubliables. Je recommande cette chambre d'hôte à tous les couples qui souhaitent passer un week-end en amoureux.
