Lovely old chateau with 28 rooms. Quite noisy at breakfast and pool but families with you children staying. The rooms and common parts feel like a 5* hotel. However we had a few niggles with the service, which Cirielle (apologies for the spelling) sorted out without fuss. Also for dinner we had to take a 10 minute walk to the nearby village - not a great walk and it was 35C.

This is a five star review- Good staff, accommodation, facilities, spa. We enjoyed our stay in an area we have never visited before, and the drinks/nibbles available throughout the day.||The tour of their wine production facility was fcinating||BUT- Given the lack of high quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity and no restaurant on site, this was a bit of a let down. The Hotel/vineyard does own a nice bistro about 200 meters down a lane at the side of the hotel- Not going to be a pleasant walk in the rain.

Hôtel charmant dans un cadre magnifique et d'une extrême propreté. Personnel très gentil, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Grande et belle chambre Prémium. Très bon petit-déjeuner.||Hôtel qui mérite ses 5 étoiles, à découvrir sans hésitation !

excellent séjour de 2 nuits : accueil souriant et très professionnel ; qualité de l'hôtellerie, confort et cadre du vignoble très agréable ; visite intéressante des chais du vignoble Lynch Bages. L'environnement des vignobles de Pauillac et des châteaux prestigieux très agréables a découvrir.

Parfait en tout point, de l'accueil au départ en passant par le petit déjeuner.||Un cadre magnifique dans les vignes. Bref, à tester sans hésitation.||Si il fallait trouver quelque chose à redire, on pourrait trouver dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un espace-bar dans l'hôtel pour pouvoir boire un verre en fin de journée ou de soirée afin de profiter des nombreux salons.

Luxe non ostentatoire, service discret et très professionnel, ce relais château a fait son nid dans un des vignobles les plus prestigieux au monde. L’hôtel, avec ses salons où règne sérénité et bon goût sont parfaits pour des rendez vous d’affaires ou après une journée de découverte du Médoc ou déguster un vin exceptionnel de ce territoire béni des « Dieux ».Les chambres ont la signature des hôtels de cette catégorie

L'établissement est spacieux, de nombreux salons décorés avec goût sont disponibles pour les clients. Les chambres sont grandes, les lits aussi et la literie excellente. Le service est soigné et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet avec un grand choix salé et sucré. Service de conciergerie efficace.

Tellement decevant et insuffisant pour un Relais et Chateau. L'expérience est compliquée et ne donne pas envie de revenir. De toutes nos experiences en Relais et Chateaux, celle ci n'a rien a voir avec toutes nos merveilleuses découvertes dans des Relais et Châteaux INCROYABLES. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

Très belle demeure, entourée de vignes et où il règne une ambiance apaisante. Le service est parfait, le personnel très prévenant, les chambres très confortables et le petit déjeuner divin.
C'est un bel endroit où il faut absolument séjourner.

Tout est super dans cet hôtel : les chambres, la piscine, le personnel, le bâtiment principal, le petit déjeuner dans les vignes...
Personnel aux petits soins.
Si vous passez par là vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

Historic quite place in the heart of Pauillac area. Charming and historic place to stay with large and well done rooms. Stay here to appreciate and understand the terroir, A great get away from the city of Bordeaux but centrally located if you really want to enjoy the wineries. Hassan and Cindy do an amazing job of organizing your tour and details. One of the best suggestions was using an Expert, funny and charming wine guide- Bogdan Ghita - who gave amazing detals on each winery. Overall a great stay at a great traditional hotel. 100 Point stay.

You have a wonderful hotel with kind and helpful staff and really nice rooms. The hotel location is excellent and we loved everything about it. We wished we had been staying longer. The Cafe Lavinal is excellent and to be recommended. We will come back!

Schönes Relais & Chateau Hotel in schönem Gebäude. Grosszügiger beheizter Aussenpool. Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr klassisch orientiert, mutet heute etwas steif an. Seit der Pandemie ist das Gourmet Restaurant leider geschlossen.
