I am not someone who writes negative reviews lightly, and I’ve stayed at many hotels in different countries. However, I can confidently say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.
We booked three nights for £400, mainly due to its advertised proximity to Disneyland Paris (about 20 minutes away) and the appealing photos shown on the website. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.
The room was extremely small for three people, poorly lit with just one dim bulb, and felt dark and uncomfortable. The amenities were practically non-existent—no fridge, no cupboard for clothes, no hairdryer, no iron, and the TV wasn’t working. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all.
Even more disappointing was the lack of service. After spending the day at Disneyland, we returned to find that our room hadn’t been cleaned or tidied. When I raised these issues with the front desk, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. We were told that nothing could be done, no changes could be made, and that no refund would be offered—it was simply “up to us” if we wanted to stay or leave.
The most frustrating part is how misleading the hotel’s website is. The photos do not reflect reality at all. We felt completely misled.
This experience was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are considering booking here, please be aware that what you see online does not match what you will find in person.
