非常喜歡這次的住宿體驗！
房間寬敞且乾淨舒適，飯店門口有免費接駁車到迪士尼，回程的接駁車在迪士尼巴士的F站。
飯店對面有個mall以及outlet小村莊，有著精緻且悠閒的氛圍，相較巴黎市區，這裡逛起來更舒服。
Btw 飯店的早餐也很好吃！

Very nice, comfortable and convenient place to stay if you visit Disneyland Paris. Staff friendly and helpful, we got a lovely birthday surprise for our little ones birthday on arrival ???? thank you, she really enjoyed it ???? ????????????

On m’a proposé une chambre sur cours à l’accueil et une fois dans la chambre c’était sur rue. Ça génère un certain mécontentement dès le départ qui ne rend pas très positif sur le reste après.

The positives first, the hotel was beautiful, the restaurant attached was amazing and the waiters so friendly and accommodating to me and my daughter, great shuttle to Disney although disappointing that this only runs in the morning and evening.

We paid a lot of money for this hotel as we needed two rooms due to the age of our kids and my little boy still needing a sleep in the day, they knew we had a young baby as we had a cot in one room, we know hotels can be noisy so we took his white noise machine, however on both days we were there the noise coming from works they were having done in the hotel was insane, i’ve taken video of how awful it was, despite initially being told nothing was going on! no one informed this would happen on the second day as well otherwise we would have moved rooms, receptionists defensive and no apology for our stay being ruined due to an extremely tired child, wouldn’t stay here again for this reason.

Très bon hôtel idéalement situé à proximité de Disneyland, du RER et autre transport mais à distance pour un peu de calme loin de l’effervescence du parc ! RAS, hôtel confortable et tout à fait raisonnable au niveau du prix. ||Qualité à la hauteur de son nombre d’étoiles !

Stayed here with my husband and 2 young children for a few nights. We used the hotel as a base for Disneyland. We were a bit disappointed on arrival that there was a mark on the toilet seat - looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Called down to reception and it was very quickly dealt with and staff sincerely apologised and left a €20 voucher in our room whilst we were out at the park as an apology. Paid to upgrade to breakfast everyday, which was pretty standard and nothing overly special. Great pastries! Late check out was an option for a small fee. Shuttle bus was relatively straight forward with a stop just outside the hotel - stopped at 2 other apartment blocks on the way to the park, but still only took around ten mins or so. There is however a large gap in the shuttle bus schedule between about 11.30-5, which is a bit annoying if you have young children and do the fireworks - so want a lie in or want to come back for a nap in the middle of the day. Had to get an uber the last day to the park as we missed the bus whilst we were frantically packing. The schedule is on the hotels website. Buses after fireworks were a bit of a scramble and very packed - bit stressful esp with young kids and a buggy! They should def review their schedule and put some more buses on after fireworks and not have such a big gap in the daytime/have an option for people wanting to travel then! No English channels on tv for kids to watch which was a bit disappointing after a long day in the park, but luckily we had iPad to watch and wifi was good in the hotel. 2 small bottles of water in room on arrival but not refreshed again during our stay. |Overall a satisfactory stay, but in hindsight and if we come again, would def stay onsite at a Disneyland hotel just for ease and a touch more magic.

Awesome experience! The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant had great food. The steakhouse had great food. Getting to Disneyland was a breeze. The best part, is the hotel is located directly across the street from the shopping mall and outlet mall. I will definitely be back.

A very nice hotel. Clean, simple elegance. Comfortable beds. Rituals toiletries which added a touch of class. The bedroom window could be opened to have some fresh air instead of the using the aircon system all the time. Friendly service. Has parking on site with electric gate. Restaurant Le George could be much better. Big shopping centre opposite.

El hotel és precioso y todo el personal es muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena, puesto que tiene el RER justo enfrente, así como un centro comercial enorme que cuenta también con supermercado.
Tiene un autobús propio que te lleva a Disneyland en 7 u 8 minutos.
La habitación (estuvimos en la 402 que es una premium) no es muy grande y no cuenta con silla de escritorio. El baño tiene una bañera que es muy alta y cuesta mucho acceder. Tienen alguna habitación con ducha, pero no es un plato de ducha con mampara o cortina, sino que es directamente en el suelo y puedes mojar todo el resto del baño. Lo peor de las habitaciones es la falta de limpieza: el quinto día de estancia mi marido, al agacharse a recoger algo que le habia caído, vio como de debajo de la cama sobresalía un calcetín usado que no era nuestro. Si eso estaba ahí es porque no limpian. La limpieza en el suelo del baño y en la moqueta también es deficiente.
El restaurante está francamente bien. El desayuno es bastante completo y tiene zumo de naranja recién exprimido. Cenamos tres noches y tienen buen producto, especialmente las carnes. Si tuviera que volver sería solamente si solucionasen el problema de la limpieza y de la ducha.

An excellent stay! The hotel is spotlessly clean with luxurious, premium rooms that are both spacious and comfortable. It’s incredibly well-located—just 2 minutes from the metro station and literally 0 meters from Val d’Europe, which is perfect for shopping or heading to Disneyland. The staff are welcoming and attentive, making the overall experience even better. Highly recommended ????

Heel mooi en onderhouden hotel. |Perfect gelegen. |Ontbijt heel goed.|Kamers proper maar weinig kast ruimtes.|Personeel receptie vriendelijk maar de persoon die ons hotel toch extra bijzonder maakte was Kim van het onderhoudsteam dat ons elke dag begroette met een glimlach en oprechte aandacht, taal was geen barrière, want haar vriendelijkheid sprak boekdelen.||De enige minder aangename ervaring tijdens ons verblijf was het uitcheckmoment.|Aangezien we om 11u moesten uitchecken, hadden we rond 9u45 al onze koffers in de auto geplaatst, zodat we ons nadien rustig in de kamer konden klaarmaken voor de terugreis. Bij terugkomst om 10u merkten we echter dat de schoonmaakploeg de kamer al had leeggemaakt en klaargezet voor de volgende gasten, ondanks dat we het ‘niet storen’-kaartje aan de deur hadden gehangen.||Helaas was ook ons eten, dat nog in de minibar lag en dat we speciaal in Disneyland gekocht hadden voor onderweg, weggegooid. Daardoor moesten we onverwacht een uur vroeger vertrekken.||De receptie heeft zich vriendelijk verontschuldigd en ons een drankje en een snackje aangeboden als compensatie, wat we wel appreciëren. Toch vonden we het een jammerlijke afsluiter van een verder mooi verblijf

Un hôtel de beau standing, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Réservé pour un séjour au parc Disney ( hôtel partenaire ) tout à été parfait. L'accueil et le service sont gérés par des personnes avenantes, souriantes et très agréable. Le parc se rejoint en navette gratuite en moins de 10min. Je recommande fortement de prendre le petit déjeuner, un buffet excellent. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Обслуживание супер. Номера чистые, кровати огромные, ванная комната просторная и удобная, соседей не слышно, завтрак разнообразный и начинается в 6 утра, что очень удобно для выезжающих.

При выборе маршрута в аэропорт оказалось, что из-за ремонта железной дороги придется возвращаться в Париж. Мы на ресепшн попросили заказать нам такси и сразу объявили стоимость. 90 евро. Приехал через 10 минут джип Мерседес и довез нас без проблем в аэропорт, ещё и сдачу дал.

От гостиницы в Диснейленд ходит шатл каждые 20 минут, это большой автобус-гармошка. Остановка напротив отеля.

В торговом комплексе на противоположной стороне улицы есть огромный супермаркет.

Good breakfast, excellent dishes at dinner in the restaurant, the cleaning girls were very good, good availability at the reception. Comfort of the beds; comfort of the room. If we come back to Disneyland, we will choose you again.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It was our honeymoon and also our first visit to France, and thanks to their warm welcome and detailed guidance, we were able to leave with truly wonderful memories of the country. Thank you so much!

Great hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat near by. Shuttle is 10mins to disney we would be out all day and come back late this hotel was perfect as the bedrooms were ideal for family of 4. Comfortable beds, good breakfast to keep up going.

Before arrival, I have emailed to confirm my booking, staffs are promptly replying my emails. In the reception, they always have a welcoming smile, even the Engineer who checked the room TV was so friendly, the restaurant staffs are very friendly and checking if we are all ok. All in all very happy with our holiday in Paris. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile. God bless you and keep up the good works.

Perfect location as its close to the shopping center and have free shuttle service to Disneyland which makes it very convenient. Very well kept rooms. Staff were very accommodating and helpful!

Excellent location at Val d'Europe.||Very near and walking distance to La Valle Village Outlet, local restaurants, boulangeries & free quick shuttle to Disneyland.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We chose it primarily for its convenient location near Disneyland and expected comfortable accommodation and quality breakfast service. However, our experience did not meet expectations.

We checked in during the day and left our luggage at the reception. Upon returning late in the evening, we were surprised to find that no one had brought our bags to the room. Even though our child was already asleep and we were clearly struggling, there was no offer of assistance—no one helped load our suitcases onto a trolley or bring them upstairs. I had to manage everything on my own.

The room was also not prepared for four guests as booked. There were only two bottles of water and two pairs of slippers, despite four people being registered. The breakfast quality was extremely poor: stale pastries and cheese, and each time I requested hard-boiled eggs (four times in total), they were brought undercooked, even after waiting more than 10 minutes.

The staff was generally unhelpful and unfriendly. The restroom near the reception was not cleaned for two days, with no soap or paper towels available. The hotel overall feels neglected and lacks the welcoming atmosphere one expects.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it does not meet the standards of the 4 star rating it claims to hold.

On y mange très bien, pas de trop grandes portions mais suffisamment et de qualité. Des serveurs très gentils

Très bon emplacement, à proximité d'un bel aquarium, d'un centre commercial et d'une station de RER. Chambres propres et chaleureuses, personnes excellentes à la réception !!! Juste en face de l'arrêt de bus pour Disney. Je le recommande de tout cœur. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Un bon hôtel qui se distingue clairement par sa situation. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. Malheureusement, les lits sont super inconfortables car les couvertures sont assez lourdes et les oreillers sont une catastrophe. Lorsque nous avons demandé une deuxième couverture, on nous l'a apportée dans la chambre sans housse. Après avoir demandé une autre housse, on nous l'a apportée dans la chambre, mais elle était en partie déchirée dans un coin et j'ai dû la mettre moi-même, ce qui m'a paru suspect pour un prix de 250 € par nuit. Les serviettes n'ont pas du tout été changées, mais souvent simplement retirées. Après 3 nuits, nous avons fait comprendre comme nous le souhaitions que 2 serviettes sur 5 devaient être changées, mais elles ont été emportées et il nous en a manqué. Les chambres n'ont été nettoyées que provisoirement, la plupart du temps on ne l'a vu que dans la salle de bain. La climatisation était également en panne pendant 2 jours, ce qui n'était pas agréable par ces températures, nous n'avons pas été informés lors de l'enregistrement ni reçu de réduction de prix, au moins on nous a mis une climatisation mobile dans la chambre après la première nuit, mais apparemment tout le monde ne l'a pas reçu non plus, comme nous l'avons remarqué. Probablement parce que nous avions réservé une chambre Premium. Le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant pour nous, tout comme la chambre en elle-même. Comme le centre commercial se trouve juste en face, l'emplacement est super, comme nous l'avons déjà dit. La navette est également partie à l'heure et régulièrement pour Disneyland, à quelques exceptions près. L'hôtel en soi est tout à fait correct, mais le thème du housekeeping devrait être pris un peu plus au sérieux, on aurait bien sûr toujours pu dire quelque chose et je suis sûr qu'on nous aurait quand même pris au sérieux, mais je ne veux pas de vacances où je cours 5 fois par jour à la réception pour faire corriger quelque chose qui devrait aller de soi (par ex. couverture avec housse au lieu de sans). Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était correct, mais à cause de toutes ces petites choses, nous avons malheureusement perdu un point. Malgré tout, nous donnerions une deuxième chance à cet hôtel car il nous a plu en soi grâce à sa situation exceptionnelle et à l'amabilité de son personnel.
