Très bon accueil. Dommage que notre message sur le site n à pas été vu,on avait demandé si vous faisiez une touche decorative pour un séjour de noce. Sinon le reste était tout bon,nous avions juste eu une brève coupure d électricité ,mais le personnel a été très reactif. Et nous avions apprécié le prêt d une balance pour peser nos valises ainsi que les navettes pour les trajets aéroport. Nous recommandons entièrement hôtel

Superbe expérience. Très joli décor et ambiance. Petite jeunet top. La literie parfaite. Très belle salle de bain mais les joints de douche sont jaune sales. Cela se voit que la piscine ne fonctionne pas tous les jours car des endroits où l’eau a fait des grosses taches jaunes calcaire autour de la piscine, et la propreté est limitée y’a des cheveux, une mouche morte et même un moustique. L’eau est beaucoup trop chaude dans la piscine. Sinon les services de la chambre top machine à café et échantillons Rituals dans la salle de bain.

Piscine et chambre au top. Rapport qualité prix très bon. En revanche, petit déjeuner mauvais et très cher. Dans une chaleur insupportable… aucune climatisation et très étouffant. Accueil minimum. Navette est inutile (trop cher et horaires qui ne correspond pas à des départs l’après-midi). Dommage pour un hôtel à proximité de CDG…

J’ai passé un très bon moment. Accueil très chaleureux????les chambres sont superbes (il fesait un peu chaud) l’espace bien être (piscine) Superbe. Je conseille vivement !!!

Très bien juste revoir les départs vers l aéroport de nuit, le taxi proposé par l hôtel avec 30mn de retard ce qui engendre un gros stress avant de partir en vacances dommage

Very disappointed with this hotel is not deserve 4 star ratings. Since if you take a shower, you will create a big leak into the room and it’s obvious. This is a continuous problem because all the towels were stained from people using it on the floor I asked for a wake up call to find out in the morning the room phone does not even work so I was late to the airport and the staff was not helpful .

Deuxième visite dans cet hôtel, pour mon anniversaire de mariage, l'hôtel a pris soin de décorer le lit avec des cygnes. Symbole d'amour. Délicate attention. En revanche hormis l'emplacement de la chambre (n° 324), claquement des portes voisines audible, et ça fait bouger la tête de lit. A part cela, hôtel toujours au top. Salle de sport, la rameur ne fonctionnait pas, mais l'agent polyvalent de l'hôtel l'a réparé pour nous. Très efficace. Matériel de bonnes qualités. Lit ultra confortable. Aucun bruit avec l'extérieur. Salle de bain bien agencé et propre. Rien a redire, nous reviendrons à l'occasion. Aux vu des activités (hammam, jaccuzzi, sport, piscine) nous essaierons avec les enfants. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner cette fois-ci, mais l'an dernier oui, et c'était généreux avec du choix. Encore merci infiniment pour votre accueil. Et merci pour cette attention qui a surpris mon épouse. Je sais que je peux vous faire confiance. A très vite. Jérémie A.

So disappointed that there was not a good place to eat dinner and that the shuttle stopped running even before check out time. The elevator was dirty. I would not go back for sure. It was not close to anything, not even a nice place to walk. The rooms were small and worst of all the wifi did not reach my room. Oh and I could not watch tv because the remote did not work. I went to reception twice to try to get batteries and both times nobody was there. I was very glad to leave the hotel. I was embarrassed because I selected this hotel for my son and daughter-in-law too and we were all disappointed.

Bel hôtel dans l’ensemble , malheureusement nous avons eu une première chambre pas top ou le lit était très abîmé , il bougeait énormément , et il grinçait aussi beaucoup à peine assis dessus. Donc changement de chambre vers 00h, avec un monsieur à l’accueil vraiment très gentil.
Toilette à côté de la piscine pleine d’excréments dans deux toilettes , j’ai été prévenir la réception. Le côté piscine est très bien.

j’ai réservé une chambre avec vu sur les pistes de l’aéroport, malheureusement ma chambre n’avais aucune vu c’est très dommage de ne pas prévenir en amont les clients qui s’attende à quelque chose de grandiose.
La wifi ne marche pas très bien et la 4g de passe pas .. dommage aussi

Your records did not match what was on my reservation confirmation, so I had an issue when checking in. I also wonder why, as an airport hotel, you only provide free pick-up but charge to drop off at the airport. It would also help to be dropped off at the different terminals rather than a stop that requires taking a train.

The location of this facility was good, located close to CDG. The facility was not well maintained with issues in the flooring and bathroom. The staff were inattentive and not customer oriented.
