Belle espace piscine et bar . Par conte les chambres ne sont pas très grande la literie vraiment pas top du tout . Matela très très dure oreiller très très plat . Je trouve que la caution de 300€ pour ce genre de chambre et vraiment excessif. Il n'y a rien dans les chambre mini bar rien donc vraiment très cher de caution. En plus si vous n'avez pas les plafond pour la caution, plus prix chambre vous ne pouvez pas donner caution en espèce donc vous ne pouvez pas réserver.. dommage le restaurant nautilius fermer le week-end. Quand vous arrivez on vous dit accès à la piscine au hammam sauf que hammam ne fonctionne pas.. dommage que les chambre ne sont pas top car belle espace piscine et bar

Air conditioning didn't work, hotel couldn't do anything for us about that, so we couldn't sleep with the window open due to traffic and plane noise, defeating the purpose of staying there. We asked management for a 50% refund due to that situation and they declined. So we could never recommend this hotel to others.

Au téléphone on m'indique que le parking est inclus dans le tarif entreprise que j'utilise, un fois sur place ce n'est plus le cas. Ensuite je demande les horaires de la salle de sport, on m'indique qu'elle ouvre à 8h mais que le personnel de nuit pourra me l'ouvrir si je souhaite y aller plus tôt, le lendemain à 5h30 la personne à la réception refuse catégoriquement de m'ouvrir la salle car elle n'ouvre qu'à 8h.

Sur cette nuitée du 27 au 28/09, le global est toujours mais positif mais j'ai trouvé cette fois-ci particulièrement long le check-in. La propreté de ma chambre (salle de bain) était cette fois moyenne et la qualité du réseau dans ma chambre très mauvaise (j'ai du de ce fait me connecter en partage de réseau..)

Coffee machine in the room (434) was not ok, obviously a wrong Power cord is used that is not only a problem für handling, but also a security riskieren. Second and main reason for my complain, Sauna seem to be out of Service fir a while and that was one of my main reasonwhy i selectthe oceania. Strange is, that thishit only man, the lady one was working. In such case i would expect you open for All guests or find another sollten. The Rest was fine
