I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Maxim Opéra. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They kindly allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help after a long journey.||||The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Paris. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Their excellent service truly made a difference.||I highly recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely return on my next trip to Paris!

Hotel superb, food choice excellent. Staff all so very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all. Great location and only 20 minutes walk to Gare du Nord station. Local shops were fantastic, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just checked out of Maxim.
Loved our stay. We were expecting a room a bit smaller than new york equiv but to our surprise the room offered a lot more space. Very clean and either recently renovated or very well taken care of. Only comment would be a noticeable "hum" coming from the A/C but we still slept really well.
Staff truly cares about it's guests, you can feel it from the start. Warm drinks and small snacks are included ( only had time to grab a quick capp before our train ). I had totally forgotten I reached out to the hotel before our trip and mentionned we had recently got engaged ( work got crazy after I sent the email ) and the staff had prepared a little something in the room for us.
Location is great if you are used to big cities. Yes, the 9th is less touristic and this comes with pros and cons. For us it was perfect. Metros ( 2 lines ? ) is less than 10 minutes away and you get to enjoy the true paris at your doorstep, not some tourist version of it. Pubs light the streets, patios are lively and people are friendly.... oh ya, prices are much better than anything further south.
Overall very satisfied and will be booking here should we visit the city again.

The room itself was a wonderful retreat after long days of sightseeing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, so much so that I genuinely want to find out the brand of pillows and sheets they use because I’d love to recreate that cozy experience at home. The linens were soft, the mattress had just the right level of support, and it made a real difference in the quality of my sleep.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with directions or recommendations. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax even though the hotel is in a lively area of the city.
Overall, I highly recommend Hôtel Maxim Opéra for anyone visiting Paris. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and value in a central location. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the city!
