Beau bâtiment extérieur mais il serait bon que les horaires indiqués sur le site soient corrects car nous y avons été pour rien ????????

Je suis très déçu de cette maison supposée organisée et haut de gamme. Pour le département BD, les experts ne connaissent que mal les objets et licences (c’est moi qui devait envoyer de la doc). Ils m’ont littéralement « flingué » la vente d’un objet de valeur (6000€!) en omettant de le passer en ligne lors de la vente alors qu’il était au catalogue ! Et lors du retrait de mes achats, les certificats joints n’étaient pas les bons et rien n’était prêt sur le même entrepôt alors qu’on s’était mis d’accord par mail plusieurs jours avant. De l’amateurisme qui est inexcusable pour lorsqu’on s’appelle Artcurial! J’ai une collection de grande valeur d’objets 3D BD. C’était un test et je ne passerai pas par eux lorsque je la vendrai dans qques années.

It’s been such a disappointment to understand after a few months of hearing the news as I was organizing the delivery of my pieces..
that my purchase of a handful of murano Lighting fixtures from the Bauer auction had somehow mysteriously disappeared and were not longer available to be shipped.
Another friend had told me just weeks before during the summer that her purchased lights could not be found. I never imagined that this would also be the circumstance for me.
I am a collector and buy from all of the reputable auction houses. I am still shocked that I will not receive my lights as anticipated for a restoration of my home.
Clearly, this is fraud and wonder how many more people had this experience.
I hope the auction house will offer a public apology statement as its reputation has been compromised.

Scam!! Worst service-didn’t deliver more than half of what I bought claiming the items were “lost”!did the same to a friend who bought at the same auction as if they double sold stuff.customer service is terrible, took us 5months to get our money back.

Completely unprofessional; we were 2 different people buying murano lights from Artcurial’s sale of the Bauer hotel. ALL OF US never received the items, mysteriously they claim for 8 different lights from different buyers had all “disappeared”!!! I suspect they sell multiple times and/or don’t have proper operations. NEVER AGAIN!the items they shipped arrived broken

They are the worst! Very poor costumer service!! We bought a credenza that was missing some shelves and they are not getting back to the emails and when I phone them it’s impossible to get hold of them, the lady hung up on me twice! They are Useless! If you buy anything make sure you don’t have to deal with their customer service! Such a waste of time

Organisation de la vente Bauer à Venise lamentable.
Bug informatique au moment de la vente, service client lamentable et filouterie au niveau des prix de la livraison chiffré 4 fois plus cher qu’à l’ordinaire.
Cette maison de vente ne devrait pas laissé des personnes inexpérimentées gérer une telle vente!

come here for the exhibition of famous fashion houses (admission is free). Luxury space. Because I have only experienced the space on the ground floor, it is quite small. Anyway, it was a good experience.
