Hôtel cosy abritant des chambres dans un cadre agréable et harmonisé, petit déjeuner dans une ancienne cave voûtée.
Cet hôtel a pris le parti du design mais un design relativement cosy et pas totalement épuré. Contraste de murs noirs et blancs dans chaque chambre, rideaux imprimés, parquet, mobilier en teck, les harmonies sont heureuses et chaleureuses. Les surfaces ne sont pas très grandes mais elles permettent de se reposer à l'aise dans un cadre vraiment très agréable. On prend les petits déjeuners dans une ancienne cave voûtée dont les pierres ont été peintes en blanc. L'ambiance est tout sauf désuète.

I booked a room for 7 nights and explicitly agreed with the hotel on the payment terms: they would charge only for the first night, and I would pay for the remaining 6 nights upon arrival. The hotel confirmed this, charged me for one night, but then canceled my reservation without warning after three days and simply refunded the money. As a result, I was left without accommodation, even though everything had been agreed in advance!
After this, I called the hotel several times, but the staff was rude, rushed the conversation, and made no effort to help. It’s clear that customers here are nothing more than a source of money, not valued guests.
IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RUIN YOUR TRIP AND END UP WITHOUT A PLACE TO STAY AT THE LAST MINUTE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!”



I receptionist sono gentilissimi e super disponibili, le camere sono estremamente pulite e la posizione dell’hotel è ottima! Il quartiere è fantastico e ci si sposta sia con i mezzi che a piedi in modo semplicissimo. Quando ritornerò a Parigi non andrò in un nessun altro hotel se non qui !!

The hotel confirmed these terms, took payment for one night, but after three days, suddenly canceled my booking, refunded the money, and didn’t even bother to notify me! As a result, I was left without accommodation at the last minute.
I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but the staff was extremely rude, showed no willingness to help, and rushed to end the conversation. This is unacceptable! Such treatment of customers shows that the hotel does not care about its guests at all.
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST STAYING AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS!
