Un hôtel agréable aux chambres fraîchement rénovées. Les chambres sur cour sont très calmes malgré l'emplacement dans un quartier très fréquenté. Seul bémol : chambre un peu trop chauffée.

My second stay at Ouest Hotel
I enjoyed it but:
-had to ask for the wifi code
-there is no little fridge in the room
-had no clue on how to use the bedroom safe
-slippery shower floor
On the other hand very pleasant staff which is always a plus!

We were travelling with a baby and requested a baby cot when we made the booking. The reception was unsure but then confirmed the cot was prepared in the room when we arrived. Surprised when we got into the room because 1. We were on floor5 1/2 which means we had to carry the pushchair through some stairs in a narrow corridor, and 2. There was no cot in the room. We couldn’t get hold of reception through the phone and had to wait about an hour to actually get a cot. We had to help get the cot into the room. The bed sheet was not appropriate and blanket or duvet was not provided.
However, the staff was willing to help and even allowed us to store baby’s food in their fridge.

Commençons par l'accueil, la première règle du commerce le sourire, bon là c'est raté. j'ai eu l'impression de les faire suer.
La chambre, le soir ça sent le graillon, le matelas est très moyen, par contre pas de bruit, mais pas de volets donc pas le noir complet.
Le petit déjeuné, jus d'orange et café très bien, pour le chaud, les saucisses sont de piètres Qualités et le lard n'est pas cuit, quand aux œufs brouillés c'est du pur industriel.
Bref si je dois hésiter entre cet hôtel et un autre je prendrai l'autre pour être sûr de ne pas me tromper.
La prise en charge n'était pas arrivée car envoyée à la centrale de réservation et non à l'hôtel, pour le coup l'hôtel n'y est pour rien, c'et la centrale qui n'a pas fait le travail.

Hôtel très sympa, à côté de la gare Saint-Lazare et au centre d'une multitude de choses à découvrir. Personnel très gentil et serviable, parlant plusieurs langues. Les chambre sont très propres, la salle de bain presqu'aussi grande que la chambre, nous avions douche et baignoire, un ascenseur dans l'établissement, petit bar au rez et aussi partie petit déjeuner avec buffet extrêmement copieux et varié (et cette machine automatique à jus d'orange frais ! :)) Merci pour ce séjour agréable et sans encombre

Chambre mal nettoyée : rebord de lavabo très sale (crasse collée), poils dans la baignoire, sol pas nickel, des traces de doigt gras sur le meuble télé près de la télécommande et très froid dans la chambre et surtout la salle de bains où il n'est pas possible de mettre le chauffage. Avec une température extérieure à 12° le chauffage est nécessaire. Globalement l’hôtel ne fait pas propre.

El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación excelente es lo único bueno que tiene. El personal no fue amable y la verdad es que no nos ayudaron en nada de los que pedimos. La habitaciones son pequeñas

J'ai bénéficié d'un prix de 80€ la nuit (je ne suis resté qu'une nuit) ; il s'agissait du bon rapport qualité/prix.
Quelque peux bruyant notamment au niveau de la tuyauterie.

The room was larger than expected and appeared to have been recently remodeled (or they really keep it up nice). Due to our length of stay they upgraded us with no charge and without our asking. Staff was great, elevators & a/c worked. It is a smaller, quaint hotel so don't expect a lot of extra services. It was perfect for us, ideally located near Gare St. Lazare to help get around the city & the rest of France.

I liked the hotel, and would choose it again. Basic 3 star,, but everything very clean, in good/new condition, and functional. A/C worked well. Water kettle. Good wifi. Very central and perfect location for where had to be in the morning. Friendly service and baggage room available to store my suitcase. All in all very good experience.

Nice hotel, but next to train station that is what you hear. Rooms are proper and we had a bathtub that s great after many steps in paris! Clean rooms.

Fui de vacaciones con mi hijo y todo fue genial. Buena zona y bien comunicada con todos los transportes públicos cerca.
El hotel totalmente recomendable, reformado, limpio y el personal muy atento.
Se puede mejorar el servicio de desayuno, hay poca variedad.

L’hotel è un po’ arretrato all’interno con la moquette. La camera in sé non è male ben arredata, bagno non male ma con una vasca piccola e il lavandino piatto con difficoltà di defluire l’acqua. Il servizio di pulizia veniva fatto ogni giorno in maniera ottima. La posizione dell hotel è perfetta, riuscivi a spostarti con qualsiasi mezzo.
