Voilà plusieurs années que nous prenons une chambre à l'Ouest Hôtel au début de l'année. Nous avons toujours été très satisfaits de l'emplacement, de l'accueil, de la chambre et du service. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse et, d'ailleurs, je ne manque pas une occasion de le faire.

The daily room charge should have already included free breakfast.

방음이 최악이다. 윗방에서 움직이는 소리에 밤새 잠을 잘수없었다. 위치는 좋다. 하지만 가격대비 별로이다. 그리고 미리 예약했으나 나중에 가격이 더 싸졌다. 미리 예약한 것이 억울했다.

The hotel is located close to a metro station and there is a supermarket and restaurants in the area The service at the reception was bad. They don't know what payments are and wanted to charge me for the entire amount You have to leave the key at the reception when you leave and every time when I came back in the evening the guy there flirted with me (I had to talk to him to get the key) The room is relatively small but there is an elevator and a good air conditioner in the room and the shower is renovated

Hotel was situated in a good place next to public transport if we needed. Breakfast was good; lots to choose from. The room was basic but everything we needed as we were only there to sleep so it didn’t really matter. The room was always clean and tidy; the housekeeping ladies were very pleasant. Tea/coffee/milk in the room but if we needed more we couldn’t ask for more so we’d have to wait for the housekeeping to replenish them. Overall it was good and we would go back again.

J'avais réservé une chambre avec queen bed, je me suis retrouvé avec 2 twins qui ne cessaient pas de bouger et d'être séparés.
La description sur Booking annonçait des chambres "soundproof", ce qui n'était clairement pas le cas. On entendait tous les bruits de l'extérieur, même les fenêtres fermées: circulation, discussions et cris de personnes du bar à côté, le bruit du moteur du bus dont le terminus se trouve juste en bas de la fenêtre, passages dans les couloirs de l'hôtel... On se faisait réveiller très tôt le matin dès que l'activité commençait dans le quartier. La porte des toilettes grinçait à chaque ouverture ou fermeture. La porte du placard était mal réglée, et faisait du bruit également quand on l'ouvrait.
Vu le prix que j'ai payé, je suis très déçu de mon séjour dans votre établissement.

Bene la posizione, ma la camera al primo piano, nonostante fosse spaziosa, aveva la finestra sul capolinea di autobus che stavano col motore acceso dalle 6 del mattino. Cattivo odore, come di antico, nella stanza. Forse la carta da parati.

Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre 56 et bruit important de la tuyauterie du chauffage lorsque, certainement la chaudière se met en marche.
